The hall turned silent as Ash remained motionless and a deathly silent remained , the last attack that Ash got hit with finalized the thought every one was having ' he lost ' the silence that remained was louder than the cries he made when he fell unconscious .
Ken on the other hand was panting and smiling like a victor he thought he was grinning from chin to chin , he gave a side look to Kruger who now had a frown on her face but her gaze weren't on him this time they were on Ash who started to move slowly .
He turned his attention to him fully soon noticing that he was moving again still struggling to stand up " whose laughing now …. You weak arrogant brat " Ken said with a smile approaching Ash who was barely on his feet , swaying from left to right like a chicken suffering from extreme cold after being drenched in a heavy downpour .
He began closing the distance in a slow pace waiting for him to make a move or at least gain a little stability having the thoughts that he had already won but still wanted to torture the kid but somehow this turned out to be a big mistake .
Less than three steps away from him , Ash suddenly raised his head revealing an expression that sent shiver down his spine , his face was bloodied but the glint in his eyes were somewhat eerie and his eyes ..... his eyes were different.
Without wasting time he moved trying to distance himself from him, while Ash stood motionless having an expression looking more like he was confused ' what am I scared of? he is only a kid ' Ken kept talking to himself trying to convince himself that it was just an illusion but the tension that was in the air said otherwise .
Ash looked at the dagger in his hand looking very confused before turning his attention to Kane this time putting back on his stoic expression

" lets go again... shall we " Ash said in a cold tone this time putting all thought behind his head leaving only one objective ' kill ' he didn't really need to snuff his life but delivering him at death door would do the deal ' how should I do this now ?' Ash asked himself with his head tilted slightly as if contemplating his next course of action which he was going to take which in fact he was .
After a few seconds he moved swiftly towards Kane who was still confused but quickly collected himself getting back in stance , Ash was somewhat slow in his movement but still fast enough to close the distance between them in reasonable time.
Ken made the first move as soon as they got close sending a strong kick towards Ash who instead of moving away closed the distance between them before planting his hands on the ground and flipping his body planting a kick on his jaw knocking him off balance.
Ken struggled to keep his balance and at the same time tried to keep his distance away from Ash but it was all pointless since he had already closed the little distance he made already , he slashed the dagger at the other eye but he wasn't going down that easily pushing his body out of the way barely escaping from the attack range.
The two fighters stared down at each other accessing the damages the both of them had inflicted on each other Ash obviously is the one who had the most injuries and most of them were internal with blood dripping from his lips and the left part of his face painted red but the looks in his eyes were nothing sort of defiant evn Kruger couldn't help but change sides looking at him.
Ken on the other hand had a few injuries during the clash and was much healthier compared to Ash but his eyes now had a hint of panic and his movement showed hesitation to when it came for him to attack, Ash attitude had taken a complete u turn which was something that took him by surprise.
But then it hit him ' am I really scared of a child' and it didn't stick well this time he decided to take the initiative ready to end the fight as fast as possible , the feeling he was getting from Ash didn't sit right with him and any more delay could lead to his defeat . Ash on the other hand had similar thoughts his body wasn't going to last him much longer
although he was trying his best he could still put up a fight but if he is hit by anymore of Kens move he could collapse so this time he wasn't going to hold back at the same time he wasn't going to fight head strong like an idiot but he was going to go hell crazy on him .
Kane moved first towards Ash who didn't shy away immediately closing in the gap immediately going low allowing the Kane thrown fist to graze his head pointing his fingers straight at his eyes which Kane immediately dodged withdrawing his body keeping a distance of two steps before rushing back in , as soon as this move was exchanged Ash eyes narrowed with a knowing expression .
Soon It turned into a bloody chase with Ash most time dodging the blows he got from Ken while blocking the ones he couldn't which of a truth rattled him to the core, while Ken continued whilst being relentless he hadn't managed to land a blow on Ash but this time was littered with injuries .
Ash had made use of his small physique to his advantage and was able to spot and use all the weak spots he choose to ignore the last time , he had the advantage of flexibility and speed while Ken only advantages were his strength and endurance which were the only thing that was keeping him alive which was a fact that pissed him off knowing he was struggling against a child .
