Minnie pov
I felt shocked when I heard a knock on the door. It was already 10:00 in the morning, and my classes had already started. Fear rushed through me as I wondered if my mom had come to check whether I had gone to college. My heart pounded at the thought of her seeing me like this and getting worried. I quickly wiped my tears, trying to steady my breath, hoping she wouldn't notice how broken I felt inside.. I looked at myself in the mirror. The redness was gone, but dark circles surrounded my eyes, and my face looked swollen and tired. The knock came again. I hesitated, then slowly opened the door. It was Sara. She pulled me into a tight hug, and all the fear I had been holding inside finally melted away. I felt relieved-it was her, not my mom.
Sara : Are you ok ? she asked worriedly.
Minnie : uh...
Sara : i know what happened yesterday
Minnie: How do you know? I questioned her.
Flashback in the college
Sara: I went to college, and you weren't in class. Then I heard some boys laughing and saying your name. I went and stood beside them and listened to what they were talking about.
Pranav and his friends were talking about a bet.
Raj, one of Pranav said, "Pranav, give me the 5,000 rupees you lost in the bet. I told you already-she would never accept your so-called love."
Meena laughed and said, "Yes, Raj, you're right. But you were the one who bet that she would fall for you. You just wasted your time.
I couldn't control myself anymore. They were talking about Minnie. I walked straight up to Pranav. He looked stunned for a second.
"What the hell did you do to Minnie?" I shouted. "And what nonsense are your friends talking about?"
Raj rolled his eyes and said mockingly, "Oh, you don't know? He made a bet with me. He said Minnie would fall for him. If he lost, he had to pay me money. If she fell for him, I would pay. That was our deal."
I lost my temper. I slapped Pranav hard. "Do you think she's a toy you can play with her feelings?" I yelled. "If you really knew her, you would never do this. She's lucky she didn't fall for you. I would never want a shameless person like you in her life."
Pranav stammered, "lI... I'm sorry..."
"Don't even talk to me or Minnie," I said coldly.
I reached Minnie's house and rang the calling bell. Aunty opened the door with a warm smile and said, "Good morning, Sara." I smiled back, wished her good morning, and stepped inside. I asked her about Minnie, and she said Minnie was in her room. I also asked about Uncle. She smiled sadly and said, "He isn't at home, dear. Don't worry." I understood, because Minnie's father doesn't like visitors. I then told her that we wouldn't be going to college today because we had some assignments to finish. Minnie's mom agreed and then left for her office.
Flashback over ..
Sara: "I am really sorry, Minnie."
She was on the edge of tears. "I didn't know. I thought he was a good and perfect person for you. I only wanted to see you happy, that's why I supported him. But it was all fake. I am so disappointed, Minnie. I'm sorry."
Minnie : Sara started to cry, and I couldn't control my tears anymore. I hugged her tightly and began to cry too. I whispered it's okay in her ear and tried to comfort her while my heart was breaking
After some time, we stopped crying and couldn't help smiling at our puffy, tear-stained faces.
Minnie: "You look ugly when you cry," I said, trying to hold back my laughter.
Sara: "I know," she said in a cute voice. "But you look beautiful even when you cry."
We both laughed, the heaviness in our hearts feeling a little lighter. When we checked the time, it was already past 12:00 p.m.
Sara: "Sorry, Minnie. I came to comfort you, but you ended up comforting me instead," I said with a small laugh.
Minnie: "it's ok sara i am good now and I'm hungry, Sara."
Sara: "Then get ready. Let's go eat something before we start crying again-for a different reason.

On the other side, Will was carefully packing his things for a trip to India. It had been so long since he last visited, and he desperately needed this break -not just a change of place, but a chance to move on from everything, to leave the past behind, and to use this trip as a way to forget all that had weighed him down for so long.
After finishing, he went downstairs where his mom and dad were already ready to leave. When he asked about Luna, his mom gently explained that she would come later, after submitting some assignments she had to finish first, and Will simply nodded.
Finally, they all set off, driving to the airport, and soon they were boarding the flight to India, the hum of the plane beneath him feeling like the first real step toward a fresh start.
