Thalia's POV
My world spins as I try to process the weight of his words.
He's not talking about someone just sabotaging me, he has used the word poison.
As my head feels like it's on a swivel, I struggle to keep myself on my feet and barely manage to stand as the psychic rushes to hold me up.
"Call Kade." I tell him weakly.
I don't know why in the hell he is the first person that I ask him to reach out to, but I do.
The psychic hands me a chair and I sit down, as he goes to the counter and grabs his phone.
As I hear him dialing, I managed to add, "But don't tell him about this, not till he gets here."
Surprisingly, the man nods in agreement. It's almost as if he knows what I start to feel on the inside.
For some reason, I assume that if Kade knows what he's coming into the psychic's shop for, he might as well come burning the entire place down with rage.
For some reason, it feels much safer to have him in the dark, but I know that I can only do it for so long.
