"Hmhmhm," Velvet, wrapped in a towel, happily hummed, running her brush through to straighten her hair in the steamy mirror.
"Someone's in a good mood," Coco commented, stepping out of the shower and drying her legs. She slyly smirked as she glanced over at Velvet. "Something nice must have happened last night. You came in quite late… Oh, did you have fun last night?"
"It's not like that," Velvet flushed and looked away after giving Coco a shaded look. Then, with a bashful smile, she nervously fiddled with her brush. "We had a nice night. The movie was great. Met and made a friend. Took some photos…"
"Memories for your mosaic?" Coco's expression softened as she moved to try her hair, joining Velvet before the mirror while wrapping another towel around her midsection. Velvet gave a short, curt nod as Coco placed her hand on her friend's shoulder. "How's your mom doing?"
"Better. I was able to take her shopping. She looked good. For the first time since… I saw her smile." Velvet faintly smiled, flinching for a moment before taking a deep breath. "I hope the prototype Dad was working on helps her. It's supposed to take in positive energy, reinforce the immediate area, and dampen negative energy. And her caretakers say she loves the mosaics I bring."
"Oh? He's working on a device to help her? That's nice of him." Coco raised her brow before smiling.
"My parents only split up due to their world views. They still love each other. …Dad regrets leaving. He believes that if he stayed, maybe Mom wouldn't have…" Velvet dimly hung her head and bit her lip.
Coco grimaced, watching as her partner sulked and looked visibly depressed. She knew the subject was complex to bring up with Velvet…
"So," Coco changed the topic as she turned her focus to the mirror, placing a hand on her hip and swaying her hip. "Think I stand a chance tonight? I would like to make a memory of my own."
"Coco…" Velvet slid out of her stupor and glowered at her partner. "Could you not… I…"
"Velvet, I know you. We've been partners since Pharos Academy. I know how shy and reclusive you are. I know how hard it is to get you out of your shell." Coco gave Velvet a serious look before smirking. "And if it takes me challenging you in this manner to bring out that other side of you, I'll go all in to do it. You want him, Velvet, take him. Beat me for him."
Velvet's scowl further deepened. She met Coco's gaze as the two stared off, causing Coco to smile.
"That's the side I want to see out of you. If he can bring that side out of you, I'm all for it." Coco's eyes shimmered with excitement as she turned to the mirror. "That being said, I don't plan on losing. But if I do, that's fine with me. I want to make sure he's good enough for you… Heck, I might wanna share him if he's that good. Might be fun, and I get the best of both worlds."
Velvet flushed before she blanched, and her eyes opened wide before quickly glancing away. Coco caught her reaction before grinning. "Or is that something you want?"
"No!" Velvet shrieked, adamantly denying Coco's claim.
To her horror, Coco's lips quivered, and her eyes sparkled. "Girl, you really need to work on your poker face. I can read right through you… Don't worry, I don't plan on having fun like that."
Velvet let out a sigh of relief. It was good to hear Coco…
"But…" Velvet's heart raced as Coco gave a confident smirk. "If things happen, I'll be sure to let you know what to expect, okay?"
"Give you tips on how to handle him."

Naruto was a little lost today. Lost in a haze of thought.
His thoughts just kept turning to Velvet. It took him a while to wind down and sleep last night because she dominated his thoughts. He even dreamed about her!
It was a very sexy dream. It had caused him a few issues this morning that he had to work out.
All while she was on his mind.
"Yo!" Naruto jumped in his cafeteria seat, startled out of his thoughts as Fox and Yatsuhashi joined him. "Sounds like you guys hit it off last night. I don't think I've felt Velvet brimming with such positive vibes before."
"She was very content." Yatsuhashi gave a calm nod and a slight smile toward Naruto before focusing on his breakfast.
"It was… A good night, that's for sure." Naruto nervously ruffled his hair before absently glancing down at his cooling, but still steaming ramen. "My mind has been racing all night. Everything keeps coming back to her."
"Oh, it's like that!" Fox stated before whistling.
"Indeed. He hasn't eaten yet." Yatsuhashi nodded again, a hint of surprise at seeing ramen left.
"Oh, damn! It is that bad? Shit." Fox's head jolted from the shock before he quickly settled down. "Ah, well, long as you two are happy, it's all good."
"The problem is Coco." Yatsuhashi squinted before shaking his head.
"Problem?" Naruto tilted his head with some concern. "I thought she was just trying to push Velvet."
"She is, but doing something like this worries me." Fox exhaled, shaking his head before sighing once more upon feeling Naruto's curiosity. "Coco is hyper competitive. She'll push to her limit and beyond to win any challenge, even in meaningless games."
