Chapter 19 Report
In the Hokage's office, Kakashi truthfully reported what he had seen and heard in the Security Department. However, regarding the White Fang incident, Kakashi hesitated for a moment and decided to leave it out.
After listening to Kakashi's report, Hiruzen Sarutobi looked at Yamato beside him and sighed.
"Child, what's your name?" Hiruzen Sarutobi asked.
Kato remained silent, but Hiruzen Sarutobi didn't take offense. He came to him and personally untied his restraints.
"No name? Then from now on, you'll be called Tenzo," Hiruzen Sarutobi said. "The past is the past. Danzo is dead. From now on, you'll live a good life as a Konoha ninja."
Kato was stunned, looking at the target Danzo had tasked him with assassinating years ago.
"Now that you possess the First Hokage's Wood Release, inherit his will to protect the village."
Kaname, or rather, Tenzo, trembled slightly, wanting to say something, but ultimately remained silent. He glanced at the Third Hokage before turning to Kakashi.
"Kakashi, you'll have to take good care of this child from now on," Hiruzen Sarutobi said.
"Understood." Kakashi nodded and left the Hokage's office with Tenzo.
After Kakashi left, Hiruzen Sarutobi returned to his seat and lit a cigarette.
Uchiha Touhuan's unexpected act of sending back the Wood Release ninja left him somewhat bewildered. After all, it was Wood Release. If the Uchiha clan truly wanted to rebel, why would they so readily relinquish such power? Could Uchiha Touhuan truly be loyal to the village?
Hiruzen Sarutobi couldn't help but ask himself.
This night, Hiruzen Sarutobi was destined to spend in confusion.
The next morning, Uchiha Touhuan, accompanied by the now mentally unstable Yamanaka Fu, went to the Hokage's office.
When Uchiha Touhuan arrived, the Hokage's office was already packed with people. Besides the two advisors, Nara Shikaku, the Hokage's assistant who had officially been promoted a few days earlier due to Danzo's death, was also beside Sarutobi Hiruzen.
Seeing this, Uchiha Touhuan smiled slightly. Under the intimidation of Kotoamatsukami, Sarutobi Hiruzen wouldn't dare meet him one-on-one, but such a large entourage was exactly what Uchiha Touhuan wanted.

Uchiha Touhuan glanced at the two disdainfully. These two high-ranking old fogies only held onto their seniority; Uchiha Touhuan had never taken them seriously.
"Does the Hokage think so too?" Uchiha Touhuan asked, looking at Sarutobi Hiruzen. "Touhuan, the Uchiha's methods are a bit too extreme." Hiruzen Sarutobi didn't explicitly admit it, but he still intended to give Touhuan a warning.
"Faced with a cancer like Shimura Danzo and his gang, can we really use any other gentle methods? We have to strike hard!" Touhuan said sternly. "These past few days, just some of the things we've investigated so far are shocking!"
As he spoke, Touhuan took out the criminal record of Shimura Danzo that he had written overnight and placed it on Hiruzen Sarutobi's desk.
"Shimura Danzo, for the sake of our clan's bloodline, deliberately murdered 14 Uchiha clan members on the battlefield of the Third Shinobi World War! And that's not all. After the Hokage explicitly banned human experimentation, Shimura Danzo colluded with the rogue ninja Orochimaru to kidnap orphans from the village for experiments, the youngest of whom was only two years old!"
"Are you two advisors going to protect such an inhuman demon and his accomplices?" Uchiha Touhuan looked at Mitokado Homura and Utatane Koharu. "How can you do this to the Will of Fire? How can you betray the First Hokage's original intention of establishing the village to protect children from the ravages of war?"
"You…" Utatane Koharu was furious, but the accusation Uchiha Touhuan had leveled was far too heavy, too heavy for even her to bear.

Hiruzen Sarutobi then saw the last part of the criminal record, the section concerning the White Fang incident.
