EPISODE 5 — The Hidden Room
Amane returned home feeling deeply unsettled.
Her mind was restless.
Something felt wrong, but she couldn't explain it.
As she walked into her room, she suddenly noticed something strange.
A soft white light was glowing behind her wardrobe.
"…That wasn't there before."
Her heart began to beat faster.
She pushed the large wardrobe aside with great effort.
It was heavy, but she managed to move it.
Behind it…
There was a button on the wall.
Amane hesitated.
Her hand trembled slightly as she pressed it.
Click.
A hidden door slowly opened.
Her eyes widened.
Behind it was a room filled with ancient books, magic books, and advanced digital devices.
The place looked like something from another world.
"…What is all this…?"
She stepped inside.
And then she saw it.
Screens began to light up.
Images appeared.
They showed her entire life on Earth —
her childhood,
her memories,
everything she had lived through.
Amane froze.
"…That's… me…"
Shock ran through her body.
She could not breathe.
All of her memories… her real life… were here.
She fell to her knees.
"So… what does this mean?"
Her mind was racing.
"Who is Uzumi Izue?"
"Why am I inside her body?"
"Why is this happening to me?"
She could not find any answers.
That night, she did not sleep at all.
She lay awake, thinking again and again about the room, the memories, and Uzumi.

The next morning, she went to school.
Mitsuma and Arae were already waiting for her.
The moment they saw her, they knew something was wrong.
"…You look different today," Arae said quietly.
"You have dark circles under your eyes," Mitsuma added.
"Did something happen?"
Amane shook her head.
"…I just couldn't sleep last night."
But in class, she couldn't focus at all.
The teacher asked her a question —
she couldn't answer.
Mitsuma and Arae exchanged glances.
After school ended, they stopped her.
"Tell us," Arae said.
"Something is wrong with you today."
Amane took a deep breath.
"I want to tell you something…
but will you trust me?"
"Of course," Mitsuma said.
"We're your friends."
Arae nodded.
Amane slowly spoke.
"What if I say… I am not Uzumi Izue?"
They froze.
"What if I say I am not a demon?"
"What if I say I am human?"
"What if I say I am not even from this world?"
Mitsuma was shocked.
Arae stared at her, thinking deeply.
"Why are you telling us this?" Arae asked.
Amane told them everything —
the light,
the hidden room,
the memories,
everything that had happened.
They were completely stunned.
They didn't want to believe it…
but something inside them told them she was telling the truth.
"…Then…" Mitsuma whispered,
"where is Uzumi Izue?"
Amane shook her head.
"I don't know."
"Come with me," she said.
"I'll show you."
They went to her house.
They saw the hidden room.
They saw the proof.
They were speechless.
They all stood there, thinking:
What is this place?
Who is Uzumi Izue?
And where is she now?

The red crystal ball suddenly began to glow intensely.
Far away, a man smiled.