"Oh, I see what you are saying," Naruto frowned before grimacing at what they said. While he thought it was harmless that Coco was trying to push Velvet, if she saw it as a competition…
"Well, I see the problem now. I guess it's a good thing that I don't think she really likes me…" Naruto began to chuckle before he noticed Fox and Yatsuhashi shared a look, even if the former was generally glancing in his partner's direction. "What? What am I missing?"
"Coco called you handsome," Yatsu stated.
"Oh…" Naruto's expression fell, recalling Coco having called him that several times since they met. Was reminded of her measuring gaze of him…
Coco did find him attractive.
"She's straightforward and means what she says, man. If she calls you that, it means she finds you attractive." Fox added with a wince before his expression turned serious as he gazed in Naruto's direction. "Look, I'll be honest, they're my team and my friends. But I get it, if two girls asked me out and were competing with each other, I probably would play it out too."
"They are both beautiful." Yatsu nodded with Fox's assessment. Then, with a sharp gaze, he turned to Naruto. "Don't hurt them and drag this out."
"Or we might have to step in, got it?" Fox stated.
With a simple glance between them, Naruto nodded. They were looking out for their friends. It wasn't a threat. It was a promise.
"Got it. I promise I won't drag this out. They are my friends too. I don't wanna hurt them." Naruto gave Fox and Yatsu his word.
"Shit, then it's good. No worries, and have a blast tonight. Don't have too much fun!" Fox grinned, waving off the earlier tenseness.
"Have fun," Yatsuhashi gave a light smile. "She loves coffee."
"Yeah, stop off and grab an espresso after dinner and then hit the arcades. You won't regret it." Fox smirked before snorting. "She's been bitching about someone called NEO who keeps beating all her top scores."
"Help her beat her scores, and it's gonna be a smooth night."

Naruto was surprised.
He had honestly expected Coco to take him to some extravagant location. Instead, it was this little, dusty, hole-in-the-wall restaurant that Naruto hadn't noticed. It wasn't dirty by any means. It was reasonably clean. The building was simple and just seemed tucked away.
But what Naruto could say was that the aroma of the food cooking in the back of the kitchen smelled awesome. And whatever these breaded, gooey cheese sticks that melted in his mouth were, they were delicious.
Not ramen good, but he could pack a few plates of these away! He would never betray ramen, but he might sneak a few of these now and then.
"How did you find a place like this?" Naruto curiously asked as he sat across from Coco, glancing at the humble setup around him.
Photos of their customers and news articles about past events and charity work decorated the walls, along with a section dedicated to the employee of the month. Naruto frowned as his gaze fell onto a particular photo…
Was that a younger Velvet? And Coco? When they were children? And was that Velvet's mom?
"Like it, do you?" Coco's lips quivered as she amusingly watched Naruto devour the mozzarella sticks. But seeing his features shift, she followed his gaze before softly smiling. "Velvet's parents used to bring us here whenever her dad visited from Atlas before taking us out to have fun somewhere."
"That's cool. Sounds like you two have known each other for a long time." Naruto thoughtfully mused, pursing his lips. This place seemed special to Coco and Velvet.
So why bring him here?
"I've known Velvet for as long as I can remember. We've been friends since preschool, when I beat the shit out of a few bullies tugging on her ears." Coco exhaled, longingly glancing at the photo before shaking her head. "In all these years, this is the first time I've seen Velvet display the same confidence she shows when she's around me to someone else. Fox and Yatsuhashi have only just begun to see that side of Velvet."
Naruto refrained from glowering upon hearing how Coco and Velvet met and instead smirked. Coco did the same thing Naruto would have… And felt like he had done before?
Why was he seeing a silhouette of another person? He wished he knew who these people were! At least see their faces!
"So is that why you asked me out? To draw out that side of Velvet?" Naruto tried to pry into Coco's reasons.
"It is one of the reasons why. I want to see what it is about you that draws Velvet to you." Coco gave a slight nod before she grinned while lowering her sunglasses to wink. "But I've already seen some of what you got. I have to say, you are quite the looker, ya know. Might want to steal you for myself and have some fun."
Naruto blanched at Coco's aggressive suggestion, repressing the urge to blush himself. He didn't feel like it happened all that often, but when it did, they came on strong.
Who was this silhouette? And why did he feel this one ask him to marry him?!
However, a sense of raw confidence surged as another, masculine silhouette shimmered in his mind. One that he felt gave him a thumbs up for some reason…
"You're gonna have to work for it then. Velvet stole a kiss last night, and I haven't been able to think about anything else since." Naruto smirked as he met Coco's gaze.
