Chairwoman Latisha Harbinger–Sterling has a profoundly soft side not just for her children but for everyone at large. Even at work, she was the most approachable despite her higher positioning. When compared to the Vice Chairwoman who walked like the ground beneath her was steel and spoke with a force that resonated fear and non tolerance for bare minimum adequacy, Chairwoman Harbinger–Sterling's tone was never a decibel lower nor higher. She was always polite. Reserved.
Many had thought she would lose the seat of Chairwoman seven years ago because of her softer and considerate side but the woman had keen eyes for strategies that could turn a pauper into the wealthiest man in the blink of an eye. Her tax management system, quiet leadership strategies and the numerous citing of success she had brought to The Sterling was unquestionable when her appointment time came. Nobody thought it was unfair. If anyone had earned it, it was her.
