Chapter 3 - Chapter 3 The Note

Dabi: "That sign seems to be telling the truth."

He observed grimly as he looked down the path lined with skeletons.

Overhaul voiced their collective frustration.

Overhaul: "That old man from earlier should've given us better directions instead of this stupid guessing game. Pretty sure the other path leads to something much worse than death."

Shigaraki's eyebrows shot up.

Shigaraki: "What's worse than death?"

He asked skeptically.

Overhaul's expression darkened.

Overhaul: "There are a lot of things that are much worse than death."

Everyone fell silent, realizing he might be right.

Shigaraki listed gruesome examples.

Shigaraki: "Like your hands coming off or legs and maybe... rape as well."

Overhaul nodded solemnly.

Overhaul: "You're right about that too."

Suddenly, Lady Nagant panicked.

Lady Nagant: "How about Dabi, Overhaul, Midoriya, and Shigaraki going on this path and the rest of us going on the other path? Cause something is coming in fast!"

The sound of approaching footsteps grew louder and more urgently behind them. Everyone exchanged nervous glances before quickly dividing into two groups based on Lady Nagant's suggestion.

Dabi, Overhaul, Midoriya, and Shigaraki - Right Path.

Lady Nagant, Chrono, Toga - Left Path.

Chrono's heart raced with worry as they were about to be separated.

Chrono: "Overhaul..."

He started anxiously, the thought of them being apart terrifying him. But there was no time to argue; the unknown threat was closing in fast. Everyone nodded grimly and prepared to face their respective paths, hoping against hope that they would reunite safely.

(Meanwhile at the Right Path).

Shigaraki: "Fun trip huh. We're being chased by who knows what and now we're splitting up again."

He muttered sarcastically.

Midoriya tried to look on the bright side.

Midoriya: "Well it isn't so bad I guess."

Dabi kept his voice steady.

Dabi: "Let's just keep on going."

Overhaul listened intently.

Overhaul: "I don't hear any footsteps other than ours so probably the people who chased us went in a different direction or maybe they stop chasing us once we enter the path... but that's only an assumption."

Shigaraki: "So Overhaul, what's your assumption?"

He asked as they continued down the path, his eyes scanning their surroundings warily.

Overhaul paused, deep in thought as he held onto Dabi for support.

Overhaul: "Let's see... the people stopped chasing us after we entered this path. Either they went after Lady Nagant and the others or..."

He trailed off, his brow furrowing as he considered the skeletons Dabi had mentioned earlier.

Overhaul: "Or they know what's in this path. Like a creature that... likes human flesh."

Shigaraki: "Well?"

He prompted, his curiosity piqued by Overhaul's cautious approach.

Overhaul shrugged, his grip on Dabi tightening slightly as he considered the possibilities.

Overhaul: "It's probably because this path leads to the Cannibals' hideout. Why would they stop chasing us otherwise? Unless..."

He paused, his eyes widening with a sudden realization.

Overhaul: "Unless something even more terrifying is up ahead."

Dabi's face darkened at Overhaul's words.

Dabi: "Well, great. We're screwed if that's the case."

Midoriya: "So what do we do?"

He asked desperately, his voice trembling slightly.

Overhaul honestly answered.

Overhaul: "I don't know to be honest. We're all powerless now so..."

Midoriya slumped shoulders, his hope dwindling.

Midoriya: "Well I guess we're dead."

Dabi snapped at Midoriya's defeatist attitude.

Dabi: "You are losing hope already?"

Shigaraki echoed Midoriya's despair.

Shigaraki: "Look where we are at."

Dabi faced them sharply.

Dabi: Yes we're in a bad situation but giving up won't save us."

(Meanwhile at the left side of the path)

Lady Nagant: "This sucks!"

She exclaimed in a panicked tone as she ran alongside Chrono and Toga down the left path.

Chrono tried to find a silver lining.

Chrono: "Well at least it's not with Dabi and the others since Overhaul leg is busted."

Toga countered.

Toga: "Yeah that's good in a way but we're being chased by who knows what!"

The three of them continued running until they reached the end of the path.

Chrono: "Is that the way out?"

He asked hopefully as they approached the light at the end of the path.

Toga immediately pushed forward.

Toga: "I don't think so but let's just go!"

The trio emerged from the path into an unexpected scene—a hospital lobby.

Lady Nagant: "A Hospital?"

