Few minutes later, Sebastian sat inside his car with Viola, who looked to be purposely ignoring him as she stared away from him. Just like days ago, she was sitting so far away, with her head turned the other way so he couldn't see her face. It hadn't taken much to get her to ride back with him rather than go with his cousin and sister.
She had begun to argue with him, but then she pressed her fingers against her temple like she was having a headache and stormed away to get into his car, as if she knew arguing wasn't going to make him let her leave with Nick.
He was actually stunned that she hadn't tried harder to talk him out of it, but then, seeing how pale and exhausted she looked, Sebastian figured she must be physically in pain and lacked the energy to fight him.
