Watching Magneto's figure turn into a small dot in the sky and finally disappear completely, Adrian slowly withdrew his gaze and turned to fly toward the Vatican. The sea breeze brushed his white robe, and the ice field silently melted after he left, as if nothing had happened.
Inside the Apostolic Palace courtyard, Logan was leaning against a stone pillar, resting with his eyes closed. Suddenly, he opened them, his keen senses catching an unusual elemental fluctuation. It was at this moment that Adrian silently landed in front of him.
"What happened?" Logan asked with a frown, subconsciously tensing his muscles. Although his enhanced perception was vague, he'd still detected the short but intense skirmish in the distance.
During this time, Logan had remained at the Vatican. On one hand, it was to help with Anna's training in ability control. On the other hand, he'd voluntarily become her sparring partner while also receiving guidance from Adrian.
"Get ready. Our revolution is about to begin."
Adrian's tone was calm, yet carried undeniable weight.
Logan's eyes sharpened, and he stood up straight.
Adrian continued, "Magneto just exchanged blows with me over the Atlantic. He was still after Anna. Although I repelled him, he'll never give up his ambition."
He paused briefly, his voice growing more serious. "A great war concerning the future of Mutants and humans will likely begin soon."
Adrian didn't tell Logan that Erik had become his puppet. Some paths must be walked by someone. Some blood must be shed by someone.
Erik was already someone who'd stop at nothing to achieve his goals, and Adrian felt little guilt toward him. The path of revolution never lacked sacrifice, and Magneto's sacrifice, in Adrian's opinion, was completely worth it.
"That old bastard..." Logan snorted coldly. He'd long heard of Magneto's reputation.
A fanatic who claimed to fight for Mutant survival but acted extreme and unscrupulous.
"Just the two of us?" Logan glanced at Clarisse, Anna, and others still training in the distance.
"Clarisse, Anna, you, and Savis will all participate," Adrian answered clearly.
"It's also time for your identity to be revealed. Walking the world as a member of the Star Saint Legion will make it easier to recruit others in the future."
Adrian never intended to keep Logan and Anna hidden in the Vatican indefinitely. Having chosen this path, they were destined to face the entire world.
Looking at the bigger picture, the Mutant problem was merely the tip of the iceberg. This world, though without the Avengers, was far more complex, hiding many more unknown crises.
Logan nodded, without a trace of hesitation in his eyes. He'd long been prepared.
"In the coming days, I'll fully assist you in comprehending Cosmo," Adrian said, looking at him.
"Once you successfully ignite your Cosmo, the number of Mutants on Earth who can surpass you will be few and far between, unless you encounter an Omega-level."
He had great confidence in Logan. His powerful physical talent and tenacious will far surpassed ordinary people, and he was just one step away from igniting his Cosmo.
In the following days, Logan entered veritable "hell training." Every day, he was pushed to his limits by Adrian's storm-like attacks, repeatedly knocked down, and repeatedly stood up again relying on his healing factor.
But he could clearly feel the changes in his body—speed, strength, and reactions all comprehensively improved.
Eventually, Adrian even withdrew the earth element blessing he'd previously given, demanding that Logan endure the attacks entirely on his own.
BOOM!
On the third day of training, Logan was once again sent flying by a punch, crashing heavily into the ground. But he almost instantly flipped up, ignoring the blood at the corner of his mouth, and sharply dodged to the side.
The next moment, his original position was covered by countless shadow fists.
Adrian's attacks were like a fierce storm, his punches and kicks reaching near-supersonic speeds. Logan could only desperately dodge and block with his beast-like intuition.
All his bones, muscles, and even internal organs were constantly being damaged, then instantly repaired and strengthened by his healing factor.
The few people watching from the sidelines were terrified. This training method was incredibly brutal. Even knowing Logan couldn't die, it was still unbearable to watch.
Suddenly, Adrian's sky-filling shadow fists abruptly stopped.
Immediately after, the entire training ground seemed enveloped by a miniature starry sky, with starlight flowing, dreamlike and ethereal.
"It's finally done," Adrian smiled faintly.
Next, it was time to wait for Logan to sense his guardian constellation.
Without the pressure of attacks, Logan's injuries rapidly healed. He stood still, his body gradually enveloped by brilliant starlight, and a vast stellar panorama slowly unfolded behind him.
"Is this the power of Cosmo...?" Clarisse and the others gazed at this miraculous sight, their eyes captivated, as if they too had touched that profound threshold.
Logan's body was undergoing a complete transformation. His internal organs and the light of his soul resonated with each other, and the external starlight continuously poured into his body.
Finally, a magnificent star chart completely solidified behind him.
"It's Taurus!" Clarisse recognized the shining constellation at a glance.
One of the twelve zodiac signs—Taurus.
"Which means... Logan will become the first Gold Saint of the Vatican's Star Saint Legion."
Savis murmured, his tone tinged with envy.
Everyone held their breath. They'd long understood the Saint ranking system—the Gold Saints, representing the twelve zodiac signs, were undoubtedly the peak combat power among Saints.
Just then, Adrian also noticed a subtle fluctuation in his own Cosmo.
A pure power feedback flowed into his body, increasing his cultivation speed slightly.
"It really works..." He understood in his heart. If Chronos, the god of time, was "generating capital from capital," then what he was doing now was the path of "co-creation and co-sharing."
This discovery validated his previous hypothesis: by cultivating his own Saints, he too could continuously grow stronger!
At this moment, Logan was immersed in the combat techniques inherited from Taurus. These exquisite and powerful moves, combined with the explosive power of Cosmo, would unleash unimaginable might.
When the Sixth Sense Cosmo completely stabilized, Logan opened his eyes. He felt the surging power within him, as if he'd been reborn.
"Have you awakened any new superpowers?" Adrian asked.
"I guess so. My healing factor is several times stronger than before, and now all the bones in my body can extend out at will as weapons. And..."
Logan savored the feeling for a moment before answering.
He raised his hand, and a bone claw instantly shot out from between his fingers, gleaming with a metallic cold light the next second.
"My bones seem to have gained the ability to metallize."
Logan couldn't believe that merely awakening the Sixth Sense had brought such earth-shattering changes. He was now many times stronger than he'd been just minutes before.
