As Jiang Zuo headed for the island of ruins, the Xilin Bat stopped following him.
It had found its way over not long ago.
When it arrived, it happened to see Jiang Zuo brutally killing a Holy Dragon.
Furthermore, a Tier Nine Dragon didn't dare act recklessly in his presence, and he had actually emerged from the Divine Dragon Palace.
'Just what kind of power does this person possess?'
The Xilin Bat didn't know the answer, but it knew this person was someone it absolutely could not afford to provoke. If he wished, he could kill it in an instant.
'As expected, my survival instincts didn't deceive me. It was right to be patient.'
'If I had rushed out at the very beginning, I would probably be dead by now.'
It still had its uses, so it wouldn't be killed for now. But if it continued to tail him after he left, it would most likely bring a fatal disaster upon itself.
'So, I should hide as far away as possible and just quietly carry out my mission.'
