Chapter 10 - Godly Man Beaten By Dragonic Wife

For the next few weeks, all Jian and Ysselia did was have sex.

Every single day, Ysselia would push herself to exhaustion, her body finally giving out and falling into deep sleep. And every single time she woke up, she would pounce on Jian like a horny hornet, clinging to him with renewed hunger as if afraid he might disappear again.

More than a month passed like this.

Eventually, Ysselia was finally satisfied. Her cravings dulled, her frozen soul no longer screaming for warmth and closeness. She was ready to let Jian go and meet her Third sister.

They lay together on the bed in the room they had holed up in for over a month.

The room was clean. A gentle wind drifted through the open windows, shifting the curtains as soft light poured in. The space felt calm, peaceful, and lived-in.

Ysselia rested on top of Jian's chest after an intense session, her body relaxed and heavy with contentment. She looked up at him.

It was still morning, so she wasn't particularly tired today, only satisfied. She felt alive in a way it hadn't been for a very long time.

"Husband~"

She called softly.

Jian looked down at her. Their gazes met, and for a brief moment, their desires nearly reignited. Ysselia quickly looked away, her cheeks flushing faintly.

She sat up and lowered her gaze, gently touching her stomach.

Jian immediately understood.

He sat up as well, wrapped his arms around her, and pulled her into a gentle embrace. Leaning close, he whispered softly into her ear.

"There's nothing we can do about it, Yssi. We should have thought about this much earlier, back when we were still Mortals or even Immortals. At the stage we're at now, having children is practically impossible. Especially with the path I've chosen."

Ysselia shuddered and buried her face against his shoulder, clutching him tightly. They stayed like that for a long while, holding each other in silence before finally separating. Ysselia's eyes were puffy. She sniffed as she looked down. Embarrassed.

Jian cupped her face, smiled gently, and kissed her forehead.

"Don't worry, I'll look into this. Worst case, we'll use our blood and soul essence to artificially create a child."

He said. Assuring Ysselia.

Yselia opened her mouth as if to say something, then stopped. She closed it again and simply nodded.

They cuddled for a few moments longer before Jian rose from the bed. Clothes formed over his body in a shimmer of light. He leaned down, kissed his second wife goodbye, and then disappeared.

It was noon.

The Origin Light shone brightly at the center of the sky, bathing the world in warmth. The air itself wasn't that hot.

Jian headed south. He couldn't help but think how his three wives unintentionally created a triangle. North, South and up. Like Bermuda triangle. There, everyone disappears. But in this triangle, he will disappear if he isn't careful enough.

Jian chuckled softly and continued his journey.

He traveled calmly, but when he arrived, he couldn't help noticing the drastic environmental change. If the northern region had been frozen solid.

Now the southern region had become a volcanic wasteland, exactly as he had feared.

He couldn't help face-slap himself lightly and continued forward.

Before long, he reached the edge of the estate and came upon a massive island, easily dozens of millions of kilometers in diameter. At its center lay a colossal dragon, over ten thousand kilometers long.

Its scales were black, cracked with veins that looked like molten lava flowing beneath the surface. The land around it was completely charred. The sky burned red, dark clouds churned overhead, and the heat was so intense it could melt an Immortal Saint with ease.

All of it was caused by the massive dragon coiled at the island's center.

The dragon moved sensing Jian's presence.

A thunderous sound rippled through the air as its massive body shifted. Its long neck straightened, blood-red eyes locking onto Jian. Its vertical pupils were pitch black, matching its scales.

Two massive horns crowned its head, surrounded by countless smaller ones.

Vmm~Vmm~

An energy charging sound rang out.

The dragon opened its mouth and unleashed a massive beam of crimson-white light.

Boooommm~~~

The attack tore through the land, racing toward Jian with terrifying speed.

Jian looked at it and couldn't help but smile slightly troubled, he shook his head. Before the beam could even touch him, he casually waved his hand.

