~Raigetsu was so happy that his bride Honoka decide to put the name of his great grandparent, not only the child brought joy to this family, but also hope for their lineage Honoka could not give birth to any child due to Infertility, but nine months before this event she received the great news. and Raigetsu also was so happy and inpatient that he decided to skip nine months of work and training just to see how his wife's belly grow until this day.
Seven years have already passed and the young Raikyumaru already grew up strong like his father, all these year the child has been training to become one of the best swordmaster of his village by the supervision of his father.
Raikyumaru: Papa when I am going to have a little brother?
Raigetsu: Probably soon Rai, we actually don't even know, like I told you before we did not even knew that we were going to have you, you are a blessing sent by the divines ~smiles to the child~
-8 hours later at Tsumago village when the full moon was arise, the sounds of the people woke up the Amachi family, giving the warning that the village is about to go to war.
General Inu: Commander Raigetsu! Come out we need you!
Raigetsu: *opens the door* what's with all the noises? me and my family are trying to sleep.
General Inu: I'm sorry sir but you need to come downhill, the village is being attacked and we think the attackers are demons!
Raigetsu: Demons? Pure breed? are you sure?
General Inu: Yes my lord!
Raikyumaru: Papa what is going on?
Raigetsu: Go back with mama and wait me there Rai, I'll be back I promise
Raikyumaru: Papa!
Raigetsu: I said wait with mama, Rai.
Raigetsu left for hours and didn't came back, Raikyumaru was worried that something happened to his father, so he went wondering what's been happening lower hill of Tsumago village, the child witness how his father was killing the menace hiding in the bushes, but then one of the demon grunt caught the child, Raigetsu changed his calmed mind into a desperate one, asking the grunt to give his child back, but the demons wanted something in exchange: the whole village and the humans living within, when the grunt lowered his guard General Inu attacked by surprise saving the child from the hand of that demon, but something was not right, using the element of surprise the demon chief beheaded General Inu. Raikyumaru was frightened as he could not believe that one of his father's best friend's head roll toward the child, and with anger in mind Raigetsu decided to push forward the enemy to finish with the life of that monster. But the demon was no match for Raigetsu, after he swung his club he knocked down the commander.
Alakhran: Hey don't die just yet, I still need you alive, you and your child has demon blood running through your veins, I have to ask you a few questions before both of you become my next appetizer, hahaha!
Alakrahn took Raigetsu and Raikyumaru outside the village in a cage, what he didn't knew is that the world grandmaster of stealth was already behind him, as she was waiting for the oportunity to rescue her husband and child she had no choice but follow them for awhile.
After hours of walking Alakrahn stopped to make a ritual that open a portal, Honoka sense the danger that she have to go through, but she can't let that monster take her husband and her child away from her, Honoka have to think fast before that demon takes away her beloved man and child forever. As son Alakrahn left the cage a few miles away Honoka use that short period of time to take advantage of taking her unconscious husband and son.
When Alakrahn finished up his ritual he turns around and realize that the child and the man were out, he knew it was impossible to escape from the inside so someone else from the village, as the moment he started to search the surrounding and having no trace of them he decided to go back to the village and kill every single lifeform that was living in Tatsumago village. Honoka hid herself so well that not even that demon with hawk eyes could not saw where she was hiding, as she watch the monster goes away she wakes up Raigetsu hugging him desperately
Honoka: I'm glad you are both okay!
Raigetsu: Honoka? What happened? where is Raikyumaru? what happened to that monster and General Inu?
Honoka: Rai is alright my beloved, but Inu... he risked his life to save Rai... I saw how you went forth with rage that you didn't even realized what's been happening, that demon skin is harder than steel, even your blade shattered when you tried to fight him, with just one hit of his club you went unconscious.
Raigetsu: What the hell he wanted from me?...
Honoka: What I've heard he's after hybrid demons, he needed you and our son just because both of you have demon blood running through your veins, did you even know you were half demon Raigetsu? If you know please tell me. I wanna hear the truth...
Raigetsu: I'm going to be honest with you Honoka, I had no idea that in my skin I had demon blood running through me, all my life I thought my powers and abilities were a gift from the divines, but I never knew that I was half demon.
Honoka knew that Raigetsu was not lying, she felt that everything he told Raigetsu was one hundred percent honest. Raigetsu after knowing that he is half demon he felt guilty for the sins that his ancestry has committed, though Raigetsu didn't knew about that Honoka knew that her lineage has deity blood inside, she knew that it could be a risk for the child, as what she read through her lifetime deities and demon hybrid can't control themselves when their emotions explodes, they become corrupted, a empty shell of themselves. after a large minutes of conversations and thinking Honoka and Raigetsu heard an explosion coming from the village and a huge river of flames emerging from there.
