Drip… Drip…
The sound echoed endlessly.
A place drowned in absolute darkness stretched in every direction, boundless and suffocating. There was no sky, no ground—only an abyss that felt alive, watching, breathing.
At the center of this void lay a mysterious pool of water.
Its surface was unnaturally still, reflecting nothing but pitch-black emptiness.
Within that pool rested a body.
The body was submerged, unmoving—like a corpse abandoned by the world itself.
Hmm…
A faint stir.
What… happened?
Slowly, awareness crept back into the 'One ' mind like a creeping shadow.
Where… am I?
Swoosh—
Water rippled violently as a silhouette rose from the pool, droplets cascading down his form like falling tears.
breath was ragged.
vision blurred.
"This place…" The One muttered hoarsely.
"What… is this place?"
A sudden pause.
It's thought froze
"…Before that—"
His hands trembled.
"Who… am I?"
"AAAAHHHHHHH—!!!"
A beast-like roar erupted from his chest, tearing through the void like a thunderclap.
The darkness itself trembled, rippling outward as if afraid.
Fragments of sound followed the beastly roar.
"Please… please don't kill me!"
"No—! Don't! Don't kill my child! I beg you!"
The screams clawed into his mind.
The darkness surrounding him began to move.
It twisted.
It writhed.
It converged.
The void warped violently, folding in on itself, until—
The world changed.
A city emerged.
But it was no ordinary city.
It was hell made manifest.
Buildings burned endlessly, their structures half-collapsed and stained with blood. Smoke choked the sky, turning daylight into an eternal dusk.
The streets…
The streets were rivers of corpses.
Men.
Women.
Children.
The elderly.
No one was spared.
They were slaughtered like livestock, their lives torn away without mercy.
Blades flashed.
Screams echoed.
Laughter—cruel, inhuman laughter—pierced through the chaos.
The air was thick with grief, rage, terror, despair, and madness.
"Ahhh… what is this?" the One whispered, clutching it's head.
It's knees buckled.
"Who… who are these people?"
Blood soaked his hands—yet it wasn't his.
"Why… why are they being slaughtered?"
It's breath hitched.
"And whose… whose memories are these?"
The pain was unbearable.
It felt real.
Too real.
"Karn…"
A voice.
Gentle.
Familiar.
The One entire body froze.
"Huh?"
It turned slowly.
There—
A woman lay collapsed on the ground, her body broken and drenched in blood. Her breath was shallow, each inhale sounding like it could be her last.
Her eyes… they were filled with warmth.
With love.
With sorrow.
"Is it you —"
AHHHHH—!!!
Before it could finish, the world shattered.
The city crumbled into fragments, dissolving into countless shards of memory.
And then—
The One remembered.
Everything.
Who It was.
What It had lost.
The cursed day when the sky turned red.
The day it's world was torn apart.
The day it's peace was butchered.
The One etched their faces deep into it's soul.
Their twisted smiles.
Their merciless eyes.
The One remembered their laughter as blood flowed.
The One remembered their cruelty.
It could still feel their bloodlust crawling on his skin.
"AAAAHHHHHHH—!!!"
The One's scream shook existence itself.
"I WILL KILL YOU!"
"I WILL ERADICATE YOU!"
"I WILL TORTURE YOU UNTIL DEATH AND MAKE YOU BEG FOR MERCY!"
"I WILL NEVER—NEVER—LET YOU ESCAPE! EVEN IF I NEED TO SEARCH UNTIL THE END OF WORLD "
" IF THERE IS REALLY A GOD , DEMON , HEAVEN , HELL THEN BE THE WITNWSS TO MY OATH ..."
The void trembled violently.
The pool beneath his feet boiled.
The Rage burned hotter than hell itself.
The silhouette began to crack.
Fragments of darkness peeled away from The One's form.
As the false shell faded, the True One emerged from within—
Eyes blazing like the Great Sun .
The surroundings Darkness faded away in the presence of the Fire .
Will the Light bring the Life or ERADICATE IT ?
