"Uoy!"
The situation was all but dire and Leo was struggling to keep up. First he just met what he assumed to be a god, and now he was naked, with a blade to his neck. The woman wielding the weapon had a voluptuous body, it was sort if unnatural to Leo. A wind hit the both of them, it was luke warm but unlike any kind Leo had felt before, causing a tingle up his spine. Although the woman seemed unbothered, with her blood-red hair flowing along with it.
Her attire reminded Leo of the kind you'd see in fantasy games and things like it. A black skirt down to her thighs but not completely covering them, with black stockings to her knees. Alike to the color of her hair, she wore armor on her upper half. None of that scared Leo but what stood out like a sore thumb—was the amount of blood, head to toe she was covered with.
"H-Hey lady. I really don't know what you're saying, but please don't kill me! I already died once! I don't need it again!" Leo pleaded, horror filling his voice.
Merciless was the look she had upon her face, yet hearing the tone of his voice, it faltered. She ended up lowering the blade. Leo knew if he tried to make any sort of movement that sword would quickly cut him open. Dropping a large cloth on Leo, he looked at it, and debated if it was a trap or not, nevertheless looking up at the beautiful about-to-be murderer of his, he quickly wrapped himself.
Pleased, the woman then raised her sword to the skies in a quick motion, a bright luminesce emanating from the blade as binds appeared on Leo's wrists and angles. Knowing he couldn't understand him, she waved her hand downwards telling him to remain calm.
Nowhere near stupid enough to say otherwise, he sat still on the stone ground beneath him. Gazing his surrounding, Leo saw the sky a jaundiced yellow when he looked up. Along with a blacked out globe that remained far above, with blazing a fiery red aura. Perhaps it was a sun? It reminded him of an eclipse.
Confused was an understatement to Leo. Now turning to his side, it was shown to him, that he was in some kind of giant maze, stone walls were damp and iron bars pierced through it every once in a while. The walls twisted and contorted, turning back, forwards, left and right in all directions. It went further than even Leo could see, he peeked over the edge but only found a black void.
If Leo was scared before, now he was mortified. Along with the murder woman, he spotted even more people, wielding weapons, they were all gorgeous (detail NOT needed), in the final fantasy get-up, and…covered in blood. On top of that, they were standing over a dead body, exhausted expressions…as if tears have been shed from all of their eyes.
"Thead dah moce orf Zander, heret si on pohe. Uoy rited ruoy esbt." softly spoke a bearded older looking man, in a butler suit with his whole body toned. He then knelt down to another, smaller woman compared to red head, on her knees right next to the body, with a more exhausted look than anyone else. Gloomy was her whole demeanor. However, even then she looked exquisite, a god-like beauty amplified by her body, a flowery pink hair.
"Ubt…I, anc ton usjt ivge pu no mih." she was very soft spoken. Taking a closer look from his stand point, it appeared as if she had sharp, pointy ears. Leo then realized she was an elf. Piecing everything together by what he believed, Leo soon came to the fact he had been transported into another world. That or he was dreaming like his uncle had told him he had.
"Twah baotu hte hicld? On ywa ew ryt ot akme snese fo ti, eh idd moce tshraig tou fo s'astmer orcpse." spoke another guy, much younger than the rest. Was around Leo's age, except for the fact he as well, was too handsome. Only wearing shoulder covers and armored leggings, revealing his muscular torso.
'Fuck is up with all these people and their language? And why the hell are they next to a body with the torso cut open!'
"Awit! ev'uoy neigve an entxecell adie Remus! Akte omse lodob mfor hte hicld, utb eb acreluf!" the elf now sounded confident, but everyone there soon turned their heads to Leo.
Practically shaking as he saw the young man pull out a dagger from his hilt, Leo thought he was about to meet his end once again. The moment young man finally reached and stood over Leo, he closed his eyes accepting his fate.
Yet nothing happened, only a sting on his bicep. Leo opened his eyes in confusion, he expected the dagger deep in his neck by now. Only a little blood dripped down as the young man collected it into his vial.
