Chapter 11: Thunder Beneath Orange City
As the simulated battlefield dissolved into fragments of light, the system space gradually returned to its tranquil state. The vast sky dimmed, the oppressive aura of Rayquaza and Deoxys fading like a dream. Jean Fong stood silently as the final notification echoed in his mind.
Ding.
System Notice: Double Battle Cleared. Evolution success rate: 100%.
He did not smile.
Yet, for the briefest moment, something close to relief passed through his eyes.
Mew floated gently back to his side, its small form glowing faintly with residual psychic energy. Sylvia descended from the sky, landing beside him with controlled elegance, her ribbon-like feelers swaying softly in the air. Though their breathing was heavy, their eyes shone with unmistakable pride.
They had grown stronger.
Jean Fong extended his hand. Without hesitation, both Pokémon moved closer—Mew resting against his shoulder, Sylvia lowering her head slightly in quiet devotion.
"Good work," he said calmly.
Those two words carried more weight than praise.as they feel like their master was happy
after some time jean fong comes out from the forest and see the orange city for far and feel the overwhelming strength of electric type pokemon form the city
As he approaches the orange city every person notices the jeon fong as warm and authority flow from his body, and when the city people see the jeon fong face, every female member stops and looks flustered and lowers their eyes as they don't know a person this good-looking, and every person speed was also decreased as everyone sees the jeon fong
After arriving to the pokemon center jeon fong notices that the pokemon center was crowded and thinks it take some time and when he goes inside the pokemon center every person look towards mc as the authority that flow from mc is great and when they saw his face all male thinks as they look very ugly and don't compare with mc as it feels discouraging as they thinking as stop thinking
When Jeon Fong approaches the line, many people tell to go directly to the counter but jeon fong refuse it and stood on line after some time it is jeon fong turn and when nurse joy saw the mc she was stood pause and when she regain his composure she asked "Hello what would you like today " Jeon fong said I want to register for upcoming league
Nurse Joy said ok. Please give me your pokedex, and after some typing, she successfully registered him for the upcoming league competition and said all set and gives jeon fong the complimentary badge cover and said thank you jeon fong for the visiting pokemon center and miss joy said are you new trainer then jeon fong yes . so are you going to challenge the orange city gym leader then best of luck.

After some time, when he reaches the orange gym, he look that there are not many people challenging this gym, and because the orange gym is the most powerful in honen region, it is considered
When he opened the gym door, the gym leader saw the jeon fong her heart skip a beat, and when jeon fong approaches and told her that he wanted to challenge the gym, she was brought back to reality and agreed

Jeon Fong agreed and say lets start
She brought out his Raichu for the upcoming battle and said bring out your pokemon jeon fong agreed and brought out his Sylvia. When his sylvia come, the Raichu feels immense pressure and look affraid when the gym leader sees that his Raichu looks afraid. Then she understood that he faced a powerful Pokémon trainer, and she was excited for the upcoming battle
Both trainers stand opposite side to each other, and reffery said the battle began
The gym leader said his Raichu would start with Thunderbolt and start the battle
Jeon Fong also said to Sylvea to use the swift and end the battle
both pokemon unlish their move, but due to the power level between both pokemon sylvea swiftly approaches the Raichu as she teleports herself take down the Raichu in a single attack
The gym leader was astonished that his Pokémon was defeated that swiftly, and she realized that there was no suspense in the upcoming battle, and wanted to forfeit the next battle, but due to the league regulation, she had no solution
So she sends his next pokemon electrivire and tells him to use Volt Tackle. But before his Electivire had any chance to release his move, he was swiftly stopped, seeing that Sylvea was standing opposite to him face-to-face, was startled, and canceled his move, and sylvea uses slepping and put the Electivire upon seeing that his Pokémon was asleep. She was devastated that she lost this battle in less than a minute and doubted his Pokémon and his power
But when she saw that Sylvea was looking as she was didn't even move. She realized that her Pokémon was not weak, but the other person's Pokémon was strong
The referee said the battle ended, and the challenger wins

Chapter 12: Whispers Under the Neon Sky
Night settled gently over Orange City.
Neon lights flickered to life one by one, reflecting across wet stone paths and glass windows. The hum of electricity—constant, powerful—ran beneath the city like a living pulse. For most trainers, it was a symbol of strength.
For Jean Fong, it was merely background noise.
He stood silently near the Pokémon Center balcony, overlooking the city below. His posture was relaxed, hands resting at his sides, yet the calm authority surrounding him had not faded even after the gym battle.
Inside his Poké Balls, his Pokémon rested.
Mew floated peacefully, its psychic waves calm and steady.
Rayquaza slept in deep stillness, coiled within endless sky.
Sylvia rested quietly, her energy stable after battle.
Gardevoir remained alert—always watching, always aware.
Jean Fong closed his eyes briefly.
The system did not speak.
There was no notification.
Yet he could feel it.
Change.
The City That Would Not Sleep
Inside the Pokémon Center, Nurse Joy tried to focus on her work.
She really did.
But her thoughts kept drifting.
Jean Fong…
She had met thousands of trainers—champions, veterans, prodigies—but none had left such a lasting impression in mere minutes. His calm, his eyes, his presence… it lingered like an afterimage.
She glanced toward the hallway where he had gone to rest.
He's different, she thought.
No… he's dangerous.
Not in intent.
But in potential.
Rumors Begin
Elsewhere in Orange City, conversations spread.
"Did you hear? Someone beat the Orange Gym in under a minute."
"No way. That gym nearly crushed a League finalist last year."
"They say his Pokémon didn't even get scratched."
"I heard the Gym Leader compared him to Cynthia."
Each retelling grew slightly exaggerated.
But the core truth remained.
A monster of a trainer had passed through.
Midnight Disturbance
Near midnight, Jean Fong's eyes opened.
The system finally responded.
Ding.
System Alert: Abnormal energy fluctuation detected.
Source: Coastal perimeter — 3.7 km from current location.
Jean Fong stood.
Outside, the wind had changed.
The electric hum beneath Orange City surged, then wavered—like something interfering with the flow.
Jean Fong stepped onto the roof of the Pokémon Center.
The sea beyond the city churned unnaturally.
Clouds twisted, thick and low.
Lightning flashed—but not electric-type lightning.
Something ancient was stirring.
Jean Fong released a Poké Ball.
Light shimmered.
Sylvia appeared, calm but alert, her ribbon-like feelers lifting slightly as she sensed the disturbance.
"You feel it too," Jean Fong said quietly.
Sylvia nodded.
Another Poké Ball opened.
Gardevoir stepped forward, eyes glowing faintly as her psychic senses expanded outward.
"This isn't a normal storm," she said softly.
Jean Fong already knew.
Observers in the Dark
Deep within the Orange City Gym, emergency sensors activated.
The Gym Leader sat upright in her quarters, eyes sharp.
"This energy…" she muttered.
League monitors flickered on across the region.
Far away, in secure League facilities, officials paused mid-discussion.
"This signature… It's not Electric."
"No… It's older."
One name passed silently between them.
Legendary.
Decision
Jean Fong looked toward the sea.
This was not yet a world-ending threat.
Not yet.
But it was approaching.
"Stay ready," he said calmly.
Sylvia straightened, resolve clear.
Gardevoir stepped closer—not possessive, not jealous—just loyal.
Inside his Poké Balls, Mew stirred.
Rayquaza's presence shifted—barely.
Jean Fong turned back toward the city lights.
Not tonight.
The world was not ready.
And neither were they.
He would move when it mattered.
