S+B love

Shaya was a girl from a hard and rough back life but somehow, she made it to 7th grade. Shaya was at a new school because she moved so now, she goes to westward middle school it's her first day at a new school and first day of 7th grade so she's having a little anxiety about it all but is goes well. On the 2nd week of school Shaya sees a boy tall and skinny and she thinks "what is that and why do I like it" Shays starts watching from a far and she watches very hard for weeks until they get a class together but its 2nd period. A week into 2nd period Shaya is thinking "what is his name why do I like him why is he so nerdy yet so cute so tall yet so skinny what is happening". Shaya was lost because she was with a boy or 2 who knows but why was this boy getting her attention because he's everything Shaya ever wanted but she can't say that out loud "Hey Shaya want to be partners" Brandon her crush was asking her to be partners Shaya didn't know what to say so she just nods yes because she's in shock. A week into the project Shaya stops coming to school Brandon was rightfully worried "Where is she is she ok I hope she is" Brandon is thinking about what has happened to Shaya. Meanwhile Shaya is laying in a hospital bed fighting for her life in and out of consciousness wondering if Brandon is ok, if the project is done and if it's done well even if she won't get a grade but she didn't care all she cared about was getting better and see Brandon. The weeks turn into months the months into a year, but Shaya is finally stable enough to leave the hospital but has to be monitored and she can't run, Shaya is devastated to hear that she can't run but Shaya loved running she loved it so much that she did cross country she didn't know what to do what other sport was out there for her since she can't run her mind goes on a rant, she starts to cry "Mom what am I going to do now running was all I wanted to do" her mother understands what she's feeling and comforts her. After a week at home to rest Shaya is back at school but its 8th grade year Shaya sits alone her back to the door, but someone notices its Brandon he doesn't say anything instead he sits next to her "Shaya?" her eyes go wide then feel with tears "Don't cry its ok I missed you, what happened" Shaya just hugs him and drops a tear then finally explains what happened "I got sick and my heart wasn't getting enough blood so it couldn't pump blood to my body" Brandon eyes fill with tears and he pulls Shaya in to a tight hug and lightly kisses her forehead "I'm so sorry Shaya are you ok now" Shaya hugs back tight "I'm ok I promise I missed you too" the bell rings signaling it is time for class but Shaya's classes feel empty without Brandon and her mind keeps going to the light kiss on the forehead she got from Brandon. After what feels like hours goes by the 2nd bell rings but 2nd period doesn't feel as empty because Brandon is there, they see each other and they hug until the late bell rings, so they just sit next to each other and talk all class, so now they have homework "It was worth getting the homework I'd rather do it with you anyway" Brandon laughs " We'll do it together then, deary" Shaya's nose turns red at the nickname but she loves it and it shows " Deary?...Y-you like me?" Brandon pauses at the question and sits down pulling Shaya with him " Deary, look I love you I loved you when you walked in that gym 1st day of 7th grade" Shaya looks and listens after he's done Shaya has her own confession to make "I-I love you too...since that first day in 2nd period in 7th grade and...and I want you to be mine, I want us to be more then friends" Brandon smiles as he listens "Well then deary I'll be yours all yours as long as you're all mine" Shaya immediately nods her head as the bell rings for 3rd period but they're too caught in this long meaningful hug. As they walk to 3rd period, they see that they're walking in the same direction Shaya stops "What 3rd period do you have" Bandon has to think for a while 'I think I have reading" Shaya just looks at him for a while "I have reading too" as they look at each other with a smile on Shaya's face the bell rings now they're late, they walk to the office to get a late pass. In the office the principal looks disappointed that the two are late but gives them a pass anyway as they walk to class Shaya stops 'I don't want to go to class late...everyone is gonna be look at us" Bandon's eyes soften as he looks at her with understanding "I understand but we can't miss class on the first day, Deary" Shaya looks at the floor but nods her head as if she understands after 5 minutes they finally get to class and sit right next to each other and read quietly until class ends "He's so cute when reading...I wonder what's he's thinking" is what comes into Shay's mind when she's reading, she looks at Brandon who's reading looking absolutely adorable in her eyes, just as Shaya is going to speak the bell ring but it sounds different it sounds higher so she just sits in her seat until Brandon snaps her back in real life. "You ok, love?" Shaya blinks until she's fully back "Yea I'm ok just...thinking" Brandon's eyes soften "Thinking about what, deary" Shaya's eyes drop to the floor "I uh well i was just..."Shay is at lost for words as Brandon fines her stutter adorable he lets her try and speak but she can't "Listen love I know what you were thinking and I don't blame you I hoped I looked cute but i was thinking about you" Shaya' eyes widen as her cheeks turn a red-ish pink she giggles "uh well...you just looked so adorable I couldn't help it" Brandon smiles as her stutter gets worse but they continue to walk to 4th period but slowly because Shaya is daydreaming about Brandon. They get to 4th period but have a seating chart and Shaya and Brandon are on the different sides of the room because boys and girls are separated and Shaya is in the front because she's short and wears glasses and Brandon is in the back because he's tall and doesn't have glasses, Shaya is in distress because Brandon is her buddy, best friend, and boyfriend and this id the first time separated since Shaya's hospital stay last year. Brandon is thinking looking stressed "Is she ok up there she looks shaky, is she she crying...I hope not" Shaya was crying softly but not soft enough for Brandon not to hear her cries break Brandon's heart but he keeps it together for Shaya but her cries are getting louder, she asks to step out and right behind her is Brandon just checking on her "Baby are you ok? Talk to me, was it overstimulating" Shays is crying and looking at the floor trying to from words but can't as she's going into a anxiety attack she breathing heavily, shaking, and crying Brandon notices and immediately lays Shaya on a near by couch "Baby breathe with me in and out see, just like this in...out" Shaya breathes with him slowly in and out for a while until she's ready to talk 'It was very overstimulating and i didn't have you by my side" Brandon is listening but her voice is so soft and low it's hard to hear "Well do you want to go back to class?" Shaya is thinking about if she wants to or not but she starts to cry "Ok ok ok we'll stay here for a while" Shaya nods. The bell ringing sends Shaya in another melt down because of how loud it is, Brandon rushes to cover her ears and it helped a little but not well she still could hear the bell loud and somewhat clear "AH! stop stop stop stop" Shaya begs for it to stop Brandon looks with at her with hope and fear the bell stopped "B-baby, it stopped, you ok? Talk to me please"Brandon ask repeatedly hoping for something out of her even if she just says I'm ok but Shaya sits still, stiff, and shaking "Come on love I'll get you to class just please talk to me tell me what's wrong" Shaya nods, simple but a sign of something and it makes Brandon smile 'I'm sorry I was overstimulated and maybe having an episode and didn't know what to think" Brandon expression softens at the confession "Baby, look at me, never ever hide that from me i want to help you now lets get this last class over with so you can gohome". The last class goes smoothly Shays slept through it Brandon watching but at the end the class the bell doesn't ring the class looks confused so does the teacher all wondering why the bell is late, finally the bell rings they get dismissed by rows, go to their lockers, get their phones, and get on the bus "Bye baby I'll call you when i get home" Shaya gets on her bus "No, you're taking a nap first" Brandon yells playfully, Shaya nods understanding, they smile at each other and go home .