"Giepoloas…" murmured the young man, his head down in shame but expecting Leo to say something. Relieved, Leo just gave a thumbs up from his bonded hands, showing no resentment. Appearing shocked, the young man blinked three times then nodded his head to Leo before going back to the others.
"Twah od uoy lnap ot od iwth ti?" spoke the young man as he handed the vial to the elf.
"Fi isth orwks, ethn Zander slhla oons turern!" the elf declared, at least her tone made it sound so to Leo.
Pouring the vial onto the corpse as she stood up unfaltering, she slammed a golden staff on the rugged stone, wielding it with determination.
Her eyes then turned a ghostly white, as her ferocity grew exponentially. A wild wind kicked up as she started to float along with the body.
Everyone was unfazed by the wind but Leo, as it was about to send him flying. Although right before that could happen, the mature one appeared right behind him and caught Leo just in the nick of time but refused to check or even look at him.
Rising, the elf lifted her staff high as beams of golden light shot out of it. A foliage of golden flowers then came out the body's damaged torso. Leo watched in awe, it was so alluring to him. Magic was something he'd never imagined he would see so close.
Finally, the elf spun her staff until coming to a complete stop and slowly falling back down. The foliage soon after began to dissipate, the petals flowing down, followed by forming into small particles, washed away by the wind.
The corpse was now no longer a corpse, the body completely restored. No wounds were to be found. Restored, the man then blinked a few times, before letting a huge gasp.
"LEO!" the man shouted, breathing heavily.
"ASTMER!" everyone screamed and cried, running towards the man and hugging him tightly.
"O-oh, yugs. I neded pu yding… osrry." the man spoke apologetically, shaking his head.
All of them hugged him, seemingly telling him words of encouragement. Tears filled up in everyone's, even the older man who caught Leo, ended up running off and dropping him in the process. eyes
It was rude, but Leo didn't mind too much, since the scene was quite heartwarming. Although something occurred to Leo.
'Wait…did the guy say my name when he woke up? I'd really hate to interrupt…buuut maybe he has some answers for me.'
Steadying himself, and preparing for the worse. Leo spoke up loudly.
"Hey you! Sorry… but you said my name when you woke up! Do you know english!?"
Everyone then quickly glared at Leo, the red head one even drawing her blade. But the man raised his hand, calming them down a notch.
"Owh si hatt?" asked the man to the elf.
"Ew t'odn nkow… eh earapp rof rfom a ighlt rfom ruoy obyb…"
"Mhhhhhhhhhh…" the man pondered what to do for minute, until rolling his eyes and then pointing at Leo and himself. With a bright light shining from his hands, he then got up and went to the confined Leo.
"Em, em, em, me, me, me, meeeeee! Ah, there we go."
"Wow! You CAN speak—"
"I merely cast a spell that allows me to imitate your language. I wonder why it wore off… And I have long forgotten english." The man replied, cutting Leo off.
He had the respect of all whom were there, even Leo could feel the man's aura was powerful. Having a good look at him, Leo saw the man was a young adult, European by what he remembered. Quite handsome he was, with his long hair and calm demeanor. Some of that aura had left him though, with the big rip in his blooded clothes.
"O-Ok then, I'm sorry… I just heard you say my name, and-and I just—"
"I said your name?" the man cut him off again, his eyes now wide, "but I screamed out…"
"You said Leo and that's my name. B-But if you didn't, then no worries!" Leo clarified, scared he might piss him off.
"Leo? Is your second name Hanse?!"
"Yes? H-How do you know that?"
The man then dropped to his knees and began wailing like a child. At first Leo was weirded out, he wasn't use to see a grown man crying over him, but that feeling soon faded as he started hugging him.
"I-I'm so sorry! I missed you so much!" the man bewailed, his grip around Leo tightening.
"Sure man…get all of those feelings out."