Raigetsu: No! Tsumago... the whole village is gone... I couldn't do anything to protect my people...
With his watery eyes Raigetsu kneel on the floor frustrated watching his home being burned all down to ashes. giant demons flying to that place to end everything and everyone who lived there. Honoka took Raigetsu's hand and picked up the child, they run away from the village. Honoka knew if they go back like they are now they don't stand a chance, she tells Raigetsu that not only strength, skills and abilities are enough to kill a pure breed demon, she tells to her husband that she knows a lot because she was half deity, before she met him she used to study a lot about deities and demonic creatures, she knew that to kill a demon they needed weapons blessed by the gods, and to destroy a deity soul they need weapons cursed by ancient demons that lived before humans could even use their feet to walk, she shares that knowledge with Raigetsu in that long walk looking to go outside of the borders of Japan, to make a new life the three of them. Avoiding any contact with the demons and receiving help from other hybrid species and after months of walking without knowing where to go, there were young men on boats helping families to escape the land, in those week it has been infested with demons all over the place, without any fund or resource the Amachi family didn't know where to go, but one of the young men gave a hand to them.
Young man: So where are these lovely family going?
Raigetsu: We actually don't know where to go, our village got destroyed and we didn't have time to plan where to go.
Young man: Hmm, those demons... they thought they can enslave us but we are not going down without a fight.. I know where to send you,
The young man with the Amachi family in his boat from Japan he decided to bring them his homeland Sweden, the land of nords, Raigetsu and Honoka went twice when they were younger there, they forgot about Sweden in that moment of despair and anguish since it was the first time the village was attacked by demon forces. Raigetsu has new plans for his family, more for his son, to train him and claim the norse gods for help. at this moment Raikyumaru will not only focus on one fightning style, but in many others that the nords can teach, he will not only be a swordmaster but also a warrior.

Raikyumaru: come on father can I just take a rest? we have been training for hours nonstop, I get that you got so strict with me because of the situation we are living now, but can't we just at least rest for a few minutes?
Raigetsu: No resting! I want you to be able to protect those you love and your homeland, I don't want you to become like me... I couldn't do anything to protect my home, but you Rai, you will, I know that you will protect them and us!
Honoka: Rai! Raigetsu! I brought you food!
Raigetsu: Took you long this time Honoka.
Honoka: Sorry I woke up late, I also forgot to buy food yesterday so I went today, this time I bought plenty for weeks.

Raikyumaru: Its all thanks to father, Master Lodh and you Master Vanrad. bows
Vanrad: Child I already told you to stop calling me "Master" the real masters here is your father and my father once Master Lodh, may the gods let him rest in peace.
Vanrad's father Lodh was a great leader and a grand master in weaponry, he passed away two years ago due sickness, it was not contagious but there was not any cure, so before he passed away he showed Raigetsu and young Vanrad his ultimate technique, Not Vanrad nor Raigetsu being a sword master couldn't execute that ability properly, the name of that ability is demonmördare, demon killer, consist on using a small energy force of your body to temporally infuse that energy with the blade of the sword in a short period of time, that energy can be used to penetrate the skins of demons, that energy force has to be a positive force to work well, but they have to act quickly before that energy disband from the blade.
Vanrad decided to join their meal and talk about the future of Sweden.
Vanrad: Raigetsu, I have a bad feeling about this... we haven't heard anything from the other nations for the past few months, maybe its our turn to be attacked by those creatures
Raigetsu: *munch bread* This time it will be different, this may not be my land but I'll stay to protect it Vanrad, you are like the brother I lost defending me and my child from those pests... this time I'll be the one who saves everyone.
Vanrad: What if you fail again? will you stay this time? I don't want you to stay here just because of you feeling guilt of what happened back in the past. you have a family to grow up with.
Raigetsu: What kind of father will I be if my son see me running of every battle? its is my duty to protect those that helped me to keep living and those I love
After that speech both swordsmen had the earth started trembling, both of them went outside and there was them, the demon forces attacking Sweden, in the front line the demon chief Alakrahn was giving orders to kill everyone, Vanrad tells the Amachi family to go to the docks and escape, when Raigetsu left his wife and son in the docks he turns his head back and gave a smirk to them, the man run off to the battlefield to help his friend. Vanrad was surrounded by the demon forces but he managed to guts down every single one of them, until chief Alakrahn appear in front of him, when he was about to finish this man's life Raigetsu appeared, with his blade covered in blue flame Vanrad realized that Raigetsu managed to dominate demonmördare. The demon chief after he got stabbed by Raigetsu, started let out a devilish smirk, laughing and remembering the person who once he tried to kidnap with his child.
