Neil, a very smart and intelligent scientist promised himself to find a cure to all diseases ever since both of his parents died from a disease that had no cure. If only he had someone to tell him he's gone insane, the city of Osaka would have been less deadly.
Four years have passed since his parents death and he has already made a name for himself, he owns a company called Neil Industries where they manufacture drugs but there was more to what they displayed.
Some people wondered a lot, most asked how he got certified because anytime you meet Neil he looks like a person that holds a lot of sinister secrets.
Neil arrived at his company for the meeting he scheduled concerning the growth and level of outcome of their works, It seemed as if not everyone who worked at the company knew everything.
" Good morning sir" everyone at the meeting greeted, immediately Neil entered.
Neil has a personal bodyguard who follows him everywhere even while he stands on stages or podiums, It was suspicious but after a lot of questions the media covered it up because Neil paid them off.
Neil didn't respond, he wasn't much of a talker but people saw him as disrespectful, arrogant, straightforward and cunning.
He sat down and looked at everyone, they all knew what they had to do which was to brief him on everything he needed to know.
" Sir, from last month's results. It seems we don't have enough staff working at the institute". The director spoke up first.
The institute was a secret building underground of the company where Neil's plans were being held.
" Sir, we also don't have enough experiments" one of the board members immediately followed.
After that no one else wanted to say anything, Neil waited and did not respond because he wanted to hear it all before replying. But some of them weren't prepared to speak or it seems they had bad news to give.
From the look of things, everyone at that table knows of the secret the company is hiding.
" Sir... The doctors reported no progress in their works and they requested for more equipment" one of the board members said and bowed his head down to avoid Neil's gaze.
Neil is a tall, handsome and rich man whom every girl wants immediately they set their eyes on him. His hazel eyes make him look seductive but the way he uses his eyes can either entice you or give you death chills.
" Send out job offers to those who are estranged and use them as experiments. Send out job offers to those who are in need of money and clueless, use them as staff. Also, give the doctors whatever they need.
Is there anything else in the area of public medicine?" Neil said still facing down and holding his head with his fists while his elbows are on the desk.
" No sir, we are giving the public and government what they want as usual" the director replied to Neil.
Neil got up and left immediately, he hardly stayed long at the company or even goes to the institute.
