The expressionless girl, who looked exactly like Mikoto, gave her report. At the same time, she took off the guitar case she was carrying. She pulled out a firearm from inside and began to assemble it silently.

She avoided the attack by a very narrow margin. However, the strong wind coming from above quickly pulled her thoughts back. Just as she landed, she performed a side roll to dodge Accelerator's stomp.
A violent impact spread out from under Accelerator's foot, creating a crater shaped like a spider web.
The scattered stone fragments turned into sharp weapons. They destroyed the Misaka's firearm into pieces. The extra fragments also left wounds on the Misaka's fragile body.
Blood sprayed out. The Misaka rolled away like a broken rag doll. After rolling several times, she crashed into a shipping container and stopped.
Ignoring the pain in her body, the Misaka used the smoke and dust caused by the impact to run deeper into the area. She began to deploy her plan.

Accelerator, like a cat catching a mouse, kept jumping on top of the shipping containers, teasing the Misaka.
In less than a few minutes, a series of explosions rang out. The Misaka used the principle of a dust explosion to cause a chain reaction. However, Accelerator walked out slowly from the center of the explosion, completely unharmed.
This made the Misaka instinctively step backward.
"Hehe, run, just run. After all, once I catch you, it's game over," Accelerator mocked the Misaka as she fled like a mouse.
The Misaka ran with all her might, but she could not escape the stone fragments Accelerator threw casually like cannonballs.
Her waist was completely pierced through. A large amount of blood gushed out, and her consciousness became blurry. The Misaka, who could no longer escape, had cold sweat all over her forehead. She closed her eyes, accepting her fate.
"Hm? Who are you?"
Just as the Misaka thought she was about to die, Accelerator's confused question pulled her back from fainting.
Feeling her body suspended in the air, as if someone was lifting her by the back of her collar like a kitten, the Misaka instinctively looked at the person. He had messy black hair, strange black markings on his face, and his eyes glowed with a blood-red color.
"Personnel who have accidentally interfered with the experiment, please leave this area quickly, Misaka warns kindly."
Even though her body was covered in wounds, the Misaka remained as emotionless as ever.
Ignoring the Misaka's warning, Tsukasa used Reverse Cursed Technique to heal her and then placed her aside.
"You can leave now. I will take over from here."
Tsukasa walked forward slowly, facing Accelerator directly.
"ZXC741ASD852QWE963, Misaka is attempting to match the password with the newcomer." The Misaka recited a string of code to Tsukasa.
"2255283," Tsukasa responded with a bit of humor.
"Incorrect password. The newcomer is not experimental personnel. Please leave immediately, Misaka continues to warn." Hearing this, the Misaka immediately signaled for Tsukasa to leave again.
"What was that?" Accelerator looked in shock at the Misaka, who was supposed to be covered in wounds and on the verge of death. Now, those wounds had disappeared, and her pale face had turned.
"Hey, #1, are you a guy or a girl?" Tsukasa looked over the white-haired person in front of him. A pale face, neutral features, no visible Adam's apple, but no visible curves on the chest either. He couldn't exactly walk up and pull down the other person's pants to check.
"Ha!? I suggest you don't mind other people's business. If you don't want to die, listen to that thing and leave quickly." A vein popped on Accelerator's forehead as he shouted.
"Yuriko Suzushina?" Tsukasa said casually, tilting his head.
Hearing this, Accelerator's body froze, and he looked at Tsukasa with a strange expression.
"Is that really your name?" Tsukasa showed a wicked smile, which made Accelerator even more annoyed.
"You bastard!" Before Accelerator could explode further...
A girl's shout came from behind.
"Old man, and... my clone.." Mikoto had rushed to the scene. Seeing the three people facing each other, she stood there in shock.
Even though she already knew about the Radio Noise project, actually facing her own clone still made Mikoto feel stunned.
"Hm? Is this the original?" Seeing Mikoto's strong emotional reaction, Accelerator understood that the newcomer was the original for these clones, the #3 of Academy City, the "Railgun."
"You've come at just the right time. Take Misaka with you. Go to a certain hospital and look for a doctor named Heaven Canceller. He'll be able to help you."

Tsukasa casually threw a few small stones. They collided with the incoming stone, and all of them turned into powder, disappearing in mid-air. This surprised both Mikoto and Accelerator.
This level of control over power was incredibly precise. Tsukasa spoke to Accelerator in a calm and steady voice.
"Listen up, kid. What I am about to tell you is the truth about the Level 6 Shift project that even you don't know."
"..." Accelerator fell silent. He gritted his teeth and looked at Tsukasa, thinking to himself that if this guy couldn't give a good explanation, he would definitely kill him in a very rhythmic way.