Alakrahn: Well well if isn't the coward commander of Tsumago, Raigetsu, its been eight years since the last I saw you commander, and I see that you manage to do me some damage *smirks*
but... you still can't kill me if you don't know our weakpoint.
Alakrahn hits Raigetsu with his club on the stomach sending him flying against a wall, destroying his back Raigetsu barely could even walk, Alakrahn destroyed his right hand and ripped it apart, while Raigetsu was screaming in pain Alakrahn was making him suffer before end his life. Raigetsu yells at Vanrad telling him to leave the place with Honaka and Raikyumaru, but Vanrad denies on obeying his order, calling Alakrahn's attention he was buying some time to execute his plan. from the distance Raikyumaru and Honoka were listening what's been happening on the other side of Gothenburg city the child decided to do something.
Raikyumaru: *pick up the steel sword that was in the arsenal at the docks* I'm going to help father!
The child with courage charge to the battlefield while his mother was desperately crying begging for the child to go back, as Raikyumaru watch Vanrad dodging Alakrahn's attack he got frightened when he saw his father on the verge of death without his right arm and his back broken he tries to help him walk, but Alakrahn looked back and went to confront the swordmaster and his child, Vanrad threw his broken sword to the demon's eye making him blind in a short period of time, that's the moment when Vanrad knew a temporally weakness to the demons and got excited, but that excitement is what put him in danger, Alakrahn swung back his club hitting Vanrad breaking his ribs down.
Alakrahn: I was planning on killing this man first and take his child since he is the source of something we need, but I'll kill you first! how dare you to hit me in my left eye!
Alakrahn was about to do his final blow against Vanrad, then suddenly Raikyumaru appear with the steel sword he blocked Alakrahn's attack but the impact was so great for him that the hit ended up knocking up the child Unconscious, Vanrad could catch the child but his rib was so broken that he had to let him fall down.
Alakrahn: This child has a great resistance, no wonder why the queen wants them both, but we don't need his dad. I'm gonna feel generous today humans, I'm taking the child with me and let you live in peace for awhile, *smirk* hehehe.
Raigetsu: I... will... not.. let... you... take... away... my... Rai...
Raigetsu's sights went dark, when it started to bright once again he was inside a building, listening to his wife crying, holding his hand, he tighten her hand a little bit letting her know that he is awake, when she felt it she cried even more thanking the divines that her husband is okay, Raigetsu asked what happened to Vanrad, as he hear in his right his voice indicating that he was in his side, but not seeing Raikyumaru around made him add another guilt to his thoughts, he started to let out his tears like a river, hugging his wife with his left arm.
Raigetsu: I'm going to bring him back, even if it takes a decade or at the cost my life, I'm going to save our child Honoka, I promise!
Honoka: You need to heal yourself first, your bones in your back are badly broken and you lost your right hand. when you heal we both are going to get him back!
Vanrad: I'm going too, he is like a little brother to me and I'm not going to let those demons do something to him, right now I belong to the Amachi family even if I'm not blood related, its my duty to bring Rai back!
The Amachi family decided to go in search of Raikyumaru once their wounds get healed, without knowing where Alakrahn went they will search everywhere even outside of this realm if it is necesary. Meanwhile three days later the child woke up, he was on the same cage where he was eight years ago, with a group of demons flying away, while he took a look of where he was there was a giant desert down there.

Alakrahn: Wake up boy, its been three days without taking a rest of flying. you know why we kidnapped you and also needed your father right? of course you don't, neither him. You see both of you are the key to a secret that our ancestors has been hiding, the demon queen needs either you or your father blood. *smirk diabolically*
Raikyumaru: I don't understand why me? why my father? what do we have to do with all of this? why do you killed everyone in my homeland?
Alakrahn: you know kid you are making too many questions: I already told you why we need you and your dad, about killing everyone in your homeland well... because its fun making the divines and the humans suffer, I don't really know how some demons had remorse and merge with other races like you humans, or elves, or even fairies! like fairies you know! its repulsive how some pure breed demons took a step away from this never ending war. its disgusting how they betrayed their own race. But don't worry child I'm not going to kill you, at least not until the queen says so.
Raikyumaru wasn't the only prisoner that was being held hostage, there's also a few humans in each cage, a total of 16 cages, all of them are young between 15 years old or younger. The other prisoners didn't know why they were kept hostage, all can they do now is fight to survive, or pray to the divines for someone plead them for help.
