On that deserted beach, the moonlight fell upon the blue waves. Arian, with his towering 6'4" frame, came to stand right in front of Nikita. Slowly, he took her soft hand in his cold yet strong grasp.
A shiver ran through Nikita's body at Arian's touch. Since becoming a vampire, Arian's fingers had grown longer and more powerful. Placing his other hand over hers, he held it with utmost care, as if guarding a priceless treasure.
Arian: (gazing unblinkingly into Nikita's eyes) "Nikita, only my vampire heart knows how many thousands of years I've waited to hold this hand. From now on, no one else can take it—neither 6'7" Kairen, nor 66-foot Zine."
Nikita blushed slightly; her sky-blue hair floated in the sea breeze. She spoke softly:
Nikita: "Arian, you used to be just a 'nonsense,' and now I see you've become a full-blown romantic villain! You hold my hand, but where will we stay? Will Kairen or Zine ever let us be?"
Arian pressed her hand closer against his chest. Nikita could feel his heartbeat now—slower but stronger than before.
Arian: "Forget about them. I've created this world for you. Here, time stands still. And Kairen? Let him search the sky with his six wings; we will reign in this mystical kingdom beneath the earth."
At that moment, a palace of blue crystal began to rise from the waves. Whispering, Arian led Nikita toward it:
Arian: "From today, a new chapter begins in your 2026 story, where the writer and her vampire guardian will be together forever."
Hearing this, the roar of the sea seemed to pause for a moment. Arian, with his 6'4" vampire strength, had claimed Nikita as his own, yet her eyes now reflected a difficult choice.
Nikita: (gently pulling her hand away) "Arian, stop! This is too much. You are my beloved, my shadow, but what you dream of is impossible. I am married, Arian. I love my King Kairen. Even if he's 600 years old or more—he is my husband, my everything."
Arian's blue eyes darkened with pain, almost turning black. His massive vampire wings drooped.
Arian: (in disbelief) "But Nikita… Kairen scares you with bathroom chores! He doesn't understand you. I made this new world for you…"
Nikita: "Love isn't about building worlds, Arian. Kairen rules over me, yes, but under those six wings, I feel safe in a way I can't anywhere else. I cannot leave him for you. Please, take me back to him."
At that instant, a brilliant white light tore across the sky. King Kairen, 6'7" tall, landed on the sandy shore. His white wings were dust-streaked, his eyes tearless but intense. He had been searching frantically for Nikita.
Seeing Kairen, Nikita ran into his arms.
Nikita: "Kairen! You've come? I knew you would find me!"
Kairen held her tightly, then looked at Arian—not with anger, but with an unexpected compassion.
King Kairen: (to Arian) "Strength and height may win the body, but never the heart. Nikita was my queen, is, and always will be."
Arian froze. He realized he could grow taller, become a vampire, but he could never claim the place in Nikita's heart that Kairen held. Tears welled in Arian's eyes. His 6'4" frame seemed to shrink with humiliation. Once a mischievous 19-year-old boy, now a vampire, he felt utterly defeated by love.
Even as Nikita clung to Kairen, she sensed Arian's silent tears. Gently, she stepped away from Kairen's chest.
Nikita: (calmly to Kairen) "Your Majesty, you may return to the palace. I'll be there shortly."
Kairen furrowed his brow at Arian. His 6'7" wings twitched once.
King Kairen: "But Nikita, this vampire ran away with you! Is it wise to trust him alone here?"
Nikita: "You go, Kairen. He is like my little brother, my shadow. I am responsible for what he has become. I promise, I will return. You take Zine back to the palace and rest."
With a sigh, Kairen kissed Nikita's forehead and spread his wings. Understanding that some moments should belong only to Nikita and Arian, he vanished into the sky, leaving only them on the shore.
Nikita walked slowly to Arian's side and rested her hand on his back.
Nikita: "Arian… are you crying? A 6'4" vampire shedding tears on the sand?"
Arian quickly wiped his eyes and turned to her, his voice full of wounded pride.
Arian: "Why didn't you return, Queen? I knew you loved the king. Yet why did you give me this strength? Why show me a dream where I could have been yours?"
Nikita gripped his fingers tightly.
Nikita: "Listen, Arian, love isn't always about being together. What you've done for me, Kairen could never do. You will remain my eternal guardian, but only as my shadow, not my king. Now, come, it's late. I must continue writing the 2026 story—and you know, no one can proofread it but you!"
