Chapter 77 - Chapter 77 Shocked Snape

Senior Jenny, who was standing nearby, listened with shining eyes.

"An interview! Shouldn't we dress Charlie up nicely?"

She had wanted to do this for a long time, but Charlie always put her off.

Several Hufflepuff Seniors excitedly gathered around, pulling Charlie with many hands towards the common room.

"Come on, come on, let's go inside!"

"Today, you must look handsome for the camera."

Harry and the others were left standing dumbfounded.

Ron swallowed: "Hufflepuff Seniors are really scary."

Hermione nodded: "Indeed, their eyes are too frightening."

Harry looked sympathetically at Charlie being dragged away: "May Merlin bless him."

In the afternoon, Professor Sprout came to the common room.

"Charlie, a reporter is here to interview you, we need to go to the Principal's office."

She looked at Charlie with eyes full of relief; such an outstanding student was truly likable.

Charlie, as if granted a great pardon, quickly escaped from the Seniors' encirclement.

At his strong insistence,

the Seniors only styled his hair and added some small decorations to his school uniform.

Those fancy dresses and lipsticks were not used on Charlie.

Although it didn't achieve their ideal effect, Charlie was indeed more handsome at this moment.

His black hair was meticulously styled, his school uniform was neatly ironed, and a delicate Hufflepuff badge was pinned to his chest.

"Be sure to perform well!" Senior Jenny shouted from behind... There were many people in the Principal's office.

Dumbledore sat behind his desk, his half-moon spectacles reflecting a faint glow.

Professor McGonagall stood to the side, her expression serious but with approval in her eyes.

Professor Flitwick was bouncing excitedly on his chair.

"This is truly amazing!"

Snape wasn't there; he had been mysterious lately, and no one knew what he was busy with.

In the center of the room sat a woman with golden curly hair, wearing ornate glasses, and holding a quill pen.

This was Rita Skeeter, the chief reporter for The Daily Prophet.

"Ah, our little hero is here!" Rita stood up dramatically.

Her voice was cloyingly sweet, but her gaze was sharp, like she was sizing up prey.

"Mr. White, I've heard so much about you."

Charlie nodded: "Hello, Ms. Skeeter, how long has it been?"

"Huh?"

Rita froze for a moment.

Dumbledore and Professor Flitwick watched with amusement.

Only Professor McGonagall's mouth was twisted in anger, frantically signaling to Charlie.

Can't he be more serious?

This school would fall apart without Professor McGonagall.

"Oh dear, what a humorous child." Rita awkwardly smoothed things over.

"And he's so handsome, readers will surely love him!"

Dumbledore spoke gently but with a hint of deeper meaning.

"Charlie, Ms. Skeeter wants to interview you about the healing potion."

"Of course, you can choose to answer or not answer any questions."

Charlie sat opposite Rita, not noticing anything amiss.

"Well then, let's begin!" Rita's quill hovered above the parchment.

"First, can you tell me how you came up with the idea to develop this Potion?"

Charlie thought for a moment.

"I saw information about soul trauma in the library and thought it was a worthwhile direction for research."

The quill furiously wrote on the paper, its speed astonishing.

Charlie looked on in confusion; he had only spoken one sentence, yet the pen had written a long paragraph.

"So, how long did you spend developing this Potion?" Rita continued to ask.
