The first day of school Aden sat down at his desk and was looking out the window and he was kinda nervous because this was his first time in a while going back to school and someone sat next to him and he tapped his shoulder and Aden turned around to see this boy with black hair and dark brown eyes that in the right lighting are so beautiful "who are you also my name is Aden." Aden smiled a little and then looked at hsi notebooks."I'm saulo and I would like to say this is my first time seeing you." Saulo looked at how Aden I looked so sad at the time but at night Aden wrote a letter to Saulo.

I think we should be friends i mean we sit next to each other in all of our classes so why not right.i think you look really cute, your eyes shine bright in the sun and you smile so cute I feel like you make everyone feel like they can do anything with you cheering them on.

Of course we can go to the park and I would love to talk about everything and I think maybe you and me could start working on the work we have from math together it would be so much fun to see each other fail at it.

That day they went to the park and played but they tried to do the math since they were joking around and playing they both could get the math done but as they on the grass the beautiful see of stars were shining so bright that night and as a star shot acrossed the sky they look at each other and a silent promise was made that day.
The two kept sending letter to each other and it just so happened to be the same day that saulo has to go home that aden made..a letter that said a lot his feelings.

Saulo I know that the war is starting but I had to say it before it was too late to say it but I've liked you since the first day I met you,you seemed as though my whole world has light it was as though you brought everything back to the dark and lonely world I lived in.you made it so I could keep living in this world. But what I'm trying to say is that I love you so much to the point where I don't think I could let you go. I would never be able to let you go and if you leave for Spain to escape going into the war I would mind sending letters to you then and even if I can't see you I know letter would be enough for me.

As the war started the two got separated and Saulo went to Spain and Aden was left behind to fight in a war that was brutal he still sent letter and as Daulo promised too he would send two letter if he couldn't reply that day.

I'm so sorry for not sending the letter late I was busy working and I would love to know how you are doing at the moment. Honestly I don't know what to do anymore I have a baby on the way and I don't thinke rosa will be happy knowing its a boy.

The letters stopped that day after he sent the last letter.the silent promise was gone diminished he even knew that he couldn't let go of Aden even if it was the last thing he could do. he didnt think he would lose his beloved friend. Years later saulo got a letter in the mail he opened it and stopped when he saw the name.

I'm writing this in the middle of the war I keep looking at the night sky thinking about you just wanting to see you one last time wanting to hear you one last time I know we can't be and this isn't forever but we promised we would meet again but I guess not anymore I remember the time you got scared because a spider was on your desk and the time you jumped into the pool and made a huge splash this might be the last of us..I don't want to let you gobi never wanted that I could never imagine that so this is my last letter my last I love you goodbye my dear friend.
