The next day, after delivering food to the children, Shiya went to a restaurant. Coincidentally, Noel was there too, having a meeting with a client. Shiya didn't notice him, but Noel saw her.
After finishing lunch, Shiya left the restaurant. Noel's meeting also ended around the same time. He saw Shiya leaving and, without thinking much, decided to follow her.
Shiya walked down the street while Noel followed from a distance in his car. First, she went to a shop and bought some food. Then she went to a park and sat there quietly for a while, enjoying the fresh air.
After that, she went to another shop and bought ice cream.
Noel kept following her. Suddenly, he realized what he was doing.
Why am I following her? he thought.
He was about to turn back when he noticed Shiya heading toward an unfamiliar/compiler old area. His curiosity grew, and he continued to follow her.
Finally, he saw her enter an old, worn-out house.
He couldn't stop himself. He got out of the car and knocked on the door.
Inside, Shiya wondered who it could be. She opened the door — and froze.
"Noel?! What are you doing here?" she asked in shock.
Noel looked at her seriously. "That's my question. What are you doing in a place like this?"
Just then, Siyan and Siyam came running out, calling, "Sisterrr!"
They noticed Noel and stared at him.
"Wow! Handsome brother," Siyan said. "Is he your boyfriend, sister?"
"No!" Shiya said quickly.
"Then he must be a stalker," Shiyam added, frowning.
The twins stood in front of Noel bravely. "Hey you! If you try to hurt our sister, we won't spare you!"
"Shiyan, Shiyam, stop," Shiya said nervously. "He's not a stalker."
Aian and Sami came out too. They looked confused.
"Who is he?" Aian asked.
Shiya forced a small smile. "He's… my husband."
All of them looked shocked.
"Sister, you're married?" Sami asked softly.
Shiya nodded and told the kids to go inside. She needed to talk to Noel.
Noel looked around the poor house and then at Shiya. "Who are they?"
Shiya explained everything about the children and their situation.
Noel listened silently. Then he said, "You could send them to an orphanage."
"I told them," Shiya replied gently. "But they don't want to leave this house. It holds memories of their parents."
Noel paused. "You could've asked me for help."
Shiya smiled softly. "Don't worry. I can manage."
Then she added politely, "Don't you have work? Maybe you should go now."
Noel raised an eyebrow. "Are you trying to send me away?"
Shiya shook her head quickly. "No, no… If you want, you can come inside."
