Luz home at Peony City…
Luz waking up after he been shake by his brother, Frost. His brother sighed when he is waking up yelling 'Phantom' name over and over again. Luz look at Frost with confuse while looking at his surroundings. He gives a huge sighed.
"Bother Luz, are you alright? You're screaming like crazy." Frost worried.
"Yeah, sorry for waking you up in the middle of the night." Luz apologized.
"What a brother for." Frost joked.
"Well, who is this 'Phantom'? Are you having nightmare being chase by phantom?" Frost wondered.
"I don't know. She is beautiful." Luz replied.
"What?! You mean that Phantom is a girl? Seriously?" Frost surprised. Luz nod.
"She has beautiful emerald-green eyes." Luz said while a small smile plaster on his face.
"Wow… I got to tell mom about this." Frost said excitedly.
"Don't you dare." Luz scolded him. Frost laughed.
"We will be living at Imperial City next month. I'm already enrolled you at the Imperial Academy there. I don't mind if you want to continue you're part-time job for now. After we transfer, I want you concentrate with your study." Luz said.
"Brother, I decide to be working while study. At least I can have my own pocket money." Frost said with determination.
"Alright then. If you feel it burden you, just stop working until you graduate." Luz spoke.
"Yes, brother. I will try my best." Frost agreed.
"Brother Luz, is it true sister Rosa transfer with you also? Brother Mavi told me this evening. I really don't like her. She is too spoiled and not fun." Frost added. Luz laughed about the comment.
"Yes, we will be living together at the Alliance base. So, behave yourself will you." Luz replied.
"Fine. I hope you find my sister-in-law there." Frost said and run toward the door smirking.
"You little brat. Go to sleep now." Luz irritated.
"Night, brother." Frost waves his hand and closes the door. Luz replied and shook his head. Why his brother and his best friend like to tease him like that. Did his soulmate really at the Imperial City or what?
At Imperial Alliance…
"Where are you going, Noir?" Bleu said after she saw the leave application form on Noir desk.
"I'm going to Peony City to meet my little brother. Violet will be in-charge when I'm not around." Noir replied.
"What did he do this time?" Bleu asked.
"Well, he didn't want to continue his study there which making my mom explode this morning. And he said he want to be working instead of continuing his study." Noir explained.
"I can imagine how your mom exploded." Bleu commented.
"And I'm the one to clear his mess. So, I will go kill my brother tomorrow." Noir annoyed and smirked.
"Don't too harsh on him." Bleu said. Noir just rolled her eyes.
Next day at the hotel in Peony City…
"I don't want! I hate study!" Raven protested. Noir sighed.
"Mom wants you to continue your study. You're the only son in our family." Noir said.
"How about you go study instead of me." Raven replied.
"Why should I? I hate study more than you. That's why I found this job." Noir said back making the girl beside Raven sweat drop to see the sibling antic.
"Sister Noir, Raven, let's talk this out. Maybe there another way to make your mom letting Raven study and working at the same time." She suggested.
"Rouge, you know how my mom is." Raven sighed. Noir sip on her drink and thinking. Then she gets an idea.
"Rouge, you know what, that's really brilliant idea. As expected, my soon-to-be sister-in-law." Noir said. Rouge blushed.
"What idea? Don't talk nonsense." Raven wondered while his ears already redden.
"Study and working at the same time." Noir replied.
"How?" Raven asked.
"How about you enrolled at Imperial Academy not far from my house. At least mom know you are staying with me, and she will not be too worried about your well-being. Luckily, our cousin has a restaurant there. I heard they still find part-timer working with them." Noir suggested.
"That might be great idea." Raven agreed.
"Let me handle it. If mom call you, you just said you comply with my idea. Let her know that you determine to continue your study." Noir said.
"Fine, I'm count on you sis." Raven agreed.
"Well treat me dinner tonight and we even." Noir said again.
"Don't forget me too!" Rouge interrupted.
"Why should I treat you?" Raven curious.
"Because sister Noir said I am her soon-to-be sister-in-law." Rouge batting her eyes making Raven irritated.
"You just want to eat free food." Raven yelled making Noir and Rouge laughed out. Raven pouted.
"Alright then, I want to go shopping first. See both of you tonight. Text me the place little brother." Noir stand up and walk out from the hotel. Raven and Rouge waves and said goodbye to her.
Upon walking out from the hotel, Noir look at surrounding thinking where should she go next. He saw a teenager walking across her to get to her side. Eventually, a horse going rampage and barge toward the teenager. Noir charge to the front and push the teenager making both of them fall down and Noir sprained her left ankle. Seeing both of them at the ground, the horse barge toward them again. Noir try to stand up but the pain on the ankle making her hissed. She used her body to cover the teenager from being run by the horse.
"Water barrier!!!" someone shouted and thick layer of water rose out from the ground making the horse to stop suddenly.
Noir look toward the water barrier and the frantic teenager down her. She sits up and helping the teenager to sit also.
"Are you alright?" Noir asked. The teenager just nod. Noir saw a woman and a man calming down the rampage horse and give it back to the owner.
"Frost!!!" the guy shouted making both Noir and Frost looking toward the source.
The guy looks at Noir with surprise while Noir widen her eyes mesmerized to see such handsome guy helping Frost to stand up. The guy feels surprised to see such beautiful emerald-green eyes of Noir making him remember the dream few nights before. He stretches out his hand toward Noir.
"Are you alright?" He said in his husky tone. Thus, from there on their fate intertwined.