Arian gave a faint smile. He realized he could never be king, but no one could stop him from being the closest person to Nikita.
As Nikita came back to stand beside him, Arian could no longer contain himself. His 6'4" body trembled. Suddenly, he hugged her tightly. Nikita melted against his broad chest.
Arian rested his face on her shoulder, his vampire heartbeat audible. In a soft, passionate voice, he said:
Arian: "I know you belong to the king, and I am only a guardian in your life. But this moment is mine. I want no throne, no power. I just want to say… I Love You, Nikita."
Nikita, keeping her hands on his back to soothe him, felt the purity and depth of his love. From a mischievous 19-year-old to a 6'4" vampire, Arian's only strength had been his unwavering devotion to her.
Nikita: (stroking his hair) "You crazy boy! Don't you know how much your 'I love you' cuts into my heart? I don't want to lose you, Arian. But love cannot be forced."
Arian loosened his hold slightly but did not release her hand. Looking into her eyes, he said:
Arian: "I don't ask for your love in return. You love the king, and that makes me happy. But don't ever take away my permission to be your shadow. From today, I am your lover who may never claim you—but would never hesitate to give my life for you."
Standing by the sea, the towering vampire's eyes glistened with tears, yet a divine smile lit his face. Nikita realized that in this imaginary world, Arian had become a unique figure—a giver, a lover, who never expected to possess.
Nikita gently placed a hand on Arian's cheek.
Nikita: "Come on, Arian, we must return to the palace. Kairen and Zine have probably already started fighting over the garden and bathroom!"
Arian wiped his tears and turned back into his mischievous self. Holding her hand, he said:
Arian: "Let's go, Queen! Tonight, at the end of your story, you'll at least make me look like a little hero, right?"
At his words, Nikita laughed. The once stubborn 19-year-old boy, now a 6'4" vampire, had grown daring. He didn't let go of her hand but held it even tighter.
Arian: (with fierce determination) "Nikita, I know you love the king. But I want to quench this 1,100-year thirst of mine tonight…"On the deserted beach, under the moonlight, I will marry you. No priest will be needed, no witnesses—only the sea and the sky will bear witness. King Kairen must not know a thing. This will be our secret pact.
Nikita panicked, glancing around. On one side, 6'7" King Kairen was waiting at the palace, and on the other, the massive vampire Arian stood before her with a marriage proposal!
Nikita: "Arian, have you gone mad? If Kairen finds out, he'll bury you alive! And I'm already married—how could I…"
Arian: (placing a finger on her lips to stop her) "Shh! No arguments today. I will simply mark this sea's blue water and my vampire power on your forehead. That's it. In your heart, you will silently be mine. No one will know; no history will record this. Only a page in your 2026 diary will keep this secret."
Arian knelt before her. From the sea, he picked up a blue crystal stone and pricked his palm, letting a drop of his vampire blood mix into it. The stone began to shine like a diamond.
Arian: "Do you agree, Nikita? Just for this moment?"
Nikita saw an unusual calm in his eyes, after the tears. She realized that if she didn't give him this small solace, he might destroy himself. She whispered softly:
Nikita: "Alright, Arian… just for today. But remember, once we return to the palace, you will be my little Arian again."
Arian rose and touched the blue crystal to Nikita's forehead. Instantly, a cold halo of light surrounded them both. Bending low, he pressed a deep kiss onto her forehead.
Arian: "From today, you are my secret queen, Nikita. Now, we must leave this bridal chamber (the beach) before King Kairen arrives."
With this daring move, the entire beach seemed to freeze for a moment. Under the moonlight, his 6'4" long shadow fell upon her. Holding her by the waist, he drew her close and, without giving her a chance, pressed his cold yet intense lips to hers.
Nikita gasped, eyes wide. The chill of his vampire body sent shivers through her. It was a long, deep, and secret kiss—one where Arian poured in all the love and longing he had stored over the years.
Nikita: (after pulling back, breathless) "Arian! What… what have you done? This was beyond our pact!"
Arian remained close. His blue eyes sparkled with satisfaction, a mysterious smile playing on his lips.
Arian: "Does a marriage pact end with just a mark on the forehead, Nikita? I wanted to mingle my vampire existence with your very breath. From now on, whenever you go to King Kairen, you will feel my cold touch on your lips. He may touch you, but the secret corner of your heart is mine forever."
