Chapter 6: Dolta's time & Elisa forest

Inside the room, surrounded by multiple clocks ticking at different intervals, they all stop abruptly. In that moment, Elisa's double-bladed sword is drawn and aimed directly at Dolta. The black mafia commander smiled confidently.
"I hope I can enjoy this moment thoroughly."
Dolta dashes towards Elisa as she's readying to fire off her double-sided gun blade, Midnight
Elisa's third eye opens for a split second, showing a vision ahead of her: multiple beams of hollow energy fired toward her. Dolta tries to attack amid the barrage, using those brief seconds of distraction to gain the advantage.
Elisa activates her partial manifestation: a smooth green-and-brown mask of her world tree constructs wood forms over her face, while dark green hollow-energy markings cover the left side of her body and a single weaver wing, shimmering with an otherworldly green light, juts from her right shoulder. A moment later, she dashed towards her again, without giving Dolta time to fully react to the attack, swinging her gun-blade in an upward arc and halting the attempt at gaining an advantage to strike at her swiftly.
Elisa pulls back the trigger with her finger, then releases the bullet exiting from the barrel.
Over Dolta's right eye, she reveals a shining
Dark blue, in contrast with her light gray left eye: time instantly freezes in a localized area around the bullet fired at Dolta.
"Nice try, Dolta, but you'll have to be faster than that." Elisa fires two high-powered bullets from her gun barrel following the first shot.
The black mafia commander laughs at the remark and responds in kind:
"Don't worry, lil miss bounty hunter; I'll be getting to you shortly."
In the next second, Dolta on the opposite side immediately snaps her fingers as the clocks surrounding Elisa all begin spinning rapidly, distorting into shards of what appear to be small clock hands shaped into bullets that fire off towards the bounty hunter at a deadly speed.
In rapid succession, Elisa Weaver Wing either blocks the oncoming time bullets or attempts to swat them away quickly. However, she notices that when they make partial contact with her wing, they slow down for a brief second or two, causing some of the other bullets to speed up as they pass ones that have already been blocked or avoided.
'Huh, so that's what those bullets can do; she's able to control the flow of time and speed around the shots she creates & has the effect last for at least a second or more to slip up her opponent.'
After a short analysis, Elisa bolts back towards Dolta after she dodges around her stream of bullets, aiming her gun-blade, then clicking a button on the side of her weapon, causing it to release a smoke bomb covering a wide area.
A second later, Dolta instantly coats her dual blades in temporal essence, jumps into the smoke, and cuts through on pure instinct and intuition for where Elisa is, using her hollow energy sensing and natural spatial awareness.
In the next moment, Elisa follows up by slamming her hand into the ground, releasing seeds to form massive world tree constructs to block the coming onslaught of sword slashes; each strike dramatically increases in power and speed due to Dolta propelling herself forward several seconds into the future to especially deliver devastating blows from both the past & future at the same instant.
Elisa, however, can utilize her weaver third eye
to temporarily counter Dolta's burst of temporal movement to match up against her via slashing at the places Dolta will appear to attack her.
Boom! clang! boom! clang!!!
A culmination of sword strikes & gunshots echoes through the large battle arena, and in the midst of combat, both fighters briefly glance at each other with focused, determined spirits.
"Your speed & timing are spectacular; even with me being able to jump several seconds, you cannot only react to my sword attacks. But switch positions and change the direction of your swordplay techniques on a dime to block ahead."
Dolta quickly follows up her stream of attacks, aiming to slice at the wing Elisa is using to defend against her attacks, while her second blade is stabbing into the ground beneath the two of them.
"Temporal unmove."
Formed from Dolta's palm, two orbs of black & blue condensed hollow energy. They float between them, and both orbs slam downward into the ground where Dolta drove her sword through; instantly, time beneath them freezes, freezing Elisa's lower half as her legs stop moving.
The second blue orb she sent out was smaller and more compact, and it shot directly at Elisa's third eye to stop her from using her enhanced vision to peer and alter causality.
Upon seeing this scene. Dolta bolted forward at immense speed, utilizing burst flow & the ability to "skip" several seconds ahead, landing a clean double-slash combo across Elisa's chest and wing.
Shortly after Elisa was stunned, while her hands were still free, she instinctively lowered herself toward where the black orb was embedded and slashed the ground around her feet to test something she was curious about while battling Dolta's time-stop blue and black orbs.
'I see... that as I slash through the orbs, my blade drastically loses its speed, although my feet specifically are still freezing in place, but I feel a slight feeling in them, so... I guess that while temporarily Dolta still needs to allocate output between the orbs and also how much is needed to maintain the temporal freezing in general.'
Noticing that Elisa was testing the effects of her orbs and their potency, Dolta wasted no time at all in going back on the offensive again.
However, before she could land another series of devastating time blows. With her dual black katanas, she jumped back instantly; the floor beneath her began rumbling violently as roots burst upward, forming a large world tree that covered half the battle area, turning it into a forest.
"Undying forest"
Large trees from the forest Elisa manifested began releasing pollen of green, hollow energy, filling the atmosphere and the area around her. Dolta's head snapped upward, looking at Elisa in awe and intrigue. She sensed a sudden rise in the woman's overall output and a noticeable change in the speed of the bounty hunter's healing output, which, before the forest bloomed, was noticeably slower because Dolta's blades had the passive effect of slowing her high-speed regeneration due to their time-slowing effects.
Yet despite that. Dolta's will to fight did not wane in the slightest; in fact, she wanted to battle even harder and prove she could challenge Elisa head to head with everything she had.
"Come, little bounty hunter, I'll take you with everything I have to offer." Dolta smiled wildly.
Elisa, on the opposite side, stands on one of her world-tree formations, its large roots anchoring her as she places her hand, flawless and dark-brown, on her gun-blade and aims it down at Dolta, while her chest & weaver wing rapidly heal themselves back together, weaving bone and flesh.
"Don't worry, we'll have plenty of time to play; I was just getting warmed up to the battle."
