The Thunder Dragon that had been rampaging through Vogue's body suddenly found itself being pulled inexorably toward the cocoon. It roared with what sounded like fear and confusion as it was dragged away from Vogue's physical body and into his inner world.
The cocoon consumed the entire Thunder Dragon, absorbing every bit of its electrical essence. The lightning disappeared completely, converted into pure energy that strengthened the cocoon itself.
The three dragon heads that had already emerged from the cocoon—Time, Frost, and Fire—simply watched the process with expressions of boredom, as though this was completely normal and expected.
Up in the storm clouds, the Second Thunder Dragon was already forming. This one was twice as large as the first and crackled with even more intense blue electricity.
It dove down and struck Vogue just as the first had done.
