Harris held no coffee in his hand, only a scorching hot phone.

Harris's voice was low and his words came fast, each one sounding as if it were being squeezed through his teeth.

"I don't care what procedural flaws that damn bill has, and I don't care about your Whip's political considerations."

"I only know one thing: if the House of Representatives doesn't pass that ten-billion-dollar infrastructure bill within two months, Pennsylvania's financial system will have a meltdown on schedule two months from now."
