The system said as a new window appeared in tatsuyas mind.
Tatsuya thought for a moment, a d-rank jutsu that would be useful now and even later down the line.
Suddenly a technique came to mind. He'd seen it in another fictional work. A basic low level technique that was used by almost all who knew of it.
'Alright let's do this, system, what i want is a chakra flow technique that enhances speed, strength and durability in accordance with how much chakra is fed to the technique!' Thought tatsuya to the system.
'The information given has been logged, begining jutsu synthesis, please wait!' The system said.
Tatsuya could see the systems process of creating a jutsu.
'Jutsu creation confirmed, Chakra flow to the entire body, incremental increase in 3 stats, strength, speed and durability, hand seals: Snake, chakra attribute used: Yang, host please name the jutsu!' The system said.
Tatsuya already had a name for it, in fact he planned to use the same name of the technique he'd base this 1 off of.
'System, name this technique, Reinforcement technique!' He said to the system in his thoughts.
'The system has confirmed that the host has named the newly d-rank jutsu: Reinforcement jutsu!' Replied the system.
Suddenly, information began rapidly appearing in tatsuyas mind. From not knowing to instantly mastering the Reinforcement jutsu, only took a minute or so.
Tatsuya looked at his hand, before using the now ingrained knowledge of the Reinforcement jutsu to use said jutsu sealessly.
Tatsuya felt as his Chakra began circulating around his entire chakra pathway system, had anyone with a dojutsu been observing tatsuya at this exact moment, they'd have seen a pattern similar to circuits running through out his entire body.
Tatsuya felt it, his strength increasing 2 fold, in proportion to the amount of chakra pumped into the technique.
Suddenly pulling out a kunai from his kunai holster, tatsuya raised it above his head before bring the tip down onto the palm of his hand.
Clang!!
The sound of metal striking metal rang out, tatsya felt the kunai stop dead in it's tracks, moving the kunai out of the way, showed that there were no signs of damage to the skin.
Opening and closing his hand carefully, tatsuya after a few more durability test decided that the jutsu In fact worked as he'd intended it to.
In the shinobi world, shinobi were high Dps, glass cannons, good at dishing out access damage but poor at taking said damage in return.
This jutsu would, in fact allow tatsuya not to worry about Suddenly being struck dead, by a purposeful or stray kunai or another bladed weapon.
Kunai in hand, tatsuya proceeded to test the strength boosting aspect of the jutsu, by breaking the tip of the kunai he'd used to test his technique induced durability.
Let's just say, Reinforcement jutsu:1, kunai:0, and leave it at that.
"Tatsuya sweety, food is ready!" Tatami's voice echoed up to tatsuyas room, breaking him out of his experimentation.
"Coming!" He called back, dropping the broken kunai into a draw of his desk, before leaving his room and heading down stairs.

Tatsyua spent the rest of the day testing the reinforcement jutsu thoroughly, punching and kicking trees and lifting bolders.
Then came the speed test, he'd nearly sprinted head long into a tree trunk because his reaction time could not in fact, keep up with his new found speed.
So far the rest of the day tatsuya got accustomed to his enhanced speed when using the Reinforcement jutsu.
Better get use to the jutsu now. He had this sinking feeling that his team would soon be sent on a war time mission.
Tatsuya came up with the hypothesis from the way his sensei shikaku was acting earlier in the day.
And even if not, he would rather be prepared than not.