Nikita pressed her hand to her lips, realizing she was caught in a dangerous game—between loyalty to 6'7" King Kairen and a growing, strange affection for this 6'4" mad vampire.
Nikita: (softly) "Arian, you've become very dangerous. If Kairen senses your scent on me, rivers of blood will flow tonight. Let's go back now. And listen, from today, keep at least three feet of distance from me!"
Arian smirked and adjusted his wings. Bowing slightly like the obedient boy he once was, he said:
Arian: "Yes, my queen! Distance in body, but this secret kiss of ours will be immortal. Let's go—your husband has probably finished cleaning the bathroom and is waiting with cherry juice for you!"
Taking her hand, Arian spread his wings and soared into the sky, his flight proud, as if he had just won the greatest battle on earth.
Back at the palace, Arian's confidence reached new heights. With his 6'4" towering body, he entered with a regal stride.
Meanwhile, 6'7" King Kairen paced anxiously. Seeing Nikita brought him relief, but his gaze soon fell upon Arian.
Arian stood before Kairen. Normally, he would bow, but today he met the king's eyes directly, a victorious, mysterious smirk on his lips.
King Kairen: (frowning) "Arian! Why are you smiling like that? And what's with the sparkle in your eyes? What happened on the beach with Nikita?"
Arian said nothing, simply smiling. He glanced once at Nikita, then back at the king.
Arian: "Your Majesty, on the beach, there were only the waves and the moonlight. I was merely your queen's shadow beside her. But yes, tonight is the best night of my life. I have gained something that perhaps no one else has in 600 years."
Kairen's suspicion reached its peak. Approaching Nikita, he caught the cold vampire scent lingering on her.
King Kairen: "Nikita! Why has your scent changed? And why do your lips tremble? Arian, have you crossed the line?"
Arian stepped closer and whispered into Kairen's ear (so that Zine could also hear):
Arian: "Your Majesty, you may be three inches taller than me, but remember—sometimes the small deliver the greatest blow. From now on, whenever your queen smiles, a secret story of mine will be hidden behind it. Good night, Your Majesty."
With that, Arian saluted regally and strode toward his room. Kairen flapped his six wings, trembling with rage.
King Kairen: "Nikita! Has this boy gone mad? He is challenging me? Zine! Look at what this 19-year-old vampire has said!"
Zine (6'6"): (observing from afar) "Kairen, I told you. Beneath this cute exterior hides a venomous snake. He surely performed some magical act on the beach!"
Trying to control the situation, Nikita said, "Calm down, you two! He's just overexcited because he's a vampire now. Let's have some juice!"
While Kairen and Zine argued at the other end of the hall, Nikita quietly tiptoed to Arian. He was by the window, looking at the night sky, a mischievous smile on his face.
Sensing her approach, Arian whispered without turning, "My queen, do you miss your secret husband already? It's only been a few minutes since we parted."
Nikita stood close to him. His cold vampire aura still drew her. In a low, commanding voice, she said:
Nikita: "Arian, don't overdo it! Why were you smiling like that in front of Kairen? His suspicion is at its peak. If you don't control yourself, Kairen and Zine will surely exile you from this palace forever!"
Arian turned, leaning slightly toward her, blue eyes filled with a primal possessiveness.
Arian: "Exile? If they throw me out, I'll take you with me, Nikita. I am no longer that helpless 19-year-old. I am your husband—at least in our secret pact. King Kairen may be 6'7", but the closest 6'4" to your heart is me!"
Nikita tried to push him gently, but her hand was caught in his strong arms.
Nikita: "Arian, please… Kairen is watching. Go to your room and calm down."
Arian brought her hand to his lips, in a gesture that marked her like a vampire's bond.
Arian: "I am leaving. But remember, tonight, when you sleep beside the king, I alone will appear in your dreams. Our marriage bond is now entwined in your blood."
He looked at her with a mysterious, magical gaze and walked past, glancing back at Kairen with a victorious smile.
Time passed like the wind. Two hundred years went by. In these centuries, much changed. 6'7" King Kairen, preserving the balance of his ancient power, now rests in a deep slumber for 300 years in a cold underground chamber of the palace. King Zine (6'6") left angrily for his primitive red empire after losing the argument with Nikita.