She exclaimed in surprise. Toga immediately recalled horror movie tropes.

Toga: "Have you seen horror movies? Something bad always happens in hospitals!"

But Chrono's hope outweighed his fear.

Chrono: "Pretty sure there's an exit here so we have to keep going."

(In his mind).

"Overhaul, you better be okay."

(Out of his mind).

Lady Nagant: "Well where would the exit be at?"

She wondered aloud, her eyes scanning the hospital lobby.

Toga shook her head.

Toga: "I don't know."

As they stood there debating, Lady Nagant's sharp eyes spotted something disturbing—a trail of blood leading deeper into the hospital.

Chrono: "Do we follow it?"

He asked, his voice barely a whisper.

Lady Nagant nodded determinedly and began walking towards the bloody trail.

Lady Nagant: "Maybe it leads to the exit."

Toga hesitated before following her.

Toga: "I don't know about this..."

(Meanwhile on the right path).

Dabi: "I see a light."

He murmured, coming to an abrupt halt as he spotted a faint glow up ahead on their path.

Overhaul asked hopefully.

Overhaul: "Is it the exit?"

Shigaraki scoffed.

Shigaraki: "Probably not but who knows."

Midoriya pushed everyone forward eagerly.

Midoriya: "Let's go see!"

Without hesitation they stepped into the light... And suddenly found themselves standing in an eerie city street—empty except for flickering streetlights casting ominous shadows and bloodstained walls everywhere.

Midoriya: "See, I think we're back."

He said hopefully, looking around the deserted city street.

Overhaul quickly corrected him.

Overhaul: "I don't think so. When do bloody trails like this happen?"

Midoriya retorted defensively.

Midoriya: "Well, that one time when you and Shigaraki got into a fight it got pretty bloody."

Overhaul shook his head.

Overhaul: "That was different. This looks like murder scene."

He peered down the alleyway, his eyes narrowing as he took in the grim sight.

Overhaul: "Something's not right here..."

Shigaraki: "You see something?"

He asked Overhaul sharply, noticing his intense stare down the alleyway.

Overhaul quickly dismissed it.

Overhaul: "It's nothing, don't worry about it."

Midoriya suggested following the bloody trail.

Midoriya: "So do we follow the path?"

Dabi hesitated, the concern etched on his face.

Dabi: "I think we should... but what if something bad happens?"

He looked to Overhaul and the others for input.

Dabi: "How about we explore around first and gather more information before committing to that trail?"

He proposed cautiously.

Shigaraki: "Fine."

He muttered, unenthusiastic but conceding to Dabi's suggestion.

Midoriya added softly.

Midoriya: "Maybe we're not the only ones here."

Overhaul nodded in agreement, his eyes scanning the deserted streets warily. As they began to explore the city, a sense of unease settled over the group. The flickering streetlights cast eerie shadows, and the silent buildings seemed to watch them intently.

(Up in the roof of a building).

Unbeknownst to the group, an unknown figure stood hidden in the shadows of a nearby building, watching their every move with piercing eyes. The figure was cloaked and hooded, making it impossible to discern any features or identity. As Dabi carried Overhaul through the deserted streets, Midoriya and Shigaraki kept their guard up, unaware of the silent observer lurking in the darkness above them. The figure remained motionless, its gaze fixed intensely on the group below.

(A few minutes later).

Shigaraki: "So Overhaul, how's the leg?"

He asked, trying to break the tense silence.

Overhaul chuckled weakly.

Overhaul: "Well at least it isn't my arms."

Dabi suddenly interrupted, his voice barely above a whisper.

Dabi: "Let's stop talking for now."

His eyes scanned their surroundings, noticing a solitary figure wandering around the city seemingly lost.

Midoriya pointed them out.

Midoriya: "There's a person—let's go talk to them."

Shigaraki: "Not a good idea."

He warned, but his words fell on deaf ears as Midoriya began to approach the wandering figure.

Dabi suddenly called out sharply.

Dabi: "Midoriya come back!"

Overhaul's voice cracked slightly.

Overhaul: "Dabi don't move—there's someone right behind us."

Dabi froze instantly, his eyes widening as he slowly turned around... And saw a man pointing an AK-47 directly at them from behind.

Shigaraki: "This is bad."

He murmured, slowly putting his hands up and kneeling as the cold barrel of a gun pressed against his head.

Midoriya: Hey can you help us?

