As if unable to find any clues about his son's whereabouts, James decided to try to find other clues left behind by Professor O'ok. While searching the old room, James noticed an old computer that he thought might contain some clues. When the computer was turned on, a black screen appeared with green codes flashing continuously. Eventually, several secret documents discussing Professor O'ok's crazy conspiracies appeared. According to him, there was an entity like a computer that was almighty and unmatched. It became the Ultimate Reality in their realm.
Moving to Iscaroth, he opened his face cover, then looked back—like a sad child trying to find his parents—Iscaroth felt an unbearable longing for all the memories he had passed. As he was about to cry, he suddenly heard a loud noise from another direction. He approached the source of the noise and found an adult man trying to hurt a little girl and an old woman wearing a pink veil. Iscaroth approached them and said
"What are you doing? Hurting a child and an elderly person is a bad thing!"
"I don't care, I have to collect their debt," said the fat man loudly.
Iscaroth raised his arm, and the man was lifted up because the gravity around him weakened due to Iscaroth's ability. Iscaroth asked
"How much do they owe? Let me pay it."
The thug, panicking because he was floating and unable to maintain his balance, replied randomly,
"Whatever you have."
Iscaroth replied, "Okay."
Then he restored the gravity around the thug, allowing him to put his feet back on the ground. He threw a bag of gold coins at the thug, who then ran away. Iscaroth tried to approach the two people. Suddenly, the little girl said, "Thank you for helping me and my grandmother," she said with a smile.
Iscaroth replied, "You're welcome, are you both okay?"
The old grandmother replied, "We're fine. You shouldn't have given him money to ransom us. We don't even owe him a single penny."
"It's okay, Grandma. The important thing is that you're both fine. By the way, what are you doing in this vast green meadow?"
"We're looking for plants and vegetables for our side dishes," replied the little girl cheerfully.
Seeing other people happy made Iscaroth feel happier, and he smiled slightly. Seeing simplicity and true happiness made him feel that he would find inner peace. He left for a moment to explore this bright world, feeling an atmosphere like in the old days, right before the anomaly occurred. Without him realizing it, the Computer trapped him in another test. As he walked—a mysterious portal appeared and swallowed him whole—transporting him to the Void, a realm entirely controlled by the Computer. The Computer tested his mind by showing him flashbacks of the human world.
Iscaroth awoke and found himself in a synagogue. He saw a group of Jewish rabbis reading their holy book with great reverence. The true God gave mankind the path to righteousness by sending messengers in the form of prophets to confirm the teachings that had been corrupted by the evil hands of religious leaders. Those who believed wept bitterly, longing for a leader who could guide them to God. Meanwhile, the unbelievers only did what they thought others normally did, such as committing immoral acts. Then Iscaroth moved forward in time to the descent of the Prophet who was sent to justify the Israelites. However, the wicked people wanted to kill him, but God saved the Prophet. They killed someone who resembled him. They believed they had killed the Prophet, but in fact they had not.
Iscaroth advanced several centuries after that event. When he looked around, he was confused as to why the place felt the same: a desert.
This was the so-called dark age, when the world fell into error and knowledge was almost impossible to obtain. However, in the 6th century, a most noble messenger was born, whose birth was marked by miracles. Such as the extinguishing of the Magi's fire, the collapse of the Palace of Kisra, and the closing of the access to the devil. The Chosen One brought the greatest influence to the world. After his death, his influence remained in the form of the caliphate, which expanded greatly and became the center of the world at that time. However, ordinary humans, who are not immune to error, committed many sins, which led to the rise of a mighty nation—the Mongols. They were like waves sweeping the sands of Asia, conquering the Chinese mainland to Eastern Europe and Anatolia. They destroyed the Al Hikmah library, which was the center of knowledge. The books were burned and thrown into the river until the river turned black from the ink. Damascus was completely destroyed.
Iscaroth was returned to the place before he was teleported. Iscaroth felt that humans were not good creatures, but his view was not necessarily correct. If he wanted to, he could destroy the world now, but he still wanted to give it a chance.
Night fell, and in the small hut, he saw the wooden roof. As he was contemplating his unbearable longing, The grandmother and the little girl called him to come out of the hut. The grandmother sat in a rocking chair and the little girl sat on a mat near her grandmother. Iscaroth, who had just come out, immediately sat down near the little girl. The three of them gazed at the stars in the night sky.
"How beautiful the shining stars are," said Iscaroth in awe.
The grandmother replied
"The universe is so diverse, child. There are many different kinds of beauty, and we must be grateful for it."
"Oh yes, grandmother, do other people do the same thing we are doing?"
"Of course, the people here really enjoy the beauty of the universe."
They fell fast asleep. In Iscaroth's dream, he met a woman dressed in black and wearing a black veil that covered her eyes.
"Hello, child,"
"It seems you have been chosen to be the chosen one," she said with a slight smile.
"Who are you? Why are you here?"
"I am SLEEPLESS."
"Do you want to play chess with me, young man? You look very tense."
"Where is this?"
"Oh, child, weren't you taught manners? I'm inviting you to play chess, and you still have so many questions. I'll tell you where you are as long as you play chess with me."
"Okay."
They sat down on chairs right in front of a chess table. Iscaroth looked to the side of the room and noticed a black sickle, then asked
"Is that sickle yours?"
"Of course, isn't it beautiful?" he said with a soft laugh.
Iscaroth looked back at Sleepless and noticed that the woman in front of him was wearing a necklace with a skull pendant.
"Before we start the game, I want to explain about this game."
"You know that all the pieces here are real living creatures? I feel very sorry for their fate, which is determined by the way I play. Ahahahaha," he laughed loudly.
"How unfortunate. No matter how hard they try, in the end, they cannot escape the fate of my chess pieces."
"Have you gone mad?"
"Hah, I'm tired of playing chess. Let's stop for now. I hope we can meet again."
"What do you mean, aaaaaaa"
Iscaroth was thrown into a place in the vast expanse of the desert. There he met the Anointed One.