For a brief moment, Coco's expression fumbled from that startling revelation. Then, with a sparkle in her eye, Coco gave a broad grin. "Oh, is that so? Then I'm just gonna have to take things up a notch. Mark my words…"
"I'll show you just what I'm capable of."

Naruto had to thank Fox. He was absolutely right. Coco was in stunned silence as they stopped at the coffee shop that Yatsuhashi had given him directions for.
This place was a dessert heaven! Naruto could think of a type of dessert, and this place could very well have it on its glass display case. And then there were all the different types of coffee machines. Did he have any idea how they functioned? No.
Did Coco's eyes glimmer as she looked over each of them? Yes.
"Could I get a mocha latte with a triple shot of espresso? Some whipped cream to top it off? Oh, and a slice of that fancy chocolate cake, please?" Naruto grinned as Coco smoldered, squinting at him.
"How much did they tell you?" Coco glowered, crossing her arms while tapping her foot. When they returned, she was gonna make them pay.
"Hey, is it wrong of me to ask them what you like?" Naruto grinned, trying to cover for Fox and Yatsuhashi, handing out Coco's secrets.
Coco narrowed her eyes behind her sunglasses before scoffing. "I see that's one thing you share with Velvet… You are both terrible liars."
"Hehe, had to try." Naruto chuckled as he rubbed his head.
"I'll let it slide… This time." Coco's scowl shifted to a smirk as she leaned and her lips softly planted a kiss against his whisker marks. "You're lucky, handsome. I know they don't know about my love for chocolate. Only Velvet knows that… But I imagine they told you something about the arcade? So let's make a bet…"
"If you win, I might give you something special later."

Naruto had to admit, he liked video games. Being at this arcade caused a feeling of nostalgia to wash over him, even if he didn't know why. They were fun and allowed him to do things he otherwise couldn't. It was a vague feeling, but he felt he may have owned a video game console when he was younger…
That it was a gift from his caretaker at the time… Why did he see a silhouette of what looked like a very important old man? And why did Naruto feel an overwhelming admiration and respect for him?
"Hehe, I win again," Naruto stretched as he stood beside Coco before an arcade cabinet, staring in stunned silence that she had lost once more.
She shouldn't have challenged him in a fighting game. It took him a moment to figure out how to find the precise moments the game would react to his presses, but fighting was what Naruto excelled in! He could see what was coming a mile away!
"Fine, I admit it! You're better than me in fighting games!" Coco huffed, elbowing Naruto as he laughed. "Jerk… You're supposed to let the girl win."
"Am I? I thought you were the best." Naruto smirked, causing Coco to glower before rolling her eyes before smirking.
"Heh, I like someone who doesn't hold back." Coco stepped into Naruto's space, pressing herself against his chest as she leaned in before huskily whispering. "Guess that means I should give you your prize."
For the second time in two days, Naruto was flabbergasted as Coco leaned in and their lips met. Two kisses from two separate girls in two days?
It was different this time. While he felt unprepared by the brevity of the moment last time, he felt a little more prepared this time around.
Naruto found his arm wrapping around Coco's waist as their lips met, pulling her closer to him. He felt the layers of cloth and the soft flesh of her chest pushing up against his. And the weight of her hands resting on the whisker marks of his cheeks as Coco finally pulled back.
"Seems like someone was ready. I give that kiss high marks," Coco's whisper was low, sounding like a husky growl. Almost like there was a burning passion behind it…
"Let's see if I can top it," Naruto leaned back in and took Coco's lips for himself.
This time it was different. Her mouth accepted his as their lips connected, only to part as if expecting something more. Something urged him on, recalling a passage he had read at one time.
Naruto's tongue met with Coco's, earning a surprised moan that only spurred him further on until he needed a breath of air.
"Now that earns top marks," Coco smirked, placing a finger over his lips as her other hand slid to his wrist. "Before we do anything rash and go further…There's something I want to show you."
"Lead the way," Naruto, enraptured in his own bliss, nodded.
Naruto was unaware of the smirk on Coco's face while she guided him away from the fighting arcade cabinet. His gaze was so transfixed on her swaying hips, he lost where they were…
"I need your help beating this high score." Coco led Naruto to a four-player shooting arcade cabinet where three people were already playing.
"Eh?" Naruto blinked, his arousal thrown off by the jarring shift as Coco pointed to the arcade game.
…Wait, one of the players looked familiar.
"Someone keeps beating my high score! Help me claim my top spot, and you will be handsomely rewarded!" Coco glowered, narrowing her eyes and shaking her fists.
