Grabbing hold of my husband, Russell Changeling, by the arms, we both took off running around the couch together, in our living room. Trying to get away from our two, snarling and howling suddenly-turned animal children before our very eyes!
"Take off your scary costumes, now, kids!" I yelled, in a loud, whiny complaining, high-pitched voice. But it seemed our two monster children weren't listening to me or my husband. As we continued trying to get away from our kids. They rounded us from beside the brown, soft love couch in our living room.
They laughed and clawed their hairy, black paws in the air at us. Like they were trying to reach over the side of the couch, to grab for us. Our two monster-turned kids, looked at each other and let out growly-gravely laughs, coming from somewhere deep in their throats.
Russell grabbed hold of me by hand. He saw that we had an opportunity to escape out of our front door. If we can get the two monster kids from gaining on us. "Run, babe!" Russell shouted, grabbing hold of me by the hand. I didn't think or have time to react.
Just as Russell took me toward our front door in our living room, the two monster kids, Mark and Valentino, jumped over the love sofa. Making the couch tip over to its side. As Russell and I tried to head to the front door, Mark and Valentino cornered us. They slobbered and growled at us. As they blocked us by the front door.
"They're going to eat us, love!" I screamed at the top of my voice. Russell quickly grabbed hold of me, and wrapped his big, ape-around me, to protect me in shield. I thought it was going to be over before we knew what was to become us!
Suddenly, the front door to our little rental house blew open! Knocking Russell and myself to the ground. Mark and Valentino caught us in their hairy, clawed hands. We turned to look at who was at the front door.
It was the monster hunter who lived in the woods in our town! He wore a brown uniform and wore black boots. We saw he had a silver shotgun in his hand. Smoke was billowing out of the gun he carried.
"Get away from them, Emma and Russell," the monster hunter yelled at us. "They aren't your children. I'm taking them to the Supernatural Animal Zoo. There, I will teach them how to with affection. "It was my fault, the children are monsters, Mr. Hunter," I said. Trying not to forget how they were behaving.
The monster hunter loaded a new silver bullet into his shotgun. "You planned this?" Mr. Hunter asked, suspiciously. "Why would you want the children to be exposed to the darkness of their hearts?" he asked, after finishing loading his silver shotgun he carried in his hands.
"Because I didn't want normal kids to be human," I continued. "They belong to the Dark Moon Worshipers who lurk in the midst of our woods. Who only comes out at night. They don't know they are monsters. It's just what they know how to be," I continued, petting Mark and Valentino on their long, hairy animal snout.
"What? Are you serious?" Russell asked, trying to jerk his arm away from Valentino's strong grip on him. "You never mentioned this before to me. Why didn't you tell me the children weren't themselves?" he asked.
Suddenly, I giggled like a little girl again. As I let Mark and Valentino lick me in the face. Getting my face covered in drooling saliva. I didn't mind. They were just showing me how much they cared for their loved ones.
Then, Mr. Hunter pointed the silver shotgun he carried in his hand at Mark and Valentino's heads. They growled and saw Mr. Hunter was going to be a threat to them. Taking the strong, hairy hands, Mark and Valentino knocked the shotgun out of the monster hunter's grasp.
Mark and Valentino pushed and shoved us back inside our house. As they quickly pounced on top of the monster hunter. Who didn't get the chance to get away from our hungry, howling monster children, trying to defend themselves.
