Chapter 15 : The school
"I'm Satsuki Omoi and I'm the chairwoman of this school, but you can call me Satsuki, nice to meet you"Satsuki spoke with a kind and gentle voice
Ren also responded with a gentle tone"Yeah!, it's nice to meet you too Satsuki!
The security guard came running, with a bit of worry in his eyes"Miss Omoi, I can explain!"said Tanaka
"Ohhh!, no you don't have to explain anything Mr. Tanaka"Satsuki, said so with an excited look on her face and bright smile like no other
The security guard was not convinced with what Satsuki said, to the point where he was even quivering and cowaring thinking that she wants to fire him or something"please Miss Omoi please do fire me I tried my best to keep this kid from coming inside the school premises without an ID or any form of identification"Tanaka said to Satsuki
Satsuki realized he was misunderstanding, so she tried to explain her best to explain that it was good Ren was still there when, because he was the one they were waiting for.
"Look I don't want to fire you, okay I know you were just doing your job as the security okay now stop all this craziness and go back to work"Satsuki spoke with so much displeasure that Tanaka just stopped.
Tanaka walked away and went back to work, then Satsuki sighed.
"Some times I even wounder if he is even doing his job correctly"Satsuki's eyes narrowed with displeasure and a hint of anger in her tone.
Ren looked away, with fear of how fast women can change their expressions.
"Anyways let's go inside, so you can do the job you came here for Ren"Satsuki said this with compassion in her voice's tone and even slimed at Ren.
Ren was very taken aback by this, so he just agreed with her, then they went inside the school gates.
As they walked Ren looked around, then asked Satsuki"where are the students of this school?"
Satsuki gave a little giggle, before answering "Now it's still 15 minutes to 2 o'clock in the afternoon so they are in class, but they'll be out soon, so you need to get to work"
Ren nodded to what Satsuki said, then just a few more steps they entered the school building and were making their way up the stairs.
As they walked Ren could see some awards that have been given to the school for all sorts of accomplishments.
"Wow!, this school must be top of its league to have so many awards like this"Ren spoke with a curious expression and tone.
"Well, I don't know about top of our league but this has always produced results, but it hasn't been getting any for a while now" Satsuki spoke with a low voice, signaling a tough topic to speak of.
"I see well, if you are not up to talking about it right now, we can discuss it later"Ren, said while looking outside Then he noticed that there was a building that was covered up by the school.
Ren's eyes narrowed as he looked at that building, then just decided to look away and wait to hear the story of that place from her, herself.
"Hey, Satsuki, is that the reason the awards date back to 2 years ago?"Ren, asked with a look of need to understand.
Satsuki sighed...
"Look, we're almost to my office. We will be able to talk better over there, okay!"Satsuki spoke with a low gentle voice that reassured Ren that he will get the answers his looking for.
They arrived at Satsuki's office
Creeeeak! She opened her office door "Here we are!"Said Satsuki, with a gentle smile.
Then she went to her chair and sat before saying"ahhh!, I'm so tired of working today I wish I could just go home and sleep"Satsuki spoke in a casual tone.
She quickly realized that Ren hadn't sat down because she hadn't told him to.
"Oh yeah, you can sit wherever you like"she spoke with a relaxed voice and tone, with her body language was screaming I want to home now!
Ren sighed and said,"anyways should we begin?"