His question was cut off as he saw his friends surrounded by a group of masked men—realizing it was too late that it was a trap.

The person Midoriya had approached slowly pulled out a pistol, while an unknown man with a full-face mask stepped towards Dabi and Overhaul.

The man's voice was distorted through the mask.

The Man In The Mask: "Don't move or your friend gets it."

Dabi: "Please, don't hurt us. We're just lost travelers."

He pleaded, his voice shaking as he looked up at the masked man pointing the gun at him and Overhaul.

The unknown man slowly removed his mask, revealing a horribly burned face—a twisted smile stretching his scarred lips. As skin peeled off like burnt paper with each movement, the man began screaming maniacally.

The Man In The Mask: "HE WANTS BLOOD! HE WANTS BLOOD!"

His bloodshot eyes fixed on each member of their group.

Shigaraki: "Define blood?"

He asked.

(In his mind).

"I should've stayed at the dorm and studied for the exam instead of being here about to get killed."

He glanced down at the ground, his eyes landing on a rusty knife lying nearby.

"It's not perfect but it would have to do. I miss my quirk right now."

He thought to himself, slowly reaching for the knife with trembling fingers behind his back.

(Out of his mind).

He slowly picked up the rusty knife when the gunman's attention was momentarily diverted.

Shigaraki: "When you say blood, you mean I have to kill someone?"

He asked the unknown man, his voice barely hiding the tremor of fear. The burnt-faced maniac nodded enthusiastically, his twisted smile growing wider.

Shigaraki: "Fair enough."

He whispered, steeling himself for what he was about to do. Overhaul and Dabi's eyes widened simultaneously, both thinking the same thing - Shigaraki was planning to kill one of them.

Dabi: "Shigaraki, don't do it."

He hissed urgently, his eyes locked onto Shigaraki's hand gripping the knife. Overhaul's heart pounded in his chest as he prepared for the worst.

(In the background).

Meanwhile, Midoriya's mind raced with desperation.

(In his mind).

"Why isn't One For All working? I've tried so many times... If I don't do something, they'll be killed."

His gaze landed on a rusty pipe lying nearby.

"Perfect, I won't kill him, just hurt him."

He lunged for the rusty pipe, his fingers closing around it tightly. With a grunt of effort, he swung the heavy metal bar towards the man holding the pistol. The pipe connected with a sickening crack against the side of the gunman's head, knocking him out instantly. Midoriya quickly scooped up the fallen pistol, his heart racing.

"It's my chance to save them."

(Out of his mind).

Midoriya: "Freeze! Don't move!"

He shouted, pointing the pistol at the remaining gunmen. Shigaraki, taking advantage of the distraction, darted towards the unknown man and plunged the rusty knife into his neck with a violent twist. Blood sprayed everywhere as the man gurgled and collapsed. One of the other gunmen whipped his weapon around to shoot Shigaraki, but Midoriya acted swiftly. He pulled the trigger repeatedly, emptying the clip into the gunman's neck.

Midoriya: "Did I kill him?"

He asked, his voice trembling as he stared at the lifeless body before him. He dropped the pistol in disbelief, his eyes wide with shock. Dabi stepped forward.

Dabi: "You guys saved us."

Overhaul nodded in agreement.

Overhaul: "But Midoriya seems to be... shocked."

Shigaraki picked up the AK-47, his mind racing with thoughts.

Shigaraki: "Burnt face said someone wants blood..."

He paused, looking at the corpse.

Shigaraki: "I wonder... does this count?"

Overhaul: "Let's go check up on Midoriya."

He said firmly, his voice laced with concern. Dabi nodded in agreement, looking back at Overhaul with a small smile.

Dabi: "You're the boss since your Pop's always said you'll be the leader of the Yakuza one day."

Shigaraki added his own thoughts.

Shigaraki: "If he makes it out alive... which is the same for all of us."

The trio made their way towards Midoriya, who was still standing in shock amidst the bloody scene.

(In the background).

Midoriya: "I killed someone... what would All Might say? What would my mom say?"

He muttered to himself, tears streaming down his cheeks as guilt and shock overwhelmed him.

Suddenly, Dabi's urgent yell echoed through the air.

Dabi: "Midoriya, right behind you!"

The group frantically called out, trying to get Midoriya's attention. He turned around slowly, his face still wet with tears, and froze in horror at the sight of an unknown creature with no face looming directly behind him.