Loosening his grip, the man's expression turned to awareness, "Oh right you have no idea whom I am in this form," he then let go of Leo as he stood up, "I am Zander, but you know me as Zack, your uncle."
"…PFFFFTTT, HAHAHAAH! SHIT YOU GOT ME GOOD!" bursting into laughter, Leo tried to hold it in but just couldn't.
"First, Zack and Zander? A bit ironic, no? Second, my uncle is not European. And last of all, he does not speak even close to your level. You must read minds or something."
"B-But I really am," Zander then glanced around himself, his face soon turning straight, "ahh, yes. I can see where you're coming from, but I can prove myself."
"And just hooow, do you intend to do that?" Leo chuckled, but shortly stopped after seeing all the death glares from the others.
"I know the code."
"W-What? Impossible! The code is known to none—"
"Undiscovered to all. I am well aware."
At first Leo thought Zander scanned his mind, but he himself forgot the code so that was off the table.
Leo looked at Zander, with curiosity. Knowing the code truly meant that man was his uncle.
"Ahem. Our hearts are full when booties jiggle and grow. Our eyes with awe in seeing the two glorious globes!" Zander declared, one of his arms raised high.
"ALRIGHT ALRIGHT I BELIEVE YOU! Ahhhhhh, why were we so edgy when we created that?! Its so horny and weird." Leo grumbled, remembering the code whilst questioning why they didn't just come up with something like, 'Love is power!,' or some other bullshit.
Shortly, Leo came to the realization that Zander really was his uncle. Tears then welled up in his eyes.
"I-Is it really you? I'm not dreaming am I?"
"No! sniff you're not!"
Reunited yet again, the uncle and nephew began hugging each other tight, tears falling from both their eyes.
"UNCLE!"
"NEPHEW!"
"H-Hehe, you didn't react like this in the hospital."
"Apologies about that…I felt really disconnected during that time."
The others looked at them confused, but felt a bit of joy for Zander. This is the happiest they've seen him in a long time. Zander then used the light from his hands to undo Leo's bindings.
"H-How'd you do that?" Leo questioned, the both of them rising from the ground.
"I'd think it would be obvious to you. Magic my boy."
"For real?!"
"For real, real. That kind of stuff is exists here!"
Leo's amazement could be seen etched on his face. Smirking, his uncle lit another light in his hand and threw it at Leo, disappearing inside him. Showing off his abilities to his underling, Leo's new title to him.
"What that do?"
"You'll see~ Hey Thorosa! Come here for minute please."
Hearing the name, the red head woman started approaching. Leo quickly hid behind his uncle, still afraid of her. Zander rolled his eyes, it was usual that people were frighten by the red head woman. Although he was a bit ashamed the same applied to his nephew.
"Yes lord Zander? What do you need from me?" queried the red head, standing straight as if she was in the army.
"When did you become so formal to me?"
"Oh sorry, I didn't want to step out of line with the child here. You two seem quite close."
Leo continued standing behind, until he noticed that now he could comprehend what the woman was saying.
"Whoa! I understand you now!"
"And as do I."
"Well of course you both do! And it's due to MY wonderful magic!" declared Zander smugly, clearly trying and succeeding in astounding his nephew.
"How does that work!?" questioned Leo dramatically, pushing his uncle's ego."
"Well, it switches your comprehensions to understand all in a way you'd understand! Even reading applies!"
"So everything comes out english? Like a translator?"
"Yep! The spell even makes it so when you speak to someone using another language, it'll come out in their language, allowing communication! The spell's called 'the universal translator'!"
"AHEM"
A loud cough came from the red head, both their attentions turned to her.
"Apologies to disturb, but I think introductions are in order. You both call each other uncle and nephew, although I have no knowledge of your sisters and brother having any children, Zander." the red head suggested, her eyes narrowing on Leo.
Zander put his hands together with a smile on his face, turning to Leo. Leo was still in awe of everything that had just transpired, however having someone familiar did make it easier to swallow.
"Let me introduce you to my greatest allies, friends and family. Nephew!"
