Author Note: Hey guys, I've been working on this for a while and just finished the first chapter of the book. A short intro is that we have a character, Gabriel, but friends call him Gabe. He carries a lot of baggage for his sake and his mother's. His father is a deadbeat who abandoned him before birth. His mother told him long ago that he left after he heard she was pregnant and bailed on her, but later hooked up with some girl half his age. This is a story of him figuring out his way in the world and fitting in, only to realize his complex life is about to get way more intense as an unexpected problem arises that he has no understanding of how to control.
