He began using the Manipulator Path, and a crimson light emerged from the two necklaces, instantly changing their appearance and the clothes they were wearing. Then they began moving and blending in among the men. They were walking toward a strangely shaped building, and the men were speaking strange words that neither Willem nor Nicholas understood.
Willem and Nicholas began using mental telepathy so that no one would discover them.

The sight of the men was suspicious, as if they were speaking in low voices, and everyone in the market looked at them with fear and astonishment, until they entered the building, which was stranger than the men.

No one sensed him or discovered that he was hiding something, until they reached the main hall, which was decorated with the same strange drawings and geometric shapes, and there was a chair on which sat a person wearing luxurious and strange clothes.
When he began speaking, the assembly in the hall fell silent, and he said in a strange voice:
"Welcome among us, loyal warriors. Today we gather here to change this destined world, after the end of that cursed war that destroyed the five continents, dried up the oceans, lakes, and rivers, and caused some animals to go extinct. The war caused suffering for people everywhere, and some people falsified our history and erased people's memories, allied with shapeshifting creatures like werewolves, clowns, vampires, and also giants."
Willem and Nicholas listened carefully to this person's words, because his speech was between truth and lies, and he manipulates people using his necklace.
Willem said to Nicholas using telepathy: "It seems he is planning something dangerous."
He also said: "Did you recognize him?"
Nicholas replied: "No, I did not know him."
Willem said to him: "He is Dmitri Tslai, son of the former emperor Dani Tslai, and Empress Sara Tslai, and it seems he wants revenge."

They returned home, and Willem began explaining to him about the evil organizations and their plans.
Victor, in his mind, wanted to become strong, to take revenge for the murder of his parents and uncle, and to protect the innocent and weak.
