Chapter 1- HOW DID THIS HAPPENED?!
One moment. I was getting ready for the championship game for my scholarship, and then passed out in the middle of a mystic forest alone. And I think you know the rest. But if you're new here then. Let me tell you.
Hi, my name is Ren Hoshizuki, a badminton player for Hakuitou Academy. My family doesn't have much reason why this championship game is so important to me, so the night before the game I went out partying with another team. I didn't think much of it because my other teammates were hanging with them when I arrived at the party. I was by myself backed to the wall far right. I decided to leave until this man pulled me aside. I wondered what he wanted but he gave me a snack and signed that i looked pale so he gave me it, before i even said thank you he disappeared. I ate it right away then i started to feel weird… one of my teammates asked if it was okay then not even me answering i passed out. Not knowing what was happening, I stopped breathing in my teammates arms. All of them thought i died so they rushed to get out the party lying to people.
Teammate 1: yea Ren is just fine he probably drank too much.
Still thinking that I was dead, my teammates drove fast through the streets of Tokyo to the forest that no one was allowed to go to.
Chapter 2- The Team effort
They rush to hide my body; only worried about their reputation for the scholarship and of course my stuff.
Teammate 1: Man we have to hide his body
Teammate 2: How are we supposed to tell his family.. How are we supposed to tell the rest of the team, man we are fucked!; badly fucked!
They found a ditch that looked dark, empty. It looked like it went almost nowhere.
They dropped my body and let it fall in the ditch with no way back.
My teammates drove off in a rush; basically running away from my body that just fell in the ditch.
Chapter 3- The Whispers of Ōkuninushi Hollow
I started to wake up, surrounded by whispers of a very dark forest. I started following the whispers, going deeper and deeper into this forest. It started as a whisper then a growl like a dog. I started to go the other direction but the growl felt like it was following me.
Chapter 4- Is it too late to turn back?
Deeper in this horrible forest I stubble across a huge mansion, huge and fancy and something that my dad only can dream of. The doors magically just opened when I stepped on the porch. For a moment I thought someone opened the door so I peaked inside a bit, then I looked around… n- no one was here, n-no one was there. It was about to rain so I spoke from the porch to not seem as rude.
Hello?As I spoke loud only my voice echoed through the empty hallway of the mansion's entryway. Can I come in, it's about to rain out here?, Then a storm of rain poured like a shower on top of me, the rain so powerful that I couldn't see through the water dripping on my face fast and the rain burning my eyes. I rush into the mansion without a second thought, dripping of rain water from the outside. Then a wave of cold air made me shiver, so I spoke up.
Hello? I know i didnt get permission to enter your home but can you put on the heat in here?
As soon as I asked the question the mansion lightened up, warmth came through my body and I sat in front of a fireplace. Without me noticing that the mansion's door closed behind me. My body is warm now. I might as well find a bathroom to shower then I remembered i didnt have any extra clothes but the warm shower.. I couldn't resist so I wondered the mansion, I would say more like a castle to me.
Oh here is the bathroom
A bathroom attached to a big beautiful bedroom with a huge bed; clearly fitted for a giant.. A titan at the most but I didn't mind. I was more focused on the shower I will get and the shelter I will be getting until the rain cleared out. The shower was warm,relaxing; finally I can get some peace of mind; clearly forgetting about the championship game.. Then it hit me.
Early, I said I was more determined than ever before. I must get to that game, then my phone buzzed..
I been having…; i had my phone i didn't remember my phone in my pants pocket i must have put it there at some point. So I stepped out of the shower and checked my phone..
Reported missing… as I repeated the words.. Even if i showed up to the game the police and chaos will happen and i dont to be the fault of them losing the game.
My stay just got extended for longer, I hope the owners don't mind.
As I lay in the titan sized bed that would be mine until I die here, I started to fall asleep.
Chapter 5- Who's mansion?
When I woke up there was a man sitting on a chair staring at me.
AHH!, Who are you?!
The man stares and then answers me. I'm Kurogane Sugiyama prince the third; kurogane for short or kuro.
The man stands up now towering over me like I'm just a mere object, like he can break me if he wanted to.
How did you find my home? Kurogane spoke to me, asking question after another; clearly overwhelming me with questions.
I stumbled on your home. I don't know my w-- .., before i finished i remembered that I can't return home, I don't want to make a scene at the most important game of team's life.
Kurogane spoke up; Leave at once.. U dont belong here mortal.
I felt a heavy weight so I rushed to get dressed and I ran out into the forest that was still a wonder to me.
Chapter 6- caught into a bunch
As I walked through this dark forest. trying to find an exit to this huge forest, As i walked it started snowing…
snowing but how? It's summer, no way it's snowing in summer.
It is now cold. I have been walking for a couple of minutes; shivering as I walk.
Then I heard a howl close by. Wolves surround me, their mouths all bloody from their prey.
As I tried to fight them, struggling to get them off of me, I got saved by a wolf with a similar scent.
Kurogane?! I said in shock
The wolf turns into Kurogane.
Kurogane: Yes,Mortal?
Why did you save me?, i ask
Kurogane: I knew that you needed help somehow.. Something that wolves only can do with mates.
Mates??
Kurogane: …. I can explain this at home
Home??
He was talking about the mansion he kicked me out of hours ago, no way i was going back when he told me to go off.
No i aint going with you.
Kurogane: I didn't give you a choice…, it wasn't a choice for you to make..Kurogane picks me up, kicking and screaming for him to put me down.Kurogane: shut up, if you want a roof over your head.
I started to be quite the whole way back to Kurogane's mansion.
After a while, we get there
