Ezra
I woke up with the phantom feeling of cool water slipping past my fingers.
In my dream, Allen and I had been running along the shallow shores of a bioluminescent sea, laughing like reckless youths as we chased two glowing, translucent jellyfish. We kept scooping them up in our palms, watching them emit pink and purple light before gently tossing them back into the waves. In that dream, our bodies were extremely light and we were both so happy and there was this strong feeling of warmth and contentment that blossomed in our hearts. Sometimes in the dream, we would play with them on land, and other times, we would play in the water. It was a not-so-strange dream but I didn't want to think too much about what it could mean. The first three times I dreamt about it, I forced myself to forget about it.
It was the fifth time I had experienced that exact same dream since our honeymoon officially ended six months ago.
