He wasn't planning to anyway because of Jesus. The only reason why he didn't care last time. It's cause He was forced into the predicament. I should probably put stats into speed too, but if I were, to be honest, it's probably not a good idea, at least not at the moment, Michael thought. Once I get the breastplate i'll put all my other stats on strength speed later. Besides, the shoes will be able to up my speed and a blink of an eye. I have zero doubts about that Michael thought. I probably have a have a lot of stamina, but it'll probably not be enough to actually use the boots at the moment anyway, so I'll wait at least for now Michael thought. And going by the stats that they have, I have a long way to go to be on her level, in fact, I'm not even close at least now. I know how strong she is Michael thought.
After class was over Michael realized something.

I hate to say this, but it looks like I'm going to rely on the sports tomorrow and just hope I get lucky Michael thought.
The next day, Michael was in luck. It was track his specialty, but it wasn't the long runs. He was good at it was the short ones.But Michael I have a feeling that won't be the case for long.but there is one thing about the track thing. Michael always hated.It was a long freaking waiting. between each sport, which was always the case. And then Michael saw something that he thought he would never see Michael seeing people left buildings like it was the most natural thing in the world. Yeah, and then I'm going to beat the strongest in the world with pure physical strength. I got a long way to go. I may be strong here, but Dang. I'm still considered one of the weakest ones in the world. In comparison to those guys, some of them are even lifting skyscrapers, Michael thought. I swear once I get the armor I'm gonna put my points into strength for a while Michael thought.
Michael had 3 reasons to do this. Everyone thinks he's a strength type. Anyway no point hiding it.
Second reason they're not entirely wrong, but not fully correct either. Michael knew all the things and the world were not coincidence. Especially around 9/11 because of the books of the HARBINGERS THE FIRST ONE AND THE SECOND ONE. They're based off actual history.There like history books. Michael's ability is similar to that ability. The ability to put things in his favor he's like a mean character from a story, but different, because the holy presence is always like that. It's like a king fire, burning an entire forest houses all except for 1 building. To be honest Michael didn't know if that building was because of god or the devil because it was a taco bell building. But Michael knew that wasn't the point. That same fire threatened his home at the time, but the holy presence told Michael. That he had nothing to worry about.It would never reach his house. His dad was practically doing all that work for nothing because he was getting way to evacuate the building.
It was like danger, always avoided. Michael all his life and Michael always knew why it was god.
And the final reason was because light had a way to control the other elements around it. Michael never did understand and how it fully worked. That's the Holy Spirit for you. But Michael did know this. Each element represented people's emotions. There was just one problem. The way they gained their abilities was the wrong way.In fact, the worst way possible. They crippled themselves without even realizing it.

This is why Michael wasn't worried about certain abilities too much. Michael studied his opponents from inside his own room. It was pretty easy, actually, they practically bragged about it. Well knowledge is power and Michael knew that well. The only apps build that Michael is worried about was attribute. Darkness, darkness can swallow up light like a black hole. It's the only thing that can counteract light. But it goes both ways, if you use it correctly. But Michael was not there yet, and he knew it.
I'll just focus on what I can do for now. Besides, it's now like they understand their own element very well Michael thought. If they did know it, they would have never went down this route in the first place Michael thought.
When the race got started Michael started out and the way back, not that he's surprised. Not really this is what always happens. And sure enough, the race was really easy for the first round. In fact, Michael didn't even have the ability of speed and yet got first place right off the bat.
Okay, I admit it. He's in really good shape said Delilah especially since it's not even his ability said Delilah. That's very true said Jacob. This also explains why he was able to beat in so many people before 96 students before he passed out said Jacob. Wait, he did what said Delilah shocked!! Oh yeah that's right you only found out of his light ability we never said how we found out we were wrong, now did we said Jacob. YOU DID THAT ON PURPOSE SAID DELILAH Mad!!! Looks like I underestimated him After all. I thought he was just all talk apparently not said Delilah.
When the race was over Michael got a surprise.

