Pov Ishihaku Kojiro
It was a normal day at Tokyo Saisekai Central Hospital, many people like always flooding the hospital waiting room some to do some health check ups, some with some scrapes or cuts from collateral damage because of heroes fighting villains and some older folks just walking around the ward as they are waiting for the inevitable because of their prolonged age.
"Mmm Nurse Kiko do I have any surgery scheduled for today?" Doctor Kojiro asks as he stands smiling gently having some grey hair and having on a pair of glasses, a man warm as the sun and wise as old man even tho he is only 38 at the moment. His quirk Surgical Room he can expand a field of 5 meters around himself where he can control the bloodflow and many other parameters to keep a patient alive, one of the most advanced doctors in the field with a death rate of only 5% because he is not able to control the flow of people who lost too much blood.
"Today we have a simple surgery for Officer Cabrera he got some small glass fragments stuck in his arm from yesterday fight between a hero and a villain inside that office building in the Shibuya district." The nurse hands over the file to Doctor Kojiro.
"I see, well nothing to complicated we should be able to make it safely and without causing any damages." He says while smiling as the nurse notices.
"Something good happened today Doctor?"
"Yes my wife is close to giving birth soon I will be a father and we decided to transfer here so I can see the kiddo a lot since i could not be able too if we stayed on my wife and mine birth place Izu Ōshima."
"Oh! Congratulations you are gonna be a fath-"
Soon the whole building started trembling as the whole city seemed affected by a huge earthquake but it seemed unnatural.
"A earthquake?! This i atleast a Magnitude 5 but... it doesn't feel like tokyo is the epicenter!"

"Captain Kuramara we found the cause of the Earthquake!"
"What is it!?" He says as he looks at a screen filming two figure clashing on the island of Izu Ōshima. "Isn't that All Might but who is the one he is fighting a villain so strong?! Quick contact the Coast Guard and any Sea Expert Heroes to watch out for any Tsunami appearing then contact the Top Heroes and send them to Ōshima now!"
Pov Ishikaku Sakura
Before the fight in a traditional Japanese Villa there was a gentle looking woman with a porcelain like skin and a slim figure sitting on the edge of the Villa garden slowly caressing her stomach feeling the child inside moving. "Oh my you are so active it seems soon you will be born in this world little one. Mmmm we had a few names in mind but... Ishikaku Kou yes that is a beautiful name Kou-chan."

Quirk: Electro and Radiation Kinesis
Her quirk gives her complete control over Electricity and Radiation being able to manipulate electricity and manipulate unstable atoms making her able to use Alpha, Beta and Gamma radiations.
"Today seems really peacef-" A huge explosion happens close to the villa as the shockwave sends Sakura flying and the whole house is destroyed as she flies into the air. "AHHHHHHHHH!"
She falls onto her back hitting her spine against the rocks of the garden pond as she uses her hands to protect her stomach putting her child safety before herself as she bites her lip trying to withstand the pain as she cries soflty trying to get up but soon another shockwave hits her sending her flying again this time she falls down a cliff as she closes her eyes she feels caught by something as she slowly opens her eyes she sees some strings holding her up, it was a man in his 20's wearing stylish clothes and controlling the fabric of his clothes.
"T-tsunagu-kun?" She says softly as she bites her lip in pain and he sees her back bleeding instantly holding her up slowly with his strings as he start taking her to an evacuation point.
"this is Best Jeanist! I have a adult woman that is wounded she seems to have hit her back onto something hard she is bleeding from her back she may have punctured a vein on the spine, she is pregnant too we need an evacuation vehicle to take her to the closest trauma 1 hospital center!" He says in a earpiece as soon another shockwave hits but using harder strings he holds Sakura and himself onto the ground to not be washed away by the strong winds. "It's ok Sakura-san I will take you to a evacuation vehicle they will take you to Tokyo. Your husband Kojiro-san is there right?"
"Y-y-yes..." She whisper softly as he notices she is now bleeding between her legs too.
Running without a care in the world Jeanist reached a evacuation zone and pushing another hero aside blocking him he set Sakura onto a evacuation helicopter as they then started flying back to Tokyo as uses his sterilized strings he keeps for emergency treatment to try and close up the wound on her back.
Pov ishikaku Kojiro
As he looks at the news Kojiro eyes are empty as he sees the battle going on and his house close to it being completely destroyed to rubble. As he fell on his knees his shoulder dropping low as he starts crying and punching the ground. "SAKURAAAAA! SAKURA! NO NO NO! PLEASE NO WHY HER!" He screams on top of his lungs as Nurse Kiko shakes him.
"Doctor you need to calm down! Please she could still be alive calm down!"
"IMPOSSIBLE THAT RUBBLE IS MY HOUSE SHE WAS THERE ALONE HOW COULD I CALM D-"
Soon the emergency radio came to life as the helicopter operator says: "We have a woman in her 30's she seems to have hit her back onto something and is bleeding and she is pregnant she was identified as Ishikaku Sakura we will soon arrive to your landing zone have an EMS team ready to take her to an OR she is in grave need of surgery and her waters seems to have broke she is screaming in pain and there is blood flowing down her legs!"
As Nurse Kiko seemed to turn around she saw Doctor Kojiro running like he was possesed by something he did not even take the elevator he ran up 15 ramps of stairs up to the roof as he saw an helicopter landing rushing to his wife side and saw best jeanist helping her as he instantly activated his quirk to control her blood flow she lost lots of blood but he would not give up.
After 12 hours of extreme surgery best jeanist was waiting outside the OR not moving even when anyone told him to go he knew the Ishikaku couple well they even invited him sometimes to eat lunch and dinner with them since he was stationed to their birth island after he graduated as a hero. Soon the red light turned off meaning the operation was done but Doctor Kojiro was grim as he slowly held up a small child enveloped in a hospital blanket as jeanist ran in the OR seeing the scene. Sakura was alive but barely but the child was not crying or moving as he looked down but then.... A warm blue light enveloped the room a power similar to Doctor Kojiro and Miss Sakura enveloped the child as his body slowly moved and he started crying the child had awakened his quirk on birth just like the glowing baby when quirk were born as the OR was filled of tears and screams not only the child but the family grateful tears to this miracle that happened and so.... Ishikaku Kou was born.
