I can't believe the fight is today" you sighed sipping a can of coke, with shaky hands as you tried to shove down your feelings . You were seated next to Mikey, all wearing the respectable Toman uniform. You were all gathered at Musashi Shrine.
You had a dream.
No a vision of how the whole thing would turn out and it ended with a dead body. The vision was all over the place, but one thing you could distinguish about the person who got shot was that the latter had silver hair.
You were feeling anxious about the fight as you knew to never dismiss any piece of information especially when it led to someone's death but convincing your friends not to fight was out of the equation, they had done so much preparations and you didn't want to ruin it for them.
"I know. Tomorrow we take down the Black Dragons" Hanemiya smiled weakly, unsure of how the fight would end."Stay calm we can do this" Draken said grabbing his shoulder, sending him a confident smile. "Why is Mitsuya late today?" Pah-chin asked, "It makes us look bad."
"He'll be here" Mikey spoke in his serious tone, this made you realize how big of a deal this fight was going to be. Yukio nodded his head, happy to be standing by your side.
Just like Mikey had said, Mitsuya showed up wearing his Toman uniform with another male, he was almost as tall as Draken. His hair was dyed blue and he had a dragon shavedon his head. He squirmed behind Mitsuya when his eyes landed on you, "I hope I'm not too late. The meeting started yet" he sweat dropped at the overwhelming aura sorrounding his friends.
"Almost thought you wouldn't show up" Baji smirked. "Chicken."
They all argued for a while and that's when they had the loud roars of their gang members motorcycles. Mikey got up from his seat, standing above the stairs and you guys followed behind as the gang members showed up. Sadly they were only a few, Toman was a new gang after all.
Even though they were few in number they had confident expressions at the thought of the outcome of the fight. They had the invincible Mikey to carry them and Draken all in one gang. They frowned when their eyes landed on you, you were probably going to be dead weight.
"SO THIS WILL BE TOMANS FIRST FIGHT AS A GANG" Draken started. "WE EXPECT ALL YOU GUYS TO HELP BRING DOWN THE BLACK DRAGONS"
They all brightened up when Draken started giving his speech which was meant to empower them and it did. It got them all riled up. The Black Dragons had become one of the most corrupt gangs ever known to men, it was a problem that needed to be taken off.
Mikey opened his mouth to say something but didn't. He would be ending his brother's gang, he didn't know how to exactly feel about it. He knew the Black Dragons were not what they used to be before and they needed to be brought down.
Everyone was expecting a good speech but all he said was a dry "Good luck." You had to stop yourself from laughing at how bad he was at the leader act, he would adapt to it.
You met up at the assigned place where the fight would take place, you felt an extreme sense of deja vu as you scanned the place.
It really wasn't a dream. Someone was going to die and it was really upto to you to save that person whoever it may be.
A herd of boys all wearing the same uniform all marched up to you guys screaming profanities. Among the herd of boys you were able to spot one of your friends and your eyes widened at the familiar ash blonde haired boy on the other side wearing the Black Dragons uniform.
"What's wrong?" Yukio asked whispering into your ear as you tuned out everything the Black Dragons were saying about your gender.
"nothing" you replied, the shock never leaving your face.
Inui mirrored the same expression as you, equally shocked but the shock soon turned to shame when he realized what he stood for but he quickly masked it with his stoic expression when a tall tanned silver haired guy stopped infront of his gang.
Your eyes widened once more upon seeing the silver haired boy and you immediately knew he was the one going to die. Yours eyes locked with his perfect empty purple eyes that swallowed you whole, but for some reason you never broke eye contact.
Unbeknownst to you Baji noticed and playfully pinched your arm and the stinging sensation made your soul almost leave your body.
"AHHH" you screamed jumping from your spot and everyone turned to look at you. You were on edge. People turned to stare at you.
Some with annoyed expressions, some confused. "Sorry go on" you laughed nervously scratching your cheek. The silver haired remained stoic as he took a step towards Mikey, judging the short shrimp.
"An all out fight. Last one standing" he demanded. Then he stated the following rules and it made you feel even more anxious, sweat started forming on your forehead . "Dea--" before Mikey could even finish his sentence The silverhaired male swung his leg towards Mikey but the shrimp quickly blocked.
Your eyes widened in awe at how fast the whole thing was and before you knew it, Toman and the Black Dragons mixed together fighting for dear life while Mikey battled the leader. You bit your lip trying to keep your eyes on the silverhaired boy.
Someone idiot threw his fist in your direction but you quickly reacted with a kick to his face. One more tried to punch you but you dropped down to the ground, swiping your foot under his causing him to fall onto one of his friends.
'Where are they?' you thought, a bad feeling settling in your gut when you were not able to spot the two. You tried to make your way around the guys without fighting but more people kept on coming for you.
You jumped up into the air ramming your foot onto another opponents face, another tried to attack you while you were in mid air but missed, you grabbed his wrist and flipped your body around still in the air slamming him onto the ground with you landing on his back.
'Did I go too far?' you sweat dropped when the boy started screaming in agony while you held his broken arm that was still attached to his body.
"Y/N WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?!" Inui shouted standing a atleast few meters away from you, an uggo tried to throw a punch at him but he knocked him out only using his fist while slowly walking upto you.
"YEAH I COULD ALSO ASK YOU THE SAME THING SEI" you shouted back letting go of the guys hand while taking powerful strides towards him and you both met up in the middle.
"THIS IS AN ALL OUT WAR" He said punching one of his own that tried to touch you.
"AND YOU'RE ON THE WRONG SIDE" you replied hitting another uggo with your wrist. You did not want anyone to interrupt your conversation, you knew how much Inui admired the first generation Black Dragon founders but he was insane for joining this generation.