Oh now I get it so that's why it was only five points no wonder I thought that was odd said Michael. Looks like my lucky stat adds to my points to my bonus goals too said Michael. Looks like I should spend more points on Luck Stats. Man I'm going to need it especially now Michael said. But I'm not going to spend any of it until I get my breastplate after I'm perfectly fine with it but without it forget it Michael thought. If I'm going to get more points in the future I'm going to have to Triple my luck stat if I'm going to gain a lot more from my other side goals Michael thought. No wonder they want my ability so bad shoot this would make them stronger so fast nuts. This also explains why my progress seems so slow in comparison to light Michael thought.
Little did he know that he was already going really fast for a normal person in fact quite the opposite he was already going superhuman speeds of fast for leveling up. Even a vampire couldn't level up as fast as he did. But that's a different story somebody else's story to be exact.
If I'm going to survive going after these guys I'm not too put myself onto their level if I'm lucky and from the looks of it I got a long way to go Michael thought.
On the next sport Michael did the relay but there was a problem in this one person that he was stuck with was so ridiculously slow in fact because of him it ended before he could even begin. Oh you got to be kidding me just my luck Michael thought!
Ooh that's harsh bad luck said Delilah. It comes to show you how fast he is compared to the other students there are nowhere near his level as much as I hate to admit it said Jacob. Seriously he doesn't even use an ability and yet he's faster than everyone else oh that's just wrong said Delilah. Man I kind of feel sorry for him I mean seriously that wasn't even his fault said Delilah. For once, I have to agree with you, said Jacob.
The third one that he did was the hurdles that one was easy or at least that's what Michael thought. But because everybody was so confident in their own physical strength they didn't even focus on their lower jumping strengths which made Michael win this contest by a landslide. It was like raising against Turtles.
Delilah was so surprised and look at his teacher Jacob. Really did you even try to balance the other strengths there's more than just one area of strength you know said Delilah. Dang I was trying to trick Michael but a backfired plus I didn't think the other people would fall for it too. This was the exact opposite of that was supposed to happen all I did was make myself look stupid and he wasn't even trying Jacob, thought. Yeah I better explain to them the whole jumping thing said Jacob, embarrassed. I swear if you mess up and one more subject I swear I'm going to kick your butt, said Delilah. Do your dang job you're supposed to be teaching them to survive we're about to go to war we don't have time for this nonsense said Delilah. Jacob couldn't even deny it he just didn't think they would be so slow to not catch on like that.

Shoot I can't even call that a challenge that was just sad said Michael. By the time everybody else caught up they felt so humiliated their faces were red. they made a fool out of themselves for because they couldn't even jump over hurdles it wasn't even that high as high as a chair tops. If he actually used their strengths correctly this would have been a cakewalk for them but since they didn't even practice it growing up they just look like idiots. Say one word of this to anyone and I will kill you said the competitor. I think that's too late for that you might want to look around you Michael said. Wait don't tell me said competitor. And sure enough everybody saw they tripped fell over and over and over again they couldn't even get over one hurdle correctly. And they were on the big screen in front of hundreds and hundreds of people. I hate to say it but Michael's right on this one said Bob. Yeah you're right said competitor. This is the most embarrassing thing I've done in my life said a competitor. Man, I hate to be him, said Michael. You got lucky. You already knew what to do with the jumps right remember that you won that one by luck and skill don't forget that said Bob. Yeah about that you might want to look at the time before you say that said Michael. And then sure enough, Michael was done super fast he was still at the very beginning, while he was already done within one minute and 21 seconds. He was speechless at that point. Not only did he make him look stupid, but it was not luck not in the slightest that was just natural skill. Never mind forget I said anything, said Bob.

Maybe this is a good thing after all Going up to school. I hate to say it. But I had no idea how pathetically dumb everybody else around me actually was after I got away from this place. I don't think I ever want to go back again, Michael thought. You know what, let's consider this a draw Jacob thought. I forgot how stupid my normal students are. This is so sad. I'm so embarrassed I'm going to put them through hell after this, Jacob thought.
Wednesday round two
Since Michael couldn't do his daily quests, he just did his normal thing like it wasn't a big deal. He did the sprint yet again and got the gold again. No surprise.

That's much better than before I'll stick to it like that for now Michael said. Besides he looked all the people he won against. They were nowhere near as fast as he was. In fact, it wasn't even close.
Michael went against the hurdles again, but this time was different than last time. They were prepared this time and it was a lot more fun than last time. Michael still won though, but not by much, at least not this time. Not dang it and we still lost, said Bob. Well, at least it wasn't as nearly as embarrassing as yesterday, said a competitor. Looks like he wasn't joking about that are skills compared to his said Bob. You know, that just makes it more embarrassing, said the competitor.
Michael gained 100 more points because of this.
It's just as I thought it goes higher faster because of my luck stat What do you know Michael thought. Man just imagine if it it was in the thousands that would be crazy Michael thought.
Michael did the relay again, but this time somebody was actually fast enough to actually give it to him in time and then Michael shot like a rocket and past everybody before the very end and got first place again.

Dang I have a lot of points now I could even get the helmet of salvation at this rate Michael thought. This is much better than before. In fact who knew the look that would do so much for me but is it only temporary, Michael thought?
