Now that she was done looking around, she wondered if it was time to leave. Qiuqiu gazed out the window of Mo Si's room.
WHOA. Looking out from here, she could actually see the courtyard of Qiuqiu's house.
"Do you often watch me from up here?"
Mo Si hadn't taken off his pajamas yet. Still dressed as a giant panda, he leaned in and said, "I do."
"I really want to know what you look like when you're watching me."
The question was a bit abstract, or at least, Mo Si didn't know how to describe it. He could only give a demonstration.
It probably looked something like this. Mo Si gently nudged Qiuqiu to look up. Starlight fell into his eyes, and within his deep, dark gaze beneath the lamp, it was like Xinxue under a clear sky, or the world brightening after a fresh rain.
"Probably like this."
The atmosphere suddenly shifted. Qiuqiu averted her eyes. Mo Si, not understanding why, followed her gaze.
