"You guys form a Manji formation and protect Mr. Tazuna."
Kakashi then opened his eye, preparing for a duel with Zabuza. Zabuza marveled at the power of the Sharingan and explained what it was amidst everyone's confusion.
Zabuza jumped onto the water, forming a seal with one hand and pointing to the sky with the other.
"Hidden Mist Jutsu."
A thick mist suddenly formed, making it so that even five meters away, only a blurred human figure could be seen.
Zabuza had completely disappeared from sight.
The enemy was in the dark while they were in the light. This was a huge crisis for the entire team.
Before everyone lost their nerve because of the mist, Kano took a step forward and shouted to the others:
"I'm a Sensory Ninja, I'll find his location!"
Sasuke nodded, understanding. Naruto, however, was confused; hadn't Kano-chan said she wasn't good at sensing?
Kano took out the hunting flute; the giant instrument was even more exaggerated than Zabuza's kubikiribōchō. She formed hand seals and blew into it using the Wind Release she wasn't very good at!
The ethereal, high-pitched sound echoed like ocean waves.
Zabuza was also someone sensitive to sound. Was that little girl a Sensory Ninja who used sound? Or was it based on echolocation? This really countered his Hidden Mist Jutsu.
Not three seconds after the flute sounded, the great sword whistled through the air, piercing the mist and heading straight for Kano's neck.