Midoriya: "Stay right there, guys don't move."

He whispered, closing his eyes tightly as if willing the monster to disappear.

Shigaraki, unable to bear the sight of Midoriya's fear, charged after him. The creature suddenly grabbed Midoriya and vanished without a trace, leaving behind a note that caught fire and burned away.

The note read: "Welcome to my city. My name is Random. I'm the creator of Random. You found my app, and my app requires blood and fear. If you want to see your friend again, follow the bloody path and beware of the futures you might see along the way."

The note burned away, leaving behind a chilling message.

Shigaraki looked at Dabi and Overhaul, his voice steady despite the situation.

Shigaraki: "So, I guess in the end, we're following the bloody path, right?"

He asked, already knowing the answer.

Overhaul: "Yeah, since Midoriya needs help."

He confirmed grimly.

Dabi added.

Dabi: "Yeah, but the note did mention 'futures,' though."

Shigaraki snorted.

Shigaraki: "And? Probably just talking about our own potential outcomes if we make it out alive."

He gazed down the bloody path, his expression unreadable. Overhaul nodded solemnly beside him.

Overhaul: "Our lives might depend on what we see down this path."

Dabi sighed.

Dabi: "I came to college to become an excellent hero so my dad would finally look at me instead of always comparing me to Shoto."

He admitted suddenly, his voice cracking slightly. Shigaraki raised an eyebrow.

Shigaraki: "Why bring that up now?"

Overhaul and Shigaraki both looked at him intently, awaiting his response.

Dabi answered quietly.

Dabi: "Because heroes don't leave anyone behind. No matter who they are."

His gaze drifted back to the bloody path ahead.

Dabi: "Not even Midoriya."

Overhaul: "In a way, he's right."

He murmured, his brow furrowed in thought.

Overhaul: "Let's go rescue Midoriya. The note said 'if you want to see your friend again,' so I doubt Random will kill him immediately."

Shigaraki nodded sharply.

Shigaraki: "Then what are we waiting for?"

Dabi replied simply.

Dabi: "Let's go already."

The three of them set off down the bloody path, their futures unknown and their friend's life hanging in the balance.

(Meanwhile at the Hospital).

(Nightmare Hospital)

Chrono: "So in the end we're just going to walk down this path?"

He asked, glancing between Toga and Lady Nagant. Toga crossed her arms.

Toga: "You got a better plan?"

Lady Nagant nodded slowly.

Lady Nagant: "This is the only path we know leads out of here. I'm sure it's our way out."

Chrono threw up his hands.

Chrono: "Then why are we still standing here arguing?"

Lady Nagant: "Well cause men go first!"

She exclaimed, giving Chrono a gentle push into the dark room leading to the bloody path.

Chrono: "Wait!?"

He protested as he stepped into complete darkness, his eyes straining to adjust.

Lady Nagant called out nervously.

Lady Nagant: "You see anything?"

From behind him. Toga muttered.

Toga: "Great, now we're sending the scared one into the darkness first."

Despite his fear, Chrono forced himself to take a few steps forward, trying to make out shapes in the blackness ahead.

Chrono: "I see nothing but..."

His voice trailed off as he heard a familiar voice echoing through the darkness. His heart pounded in his chest as he saw a figure stumbling towards him – it was Overhaul, his eye socket empty and blood dripping from his stomach.

Overhaul: "Chrono please help me..."

He whispered, his voice weak and pleading.

Chrono: "Kai you look hurt let me help you!"

He exclaimed, reaching out instinctively to pull Overhaul into his arms.

Chrono: "What's wrong?"

His voice broke, his eyes wide with panic as he held onto Overhaul's bleeding form.

Chrono: "Kai, what's wrong? Tell me!"

He raised his voice, trying to make Overhaul focus on him.

Meanwhile, Lady Nagant stepped into the room, her eyes widening at the sudden change. The darkness had disappeared, replaced by a normal hospital scene with patients lying on the floor covered in white blankets.

Lady Nagant: "I thought I heard Chrono yelling out for someone, but he isn't here..."

Lady Nagant: "Chrono?

She called out softly, scanning the room. Her heart sank when she realized Toga wasn't behind her.

Lady Nagant: "Don't tell me we split up again..."

She muttered under her breath, her eyes darting around the hospital room. Suddenly, she noticed the people covered in white blankets beginning to bleed out, their bodies twitching unnaturally.

