Pinned beneath Yukinoshita Haruno, Shirai Mio wore a helpless expression, looking almost as if she had seen through all worldly attachments.
Sure enough, with how much of a weakling she was, she had absolutely no ability to resist Yukinoshita Haruno.
If Yukinoshita Haruno had not just bathed together with Shirai Mio, she definitely would have gone further now. But since they had already bathed together, Haruno merely kissed Mio once before rolling over and lying down beside her.
Suddenly freed from restraint, Shirai Mio could not help blinking. She seemed not to have expected Yukinoshita Haruno to let her go so easily.
Playing with Shirai Mio's silvery-white hair, Yukinoshita Haruno said, "I'm already very satisfied today. I think that's enough for today."
Yukinoshita Haruno's words made Shirai Mio remember what had happened in the bath earlier, and a faint blush appeared on her fair cheeks. Even so, she still put on a calm expression and said, "We've been running around all day. Let's rest early. Tomorrow I'll take Senpai out for something delicious."

As Yukinoshita Haruno finished speaking, Shirai Mio casually switched off the room lights, leaving only a small night-light on.
At that moment, Yukinoshita Haruno whispered beside Shirai Mio's ear, "Kouhai, do you know why I always want to sleep together with you?"
"Why?" In Shirai Mio's mind, the only reason Yukinoshita Haruno would want to share a bed with her was because Haruno coveted her body.
Wait, maybe not. If Yukinoshita Haruno really did covet her body, she would not need to use sleeping together as an excuse in the first place.
"Because when I sleep with you, I can actually get a good night's sleep."
"Hm?"
Just as Shirai Mio wanted to ask something else, she discovered that Yukinoshita Haruno had already fallen asleep.
She had looked as though she wanted to do something strange to Mio only moments ago, yet now she had fallen asleep immediately. Shirai Mio had no idea what to say for a moment.
Remembering what Haruno had just said, Shirai Mio moved a little closer, hugged her, and soon drifted off to sleep as well.
By the time she woke again, it was already the next morning.
Freshly awake, Shirai Mio picked up her Mobile Phone and checked the time. Seven in the morning. Perhaps because she had been tired, she had woken up about an hour later than usual.

Shirai Mio could only marvel once again that Yukinoshita Haruno really was a bad woman. To tease her in a way like this—wasn't Haruno afraid Mio would start liking her less?
Fortunately, although Shirai Mio failed to think of a good excuse, Yukinoshita Haruno did not keep pressing. She lay back down and said with a smile, "I don't want to kiss my adorable little kouhai before we've washed up. It would be awful if we left each other with an awkward impression."
"I-I already knew you weren't going to kiss me." After insisting defensively, Shirai Mio did not wait for Yukinoshita Haruno to respond and hurried straight into the Bathroom.
Seeing Shirai Mio like this, Yukinoshita Haruno chuckled softly, then continued hugging the blanket and enjoying her time lying in bed.
Sharing a bed with Shirai Mio really was comfortable. She could sleep straight through until she woke naturally, and she would not dream about things from her childhood either. Once they went back, she absolutely had to find more chances to sleep together with her adorable little kouhai.
Since neither of them was in any hurry, even though they had woken at seven, they dawdled until nine before leaving.
"Little kouhai, where are we going now?" Yukinoshita Haruno followed beside Shirai Mio while holding an umbrella.
"We're going for yum cha."
"?"
"It's a kind of breakfast. You'll understand once we get there. I promise you won't regret it."
Since quite a few places in this world differed from the world she once knew, Shirai Mio had deliberately gone online the night before and put together a simple itinerary, mainly looking for well-reviewed restaurants, shops, and attractions.
"Then I'll look forward to it." Yukinoshita Haruno said with a smile.
Reality proved that her expectations were justified. The breakfast really did taste excellent. She especially liked the Har Gow, and the Tiger-skin Chicken Claws were very good too.
After eating the last Har Gow in the steamer basket, Yukinoshita Haruno asked curiously, "Little kouhai, can you make these things too?"
"No, but I can learn. If you like them, Senpai, I'll make them for you after we get back." Shirai Mio thought about it and felt she really could broaden her cooking repertoire.
"Then I'll leave it to you. I eat the breakfast you make every day, and I don't even know how to thank you anymore. How about I just give myself to you?"
"We can talk about that when I fall in love with Senpai."
Hearing Shirai Mio's words, Yukinoshita Haruno raised an eyebrow. "Does that mean you don't like me right now, Kouhai?"
"I like you. Of course I like you. Saying I don't would be a lie. It's just that for certain reasons, you'll have to make me fall in love with you, Senpai."
Seeing the slightly helpless expression on Shirai Mio's face, Yukinoshita Haruno could not help thinking of Mio's unusual circumstances. She had reason to suspect that Mio's words were connected to the strange behavior Mio occasionally exhibited.
Just as Yukinoshita Haruno was thinking about the matter, Shirai Mio spoke again. "Senpai, don't think any further."
At first, Yukinoshita Haruno thought Shirai Mio was telling her to get up and leave. But after seeing Mio's serious expression, she realized that "don't think any further" very likely referred to the condition that left Mio unable to act of her own free will.