Now, in the vast mystical palace, only Nikita and her 6'4" immortal vampire Arian remain.
The 19-year-old boy Arian once was is now a fully grown, powerful, and irresistibly attractive vampire emperor. His blue eyes are even deeper, and his love burns like a volcano.
Arian: (standing behind Nikita, covering her with his massive black wings) "See, Nikita? Didn't I say I would be yours for life? Kairen sleeps, Zine is far away. Now, in this palace, it's only you and your 6'4" husband."
Nikita stood on the palace balcony, gazing at the sky. Arian, after 200 years, slowly rested his face on her shoulder. His breath was cold and magical, just as before.
Nikita: "Arian, Kairen will sleep another 100 years. Will you truly remain my shadow all this time? You could rule the whole world now."
Arian turned her to face him, his hands on her waist.
Arian: "What's the use of ruling the world if my queen isn't beside me? In these 200 years, I've loved you anew every moment. Now there are no more secret pacts, Nikita. You and I are the masters of this palace. No one can disturb us."
He lifted her effortlessly, walking toward the royal bed with his 6'4" frame. The victorious smile on his lips, which had never faded in 200 years, remained.
Arian: "Tonight, no cherry juice. Tonight, our unfinished words will be fulfilled. Do you agree, my queen?"
It was 2 a.m. The entire palace was silent. In the palace garden stood a massive blue cherry blossom tree, its flowers sparkling like diamonds under the moonlight. Nikita sat on a low branch, her four blue wings blending with the blossoms.
Just then, Arian, having finished his bath, appeared on the balcony. His 6'4" toned body was wrapped only in a towel. The moonlight made his fair skin and vampire muscles look as if sculpted by the gods.
He stepped toward Nikita. Seeing him half-naked, Nikita blushed furiously, turning her face toward the cherry blossoms.Nikita tried to hide herself in the shadows.
Nikita: (blushing) "Arian! Why… why are you out here like this? Go put on some clothes first!"
Arian laughed. With a single leap, he climbed onto the branch and sat very close to Nikita. His body still carried the fresh scent of his bath and cherry-scented soap.
Arian: "Does my queen feel embarrassed in front of her own husband? I've been with you for 200 years, after all."
Nikita suddenly noticed the numerous claw marks on Arian's fair back (Nail Spots). The marks were still slightly red. Seeing them, she curled inward, feeling even more bashful. She recalled that perhaps last night, when they had been alone on the palace rooftop, she herself had clutched Arian so passionately.
Arian: (pointing to his back) "Look, Nikita, what gift have you given me! Even my vampire healing power doesn't want to erase the marks of your love. They remain as the seal of your ownership."
Nikita's trembling fingers lightly touched one of the marks on Arian's back. An electric shiver ran through his body at her gentle touch.
Nikita: "Did I… did I hurt you too much, Arian? I didn't even realize…"
Arian turned to her, taking her hand in his lips. His blue eyes were now filled with deep love.
Arian: "This pain is sweet, Nikita. I want every part of me to carry the trace of your claws. So that when Kairen awakens 100 years from now, he can see these marks and understand—after all this time—you have been mine."
Nikita rested her head on Arian's chest. The blue cherry blossom petals fell around them like rain. In the solitude of 2 a.m., under the blue cherry tree, the love between the 6'4" vampire Arian and his queen became an immortal poem.
The branch of the blue cherry tree swayed in the spring breeze. The cool scent of Arian's body mixed with Nikita's shyness, creating an enchanting atmosphere.
As Nikita slept with her head in Arian's arms, the mysterious chime of the clock continued to echo in her subconscious. The time was nearly 3 a.m. Nikita noticed that the 6'4" vampire Arian, usually not prone to deep sleep, had fallen into an unusually peaceful slumber, exhausted after the night's emotions and bath.
Nikita carefully freed herself from Arian's arms. She looked at his innocent, sleeping face. Even in sleep, there was a faint trace of happiness on his lips.
Nikita: (whispering) "Sleep a little, Arian. I'll check where that chime came from."
She spread her four blue wings silently, hovering through the air toward Kairen's chamber. The palace seemed darker than usual, with the torchlight casting eerie blue shadows on the walls.
The Investigation:
When Nikita reached Kairen's secret chamber, she saw that the ancient seal on the door remained intact. Yet, a strange cold wind was escaping from inside.