"YOU CAN'T BE HERE IT'S DANGEROUS" he said grabbing your wrist he tried to pull you out of the but you did not move. You needed to stay and save the silverhaired boy.
"YOU DON'T THINK I KNOW THAT" you said trying to yank your arm away from him but he did not let go. Suddenly Baji showed up out of nowhere landing a powerful blow on Inui's face which caused him to let go of your hand, acknowledging the new danger.
"Don't touch her like that you weakling" Baji hissed as Inui adjusted his shoulders. Inui ignored Baji and instead stared right at you, extending his hand out to you, "Y/N let's go."
You bit your lip torn but you noticed a bright bling from a sky scraper. 'A sniper?!' you thought glaring at the building. 'Where is he?!' you tried to look for the silverhaired boy.
You spotted him fighting Mikey. "SEI WILL TALK LATER JUST NOT NOW! VAMPIRE DON'T TOUCH SEI!" you shouted pushing past the boys leaving them confused as you started running towards the two.
You dodged and punched through the people, you saw Draken fighting against a guy just as tall as him, he seemed to be struggling a bit. You were gonna help him but someone's life was more important than a few bruises. So you ran past them.
"MIKEY!!!" you shouted. Mikey's head snapped in your direction and the silver head took advantage of that jabbing his foot onto Mikey's face, you grimaced when you saw the amount of blood gushing out of his nose.
The light blinded you once more, reminding you of your limited time. You ran to them just before you could reach them an uggo managed to land a punch on your face, making you stagger back.
"Get the fuck out of my way!!" you roared catching everyone's attention as people turned to look at you with shocked expressions as you hopped off the ground connecting your foot with the ugggo's face making him pass out upon impact.
Your little stunt reminded Toman why it was fighting. The fallen men started getting up attacking everyone in their direction, letting out war cries.
The Black Dragons was getting overpowered by Toman.
You kicked and punched through everyone in your way with Yukio along side you. He took care of enemies trying to attack you from behind. "Yukio, help the weak Toman members" you ordered punching another male.
He nodded his head and separated from you. As soon as he did you sprinted to Mikey and The silver haired boy.
When you reached them you had no idea what to do, you did not want to be caught up in their brawl. You would lose, you were not even able to keep up with their moves.
A light bulb appeared above your head. "THE POLICE ARE HERE!!" you yelled, lying. The bluff had caught so attention as everyone stopped what they were doing.
To your utter dismay your bluff caused so much chaos as people kept on pushing past each other, Toman members dropping to their feet and being ran over while the Division Captains tried their best to defeat and help as many guys as possible, not giving a damn about the police.
You got pushed and shoved around so much you were starting to lose sight of the silverhaired boy. You felt a hand tighten around your hand, you turned around to see Inui holding your hand once more.
"Let's go before the police are here!" he exclaimed but once again you didn't move.
"That's a lie. Sei I don't know how to explain this but you need to let me go, he might end up dead" you said your expression darkening.
"Y/N no one is going to die. Let's go before you're the one who ends up dead" he said. You liked that he cared for you but right now, really wasn't the time especially when someone's life depended on him not caring.
"I won't. I promise, I'll be careful" you flashed him a reassuring grin, to remind him that you would never leave him. That you were not going to die and that you would always come back. He slowly let go off your hand and nodded his head signaling you to go.
Inui did not understand why he hated you so much to the point that you were always in his nightmares torturing him. The more he thought of you the more his hatred grew, the less he saw you he was engulfed in his own pitiful loneliness.
Trapped in a room he could never escape. He did not understand why he was alive.... he was the one who was supposed to die. It was his fault Akane had died. He hated himself for it.
The only time he ever got to breathe was when you were in his head. He hated it, someone like him did not deserve happiness.
He was a murderer.
You smiled softly at him, just from your smile he had forgotten all his pain once again, instead he felt warmth in his heart. He let go of your hand before you dashed off into the crowd, to find the silver haired boy.
Immediately when you found him you jumped on him hoping your weight was enough to throw him on the ground but nothing happened.
You were just wrapped around his torso like a starfish while his emotionless expression transformed into to one of the most confused expressions you had ever encountered.
"Just move damn it! They're going to kill you" you shouted trying to yank him but he remained unmoving. He was about to push you off him self when he caught bright flash from the corner of his eye.
On impulse he jumped back from his original spot and a bullet pieced the ground. He's eyes shot wide from bewilderedment, he grabbed you by the collar ripping you away from himself. He was extremely strong.
He started running in a different direction compared to the others, with you being dragged behind him unable to keep up with his speed. He took notice of that and yanked you by your hand before briefly carrying you in his arms bridal style, without even stopping once.
You made it far away from all the chaos, you two ended up by a bridge out in the open. You breathed heavily.
"Who are you?" he asked before you could even catch your breath. His deep purple eyes were staring right into your soul, the look in his eyes resembled Mikey's in a few years cold and unbothering.
"Your savior. But you can call me Y/N" you said with a salute. He aggressively grabbed you by your collar, roughly holding you over the edge of the bridge. "Huh? What the hell dude? I literally saved you."
"From the beginning. I noticed how you stared at me. How did you know what was going to happen? Were you part of it?"
"What? fuck no! I wouldn't have saved you if I was in on it"
"Then how did you know?"
".... A few days ago. I heard people say they were going to kill a silver haired guy during the Toman fight... So I guessed it was you" you blatantly lied, hoping you didn't stutter.
He was unconvinced by the reason but let you go nonetheless. He dropped you down and walked away his back turned to you.
"What's your name?" you asked from where you were seated. You saved someone, this made you more confident in your plan to save Shinichiro.
"... Kurokawa Izana" before you could reply he dissappeared off into the sunset.