Boom~~

The attack vanished.

Along with it, the oppressive heat disappeared as if it had never existed. A violent gust swept through the region, clearing the sky. Lava solidified and crumbled, jagged terrain softened, and lush greenery spread across the land in moments.

Warm light of Origin Light bathed the land. The land trembled slightly as if happy to be alive again.

Even the island beneath the dragon transformed, vibrant and alive.

The dragon stood upright, glaring fiercely at Jian.

Then it flapped its massive wings, the wind blasting apart mountains. Its body began to shrink and collapse inward, reshaping itself until a woman stood in its place.

She had blood-red eyes with black vertical pupils, long black hair flowing freely, and fair skin that could make even famed celestial fairies doubt themselves. Her features were delicate enough to seem innocent, yet her expression was fierce enough to make the air tremble.

She was Yanlian Wuji.

Jian's third wife.

The Crimson Divine Flame Dragon.

Yanlian vanished and reappeared directly in front of Jian.

Jian raised his hand with an innocent smile, about to greet her.

She didn't stop to listen. She clenched her fists a d punched forward. Seeing that, a smile involuntarily spread an his face.

'This is it!'

Her fist slammed into his stomach, he folded because of the impact.

NNNYYAOOOOOooooo~~

...He launched back with a strange sound...

Hearing that, Yanlian felt veins pop on her forehead!

"JIIAAAANNNN!!!"

Yanlian shouted Jian's name, her fury shaking the air. Blasting the nearby land away.

"Yes, ma'am!! Jian Wuji, at your service~!!"

Jian replied cheerfully as he suddenly appeared behind her, floating stiffly like an officer.

'I shouldn't have done that but I don't care!! It was worth it!!'

But his face and eyes were of a man who regrets nothing!

"You! YOU-!"

Yanlian nearly lost her sanity.

She knew she couldn't truly harm this scoundrel, but she needed to vent. She lunged forward and punched him again. And again. And again.

Jian didn't defend himself, taking every blow without resistance.

Each punch sending shock waves through the air. Islands exploded. The air heated again. The sky turned red as if matching Yanlians fury.

Booommmm~~!!

She kicked him hard in the stomach, sending him crashing into the island and shattering it into countless fragments. The moment carried him down and he hit the ground after crashing into few more Islands.

Unsatisfied, Yanlian appeared in front of him again and unleashed a furious barrage of punches.

The ground caved and melted because of the friction generating intense heat!

"Huff~Huff~"

Eventually, she calmed down.

Jian lay half-buried in the ground, looking up at his furious wife. With a deadpan expression, he stood up, dusted off his clothes, and smiled at her again.

"Yo! How've you been, Yan Yan?"

Weirdly enough, although everything in the surrounding has turned into apocalyptic landscape, the place he was being punched was still cool like normal ground. As if the heat wasn't effecting it at all!

Yanlian didn't even have the energy to yell anymore. She exhaled sharply , snorted and turned around.

Jian quickly walked up behind her, wrapped his arms around her, and began whispering sweet nothings. Yanlian turned, eyes watery, bit his ear, hugged him tightly, and started cursing him out.

She cursed him, then kissed him hard. Then cursed him again. Pouring her grief and love as she did.

Jian smiled wryly and let her do whatever she wanted. He listened attentively.

When she finally calmed down, they lay together on the ruins of the island. Yanlian sniffed softly against his arm while Jian stared up at the sky, now painted orange by dusk.

He marveled at how much time had passed just talking through the afternoon.

Jian looked down at his wife, brushed her hair aside, and asked gently,

"You feeling better now Yan Yan?"

'!!!'

Yanlian flinched! Alarms ringing! Her Soul Sea in turmoil! She got emotional and got carried away!

His smile looked innocent, but she knew exactly what it meant!

Before she could react, both of them vanished. The damaged terrain began repairing itself, restoring the land piece by piece.

Before long, everything returned to normal.

As if nothing had happened at all.
