Catherina: Goblins and magical creatures bodies are better than handling Mana, so Goblins bodies have mana in them without needing to move it so their regenerative abilities to heal the overclock is better than humans, and they needs less mana to achieve the same result as Human, an example is like if a human needs 50 mana points to achieve a 50x multipler while it would take a goblin 25 mana points for 50x multipler

Catherina: while walking i steadied my breath to use as little energy as usual and I have trained to go 2 days without eating without a grumble as if you grumble while hiding them it would give away your position

Demos is interrupted by a werewolf punching him in the ribs and sending him flying as he sees Catherina pulls out her sword and the werewolf is running toward Catherina but before he could see anything else he falls into the ocean as his vision blurs and goes black.
Shinn opens up his eyes still underwater, struggling to breathe as he stands up and sees all around him is a pitch-black sky with the water up to his knees. Looking around he hears a deep echoing voice coming from everywhere.

The voice its that of a child, more precisely him as a child, as walking in the water is Demos around 8 years old wearing the same thing as him but he has bruises and scratches.

He opens his eyes as underwater with water filling his lungs as he swims up and sees Catherina fighting, he swims to the shore as he coughs up some water as he looks up and sees Catherina severely beaten up with her clothes have rips in them with scratches and bruises all over her body as she bleeding and panting. Demos coughs up some water as he pants heavy.
???: Look at you, just like in every fight, always losing, always on the floor
Demos looks up and sees himself as a kid again.
Demos:I thought you were just in my head... How are you here?
Kid Demos:Your on the edge of passing out so you're half awake and half asleep
Demos: Oh.... Looks like I'm hallucinating, and yeah I know I'm on the floor like always.... But there is one thing we always do when we are knocked down...
He sees kid Demos disappearing

Demos gets up slowly as he puts mana in his legs, hands, and arms. He runs towards the werewolf full force and when he gets close enough, he hugs it keeping it in place.
Demos: Catherina I can't hold it for long
The werewolf thrashes around and slashes Demos deeply, but he keeps his footing. Soon, he feels the werewolf stop as he looks up and sees the werewolf with its head sliced clean off as it hits the floor.
Catherina: sit down I'll tend to your wounds
Demos: I'm fine, I don't need t-
He takes a step forward and falls forward unconscious as Catherina catches him.
