Chapter 4 - Chapter 4: Ulsan City

The moment he stepped out of the plane he saw Korean writing and people talking in Korean. Seung-ho spoke over 100 different languages so Korean was one of the languages he was fluent in even in writing. He walked to the baggage claim and he picked up his suitcase the next moment he heard a shout. Seung-ho turned around and his eyes widen because this was his best friend since childhood.

"Jasper!" Seung-ho shouted as he ran toward Jasper who ran toward him. Seung-ho threw his arms around him then Seung-ho saw his cousin Jae-hye.

"Jae-hye!" Seung-ho waved with excitement the three of them hugged and helped Seung-ho grab his suitcases. When they set of the road he listened to his cousin and best friend.

"Speaking of which cousin you go to a wealthy elite high school dad said I will be going to the same school as the two you idiots."

"Hey we aren't idiots but hey this school is truly for the wealthy elites like those wealthy millionaires, billionaires, or even trillionaire heiresses, and heirs. This school is made out of money," Jasper said.

"Really?" Seung-ho said he after went to public schools and always got expelled or suspended.

Jae-hye nodded enthusiastically, his eyes sparkling with excitement.

"It's true, Seung-ho! Our school is the crème de la crème of education. Only the richest and most influential families send their children there."

Jasper chimed in.

"Yeah, man. I heard some kids there have private jets and yachts. Can you believe it?"

Seung-ho raised an eyebrow, intrigued by the idea of attending such an exclusive institution. He had always been expelled or suspended from his previous schools due to his rebellious nature and the secrets he kept hidden.

"What's the name of this school?" he asked, curiosity getting the better of him.

"Ulsan Elite Academy," Jae-hye replied proudly.

"It's where all the future leaders of Korea are molded."

As they drove through the bustling streets of Ulsan City, Seung-ho couldn't help but feel a sense of anticipation. He wondered what challenges and opportunities awaited him at this prestigious school. Would he be able to keep his true identity hidden among the wealthy elite?

"But we will be scholarship students so yeah don't dream too big," Jasper said.

"What is wrong with being a scholarship student?" Seung-ho asked confused.

"These elites hate poor or scholarship students because we are middle class we are fine since our parents can afford it, but those who can't they will do about anything to suck up to the rich. Anyway be careful, after death happens there," Jae-hye said.

"Death?"

"Yes, but in truth it is always paid off and those people who died oh well for them."

Seung-ho didn't ask for anymore his eyes closed as he looks out of the city.

An hour later Jasper pulled over to Jae-hye home where his two parents and sisters were waiting which were Seung-ho aunt and uncle.

Seung-ho stepped out of the car, stretching his limbs after the long journey. He was greeted by his aunt and uncle, who pulled him into warm embraces.

"Seung-ho, it's so good to see you!" his aunt exclaimed, tears welling up in her eyes.

"You've grown so much since we last saw you."

His uncle patted him on the back, a proud smile on his face.

"Welcome home, son. We're glad to have you with us in Ulsan City."

Seung-ho's cousins rushed out of the house, squealing with delight as they hugged him tightly.

"We missed you so much!" they cried in unison.

As Seung-ho stood there, surrounded by his loving family, he felt a sense of belonging wash over him.

"Auntie Kathy, Uncle Sam, ah the twins you guys are now what fifteen years old?" Seung-ho asked.

"Yup! Cousin come on! Let us show you, your new room!" Hina and Yin both shouted with excitement.

"Auntie, uncle, we're is Lulu?" Seung-ho asked.

"Cousin, Lulu is now in the entertainment industry she is an agency!" Jae-hye said.

Seung-ho yawned as he walked inside.

Seung-ho followed his cousins up to his new room, yawning widely as he went. The exhaustion from the long flight and emotional reunions was catching up with him.

As they reached the bedroom, Hina and Yin pushed open the door dramatically.

"Ta-da!" they exclaimed in sync.

Seung-ho blinked sleepily as he took in the sight before him. The room was spacious and well-furnished, with a large bed, a desk, and a comfortable-looking couch. But what caught his attention was the wall opposite the bed, which was entirely covered in shelves filled with books.

"A library in my room?" Seung-ho murmured, a small smile tugging at his lips.

"That's right! We know how much you love reading," Jae-hye said proudly.

"And we stocked it with all sorts of books - novels, textbooks, even some rare editions," added Jasper.

Seung-ho touched his chest.

"My cousins and best friend just pamper me so much! I love my game like tech room thank you," Seung-ho said.

"You're welcome!" They said.

"You even have a walk in closet! Look here," Hina said as she grabbed Seung-ho hand.

"Holy shit so much clothes, different types of sneakers, you guys know me so well," Seung-ho said as he hugged the two girls who giggled with excitement.

"Cousin, you're so handsome, and beautiful why not date?"

"I did had a girlfriend we broke up a year and half ago," Seung-ho said.

"No way! Are you…"

"No! I am not," Seung-ho said. After everyone left Seung-ho he was still at the New York City time zone so he passed out right after he laid down on his soft bed.

As Seung-ho drifted off to sleep, his mind wandered to thoughts of his ex-girlfriend. They had dated for a year and a half, but the relationship had been strained by the secrets he kept hidden. In the end, it was better for both of them to part ways.

He shook his head, pushing the memories aside. He was in Ulsan City now, starting a new chapter in his life. There would be time to think about romance later.

For now, Seung-ho needed to focus on adapting to his new surroundings and navigating the challenges that lay ahead. The prestigious Ulsan Elite Academy awaited him, along with its wealthy students and mysterious deaths.

As exhaustion claimed him, Seung-ho's last thought before falling asleep was a determination to uncover the truth behind those deaths and protect himself and his loved ones from any danger that might come their way.