Inside, the 6'7" King Kairen still lay motionless in his coffin, as before. But the ancient sword placed over his chest was trembling.
Mysterious Inscription: A stone pillar next to the coffin now bore writing that hadn't existed 200 years ago.
Blue Mist: From one corner of the room, a faint blue mist rose, resembling Arian's vampire power.
Nikita was astonished. The chime hadn't come from any mechanical clock—it was a vibration originating from Kairen's consciousness. Placing her hand on Kairen's forehead, she noticed—his eyes were shut, but a single tear trickled down.
Nikita realized that perhaps, even in sleep, Kairen was aware. He knew that Arian and Nikita were no longer where they had been before.
At that moment, a shadow stirred at the edge of the door. Nikita quickly turned.
Nikita: "Who's there? Arian, did you wake up?"
But no, it wasn't Arian. The shadow was tall and unusual. Nikita realized that after 200 years, a new power had entered the palace.
When Nikita left the mysterious atmosphere of Kairen's chamber and stepped into the corridor, her heart was racing. The palace was silent, with only the blue torchlight casting strange shadows.
Suddenly, from a dark room, a massive, powerful hand reached out. Before Nikita could react, it clamped over her mouth and dragged her into the shadowed room.
Nikita tried to scream, but no sound escaped her throat. Her four blue wings flailed. Inside, the room was pitch-black. She felt that the one holding her radiated intense heat—unlike Arian's cool touch.
Nikita: (thinking) "This heat… it can't be Arian! Could it be Zane?"
Then, in the darkness, two blazing eyes appeared. A long, controlled breath whispered into her ear:
Voice: "200 years… I have waited 200 years for this moment, Nikita. You thought I had returned to my empire and you could be happy with that 6'4" vampire?"
Nikita startled. The voice belonged to the 66-foot-tall King Zane! But he had taken human form; his power remained immense.
Zane: "Because Kairen is asleep, you made Arian your husband? And my love has no value? Tonight, in this dark room, no one will come to save you. Your vampire husband is in deep sleep—I put him under my spell."
Nikita tried with all her strength to push Zane away.
Nikita: "Zane! Let me go! You don't know how powerful Arian is. If he wakes, he won't spare you!"
Zane: (cruelly laughing) "He won't wake, Nikita. And even if he does, it will be too late. Tonight, this palace is under my control."
Meanwhile, in the garden under the blue cherry tree, Arian still slept, yet his fingers twitched. Perhaps the signal of Nikita's danger had reached his vampire blood.
Just as Nikita was frozen with fear, the oppressive darkness in the room suddenly eased. Zane removed his hand from her face, laughing heartily. The torch he lit filled the room with light.
Zane: (laughing) "Oh, Nikita! Your face is priceless! Completely pale! Ha! I was just joking!"
Nikita gasped, catching her breath, and fixed her clothes. Her anger burned. She charged at Zane.
Nikita: "Joke? Did you almost give me a heart attack? A 66-foot king in this disguise? And putting Arian to sleep like that—was that funny too?"
Zane leaned against the wall, smiling in his familiar regal manner.
Zane: "Look, Nikita. I've grown bored watching your romantic 'blue cherry blossom' drama for 200 years. Since Arian became a vampire, he's started thinking he's some kind of hero. So, I decided to give you a little scare. And I put him to sleep because if he were awake, you wouldn't have dared come to this room—he'd always be clinging to your wings!"
Nikita, unable to contain her anger, gave Zane a sharp kick.
Nikita: "You haven't changed a bit, Zane. You thought because Kairen is asleep, the palace is your playground? If Arian finds out you dragged me like this, he'll pour that cherry juice bone on you!"
Zane: (winking) "Arian won't know unless you tell him. Actually, I came to tell you something urgent. That chime you heard from Kairen's chamber wasn't mechanical. Kairen released part of his power. He might still sleep 100 more years, but his spirit is now roaming the palace. That's why I warned you."
Nikita paused, realizing that even Zane, playful on the surface, still watched over them.
Zane: "Now go, back to your 6'4" giant. He'll wake soon with sword in hand looking for me. And listen… those claw marks on Arian's back? They look quite lovely—next time, be a bit more careful!"
Nikita blushed furiously. "You… you saw that too!" she exclaimed, and hurriedly left the room.
