Sora's POV
"Oh my God!" I blurted as soon as Yeongjae gave me his date of birth, time, and place.
Yeongjae blinked at me. "What?"
"You're ten years younger than me!" I whispered... no, yelled, jabbing a finger toward him like he personally forged his birth year just to spite me.
He didn't even flinch. "I already know that. So what?"
"You kissed me!" My voice jumped an octave. "You kissed me in the hospital. Are you out of your mind? You could practically be my younger brother. Or worse—" I gasped. "A nephew!"
To my absolute outrage, he burst out laughing.
Not a polite chuckle. Not an embarrassed cough. Full-on, head-thrown-back laughter.
"You're joking, right?" he managed between breaths. "Age is just a number. And it's only ten years, not a big deal."
I crossed my arms so tightly I nearly cut off my own circulation from how annoyed I was. "To you it is. To me, it's like child abuse!"
