Noah's POV:
We walked,
We walked until we reached at Freya's house.
I dropped her home, she was stepping inside but turned back and asked "are you leaving now?".
"why—? Do you want me to come inside?" I replied.
"Yes." she said excitedly but realised what she just said,
"No– ahm I mean you can come, if you're not going anywhere" She said.
"Actually I have to go somewhere so— we will be sleeping together next time, bye honey!" I said teasingly.
I headed back, clearly see and listen her cursings to me.
A smile itself came on face.
Suddenly I felt strange.
A familiar presence.
Not of a human, but true existing soul.
I might know whose it, Grace.
You can just face me.
You being around me makes me feel weird.
And the next moment she was standing in front of me, her eyes full of silence are somehow scaring me. Her expressions were normal too normal, still raising my heart beat.
"You can leave if you have nothing to say" I said to her, ohh wow just look whose saying that. me who works for her, who has to follow her commands now somehow has the audacity.
She stepped closer to me.
It raised my heartbeat faster, what will she say next is scaring me. Her eyes were locked into mine.
"I said not to repeat it" she said, not in anger but also not as usual.
"Reapeat to — repeat to what?" I asked. Clearly knowing what she's talking about.
"Just don't. If you really care for her, you need to step back Noah" she said.
"I've already came so far, I can't step back". I replied
"You wish– make sure you won't regret it" she said and there was a thousands of questions and thought of what she's talking about.
"If it's about her– then you're the one who have to step back"
I said and my heart felt heavier.
"I request. She's already counting her last days, just don't do anything. Please"
I have never pleaded to anyone nor requested but for her the words came straight out of my heart.
"You really think I don't know that, you would do anything to save her. When I said not to repeat, it's about you. Stop interfering in, I came because I care for you too". Grace said this time with a soft tone and insisting voice.
She stand stood there while I just walked pass by without saying anything. Her words felt too heavy.
Even I don't know what would I do~
