So, how's that? It's not a coincidence if it's an accident due to slight negligence. I think with the context this chapter adds the series of events becomes far more feasible. Azazel wants to test Junichiro, A Stray Devil is the perfect target but they are pretty rare. A stray hiding in known devil territory while knowing no one supernatural is there seems smart, it's an overlooked hunting ground. Azazel, someone we all know is as obsessed with Sacred Gears as Issei is with boobs, isn't likely to be the kind of guy who cooks his own food. Forgetting to tell his minions to stock a kitchen is a simple oversight. Lillian the Siren stray devil had already been at her last location for a while, moving to a fresh hunting ground is just common predator behavior. It all culminates into a terrible incident that leaves Junichiro one arm down.
Another note, I am planning to change the title of this story to Artificer instead of Fabricator. It was suggested to me a while back and with how drastically different this story is, it seems like a good idea. So don't be surprised when that happens before I release the next chapter!