Lady Nagant: "This isn't real."

She whispered to herself firmly.

Lady Nagant: "Just keep following the path and don't think about what's happening."

(In her mind).

"If I'm going to be one of the best heroes I have to stay alive"

(Out of her mind).

(Meanwhile in the bloody path).

Toga: "This place doesn't seem to be different, it's just blood..."

She murmured as she walked around the room, noticing that both Lady Nagant and Chrono were gone.

Toga: "They're both gone... so that means I'm all alone?"

She whispered to herself, her voice trembling slightly. Suddenly, she heard a familiar voice behind her - another version of herself was killing students in the room.

Toga: "Why am I killing people?"

She asked herself in horror as she watched her own double carry out brutal acts against innocent victims.

Toga: "This isn't me! I'm supposed to help people, I want to be a hero with Izuku!"

She yelled out loudly, her voice filled with desperation and confusion. Suddenly, a note appeared right in front of her face. She read the words carefully.

"Welcome to my city... My name is Random... You found my app... My app requires blood and fear... If you want to see your friends again, follow the bloody path... And beware of the futures you might see along the way..."

The note burns away.

(Meanwhile in the city).

Dabi: "This sucks. Everything is pitch black. How are we supposed to find Midoriya now?"

He muttered to himself, his voice echoing slightly in the darkness. He continued walking down the bloody path, but something felt off. He suddenly realized he wasn't carrying Overhaul's weight anymore.

Dabi: "Overhaul?"

He called out hesitantly, looking back over his shoulder. To his horror, both Overhaul and Shigaraki were gone without a trace. Dabi was completely alone in the endless blackness.

Dabi: "Overhaul! Shigaraki!"

He yelled loudly, his voice bouncing off the walls of the dark path. There was no response, only echoes of his own voice. He was alone.

Dabi: "No... I lost them. But how?"

Behind him, a familiar voice appeared suddenly, making Dabi spin around in shock. It was Endeavor, his face contorted with anger and frustration.

Endeavor: "Why didn't you have your mother's quirk? You could've been a perfect hero, but no, you just got a quirk that hurts you!"

He snapped, his voice dripping with disdain. Dabi's face contorted with anger, his eyes blazing with fury.

Dabi: "Shut up!"

He screamed back at Endeavor.

Dabi: "I'll show you what I could do!"

He activated his quirk, flames erupting from his hands.

Dabi: "My quirk is back?"

He muttered, staring at the blue flames dancing on his palms. He walked down the fiery path, wondering where it led. As he approached the end, he saw his brother, Shoto, standing there, beaming with pride.

Shoto: "Hey brother, look what I can do!"

He exclaimed, using both of his quirks simultaneously.

Dabi merely looked away, uninterested.

Dabi: "I don't care about that."

Suddenly, Endeavor's voice echoed through the flames once more.

Endeavor: Your perfect Shoto is better than Touya."

Dabi's growl deepened, his patience wearing thin.

Dabi: "I Said To Shut Up!"

He exploded, his voice booming through the flames. With a swift motion, he extinguished both shadows, smiling darkly as they disappeared. He found himself standing in an unknown bar, the dim lighting and familiar scent of alcohol surrounding him.

Dabi: "Where am I?"

He muttered to himself, taking in his surroundings.

Dabi scanned the bar, his eyes landing on two familiar faces—Shigaraki and Toga. He approached them cautiously, stopping abruptly when he noticed their altered appearances.

Dabi: "Shigaraki and Toga, you both are here?"

His voice was laced with confusion as he took in their changed states. Shigaraki's hand was pressed against his face, hiding something behind it. Meanwhile, Toga seemed more bloodthirsty than ever before—her eyes gleaming with an unsettling hunger.

Shigaraki: "Don't talk like that, idiot especially not in the League of Villains."

He snapped, his annoyance evident.

Dabi: "Wait, villains?"

He echoed, realization dawning on him as he remembered the note's ominous warning about future revelations.

Dabi: "I'm a villain?"

He asked, his voice laced with disbelief. Toga grinned wickedly at him.

Toga: "Of course you are, Dabi. And now, Dabi is your villain's name."

She purred, her eyes sparkling with madness.

Dabi: "How did I become this way!?"

He demanded, his voice shaking with anger and confusion as memories of Endeavor and Shoto flooded back into his mind.

