Their days were full of direct spars with their respective sages or each other, as well as experimenting with new ways to utilize or move their power.
It is through this method that Awakeners develop new techniques. Each of Noah's attacks, as well as any other established Awakener's, were the result of much trial and error. They didn't simply come up with flashy attacks on the fly, but rather experimented with the optimal flow of their power for maximum effect.
