The level at which Evelyn would master the Power of Laws basically represented the level [Dark Titan] and [Divine] had been at during the same stage.
Although [Dark Titan] was indeed somewhat stronger than [Divine], his strength still had limits. At the very least, it remained within the realm of comprehension.