Dabi: "It's because of those two."

He growled, clenching his fists tightly before snapping out of it suddenly feeling something heavy in his arms—

Dabi gazed down briefly, his thoughts consumed by the past. However, he quickly snapped out of it and felt a heavy weight in his arms. Looking down, he found himself carrying Overhaul, with Shigaraki walking beside him, holding the gun steadily.

Overhaul tilted his head slightly, noticing Dabi's distraction.

Overhaul: "Something wrong?"

He asked curiously, his voice calm despite the situation. Shigaraki kept his gaze fixed forward, his expression unreadable as he maintained his grip on the weapon.

Shigaraki's piercing gaze turned to Dabi, noticing the distant look in his eyes.

Shigaraki: "You seem to be out of it."

He commented, concerned lacing his voice as both he and Overhaul studied Dabi with worried expressions.

Dabi shook his head slightly, refocusing on the task at hand.

Dabi: "Let's keep on going."

He said firmly, his arms tightening around Overhaul as they continued to walk down the bloody path, the heavy silence broken only by the sound of their footsteps on the sticky ground.

Overhaul: "You sure about that?"

He asked Dabi, noticing his sudden silence. He called out louder this time.

Overhaul: "Answer me!"

But there was no response. Dabi had vanished without a trace.

Overhaul: "Dabi?!"

He yelled, his voice echoing through the empty path. He felt a sudden jolt and found himself falling backwards, landing hard on his ass on the floor.

Overhaul: "Ow."

He groaned, opening his eyes slowly. To his shock, he was no longer on the bloody path.

Overhaul: "The Hassaikai?"

He muttered in disbelief, getting slowly to his feet and surveying the familiar surroundings of the base. Suddenly, his ears picked up the sound of a child crying desperately nearby.

Overhaul: "That sounds like Eri!"

He exclaimed, recognition dawning in his voice. Without hesitation, he took off running towards the direction of the cries,

Overhaul: "Eri, you okay!?"

He called out urgently.

Overhaul's eyes widened in horror as he saw himself—his own body and face—subjecting the terrified Eri to unknown experiments. He staggered back, hand flying to his mouth as nausea swept over him.

Overhaul: "Is that me?"

He whispered incredulously.

Overhaul: "This can't be me! Why would I hurt the boss's granddaughter? This doesn't make sense! How did I become this way?"

He questioned himself repeatedly, mind reeling.

Overhaul: "The Hassaikai is going down?"

He muttered softly, remembering the conversations he'd overheard before. He walked over to the room where Eri was being held, picking up a book that had fallen to the floor. It was a book he'd never seen before.

Overhaul: "How Quirks Are Created."

Curiously, he opened it and began to read.

Overhaul: "Quirks are actually a disease..."

His eyes widened as he thought about Eri's constant pain and suffering. Suddenly, everything started to make sense in a twisted way.

Overhaul: "Then why Eri?"

He whispered, his mind racing with unanswered questions. Another door creaked open nearby, revealing a room filled with his own voice discussing Eri's quirk.

Overhaul: "Eri's quirk is the power to rewind."

His past self declared.

Overhaul: "Perfect. I could save the world and the Hassaikai with that power!"

He clapped his hands together excitedly.

Overhaul's heart dropped.

Overhaul: "What am I saying?"

He whispered horrified.

Overhaul: "I'm a child abuser. I deserve to be put down."

He blinked, and suddenly he was fighting against Midoriya.

Overhaul: "Midoriya?"

He called out, confusion clouding his mind.

Overhaul: "Wait, so Midoriya stops me then?"

He looked down briefly, trying to process the sudden change. When he looked back up, he found himself in the street, laying down on a medical bed, tied up securely.

Overhaul: "Shigaraki?!"

He called out, recognizing the familiar face leaning over him.

Shigaraki: "Poor Overhaul."

He muttered under his breath.

Overhaul turned away from what he thought was his impending death, whispering.

Overhaul: "Shigaraki is going to kill me right? Well I did deserve that."

He snapped out of his delirium suddenly feeling arms around him—it was Dabi carrying him.

Overhaul blinked.

Overhaul: "Dabi?!"

Dabi looked down at him.

Dabi: "Yeah? Something wrong?"

Overhaul shook his head.

Overhaul: "Nothing."

Shigaraki raised an eyebrow.

Shigaraki: "You both are acting strange."

He commented suspiciously.