Vengeance would be here! She had seen what Naruto was capable of! His absurd reflexes translated to that fighting game! Surely they would do the same here!
Coco would reclaim her top spot and be queen of the arcade yet again!
One of three girls playing, the shortest of the three and the one Naruto didn't recognize, turned back and winked her heterochromatic pink and brown eyes at them before blowing a raspberry in their direction.
"Oh, it's her again…" Coco fumed while Naruto's gaze sharpened.
Was that a challenge?
"Oum! I lost again!" The blonde wearing skimpy black short shorts and a tan midriff jacket groaned, slapping a Lien card into the outstretched hands of the short, brown-haired girl with pigtails. "Yeah, yeah. I want a runback! I can beat you."
"I don't think we can. We've lost three times in a row." A girl with black to red gradient hair exhaled before she turned around and saw Naruto and Coco. "Oh! Hi Naruto! Good to see you again!"
"Ruby?" Naruto blinked, recalling where he had seen her, before grinning. "Oh, hey. Nice to see you again."
"Rubes, you know this couple?" The busty blonde frowned, cranking her neck back to look at Naruto and Coco.
"We met a few weeks ago. They came from Beacon to accept a job to out an Alpha Beowolf that was creeping too close to Patch and Signal." Ruby noted to the blonde where she had met them before she gestured toward the blonde. "Oh, this is my sister Yang, by the way."
"Yo! Nice to meet ya. Guess I'll be getting to know you better here in a few weeks." Yang gave a confident smirk, implying she was heading to Beacon.
Naruto only grinned. Another potential classmate and teammate? He was meeting quite a few lately…
The fact that they all happened to be lovely ladies wasn't lost on Naruto. But he did find it odd that there were so many female students compared to male students.
Naruto shook his head. That was a question he would seek answers to later. Right now…
"Yo, mind if we take a turn? It seems Coco really wants a runback against this Neo." Naruto stepped forward with a confident grin.
Neo scoffed, brushing her hand through her brown pigtail. Her eyes sparkled with amusement as her gaze met Coco's, and she smirked, gesturing toward the gun.
"I'm game. I'll show you guys who the best is." Yang gave a cocky smirk, resting the light gun on her shoulders as she did.
"Oh, I want to see this!" Ruby's eyes sparkled, offering her light gun to Naruto as Coco took her post next to him.
"Thanks," Naruto accepted, swiping his Lien card through to pay for his and Coco's game.
His focus shifted to the screen as Coco, Neo, and Yang all faced the game screen after paying for their round. Naruto wasn't sure what the goal or the target was, but seeing the number counting down on the screen, he locked in as zombies swarmed the screen.
All four raised their light guns and took their shots.
Naruto frowned as he intently focused. The trigger was slow. It took several presses for it to register. It was a bad handicap that kept him from running away. But just like with the real weapon, he found they were too slow for him.
However, having mapped that timing out, this was but a game about accuracy. Lining up his shot and hitting his target. That was all too easy for Naruto. He might not have any memory, but his body remembered how to lock in and hit a target over and over again as the world seemed to freeze as he took his shots.
And as the swarm ended, four sets of eyes turned to Naruto as the dust settled and the scores appeared on the screen.
"No way…" Ruby's eyes shone with sparkles before jumping around in excitement. "That was awesome! You've got to show me how you did that!"
"Just reaction speed. Nothing special." Naruto chuckled at Ruby's enthusiasm.
"Dude… That's not… Reaction speed like that is faster than Ruby using her Semblance!" Yang's jaw hung open, staring at Naruto in terrified awe.
"Haha! I beat you!" Coco cheered, pumping her fist in the air before she turned to Neo and grinned. "Not only is my boyfriend the top scorer now, but I finished better than you! I'm back on top!"
Neo seethed, glowering as she looked up into Coco's smug gaze. With a sneer, she huffed and then locked eyes with Naruto before pointing to another arcade cabinet and popping her knuckles.
"Oh, she's getting serious now! She excels at driving… Think you can handle it? I'll make it worth your while if you beat her." Coco raised her brow before she gave Naruto a confident smirk.
"Won't know until I try. But, after your last reward, I think I can manage." Naruto cracked his neck, prepared for the challenge.
If a passionate kiss was his reward last time, Naruto wanted to find out what Coco would do if he bested her arcade rival.
He could only imagine how it could get better than that!

"Oum, I've been wanting to see that smug face broken into despair! That was amazing!" Coco leaned on Naruto's shoulders as they walked through the halls of the dormitory, having had a fun night obliterating Neo, Ruby, and Yang in every game.
The three sulked off as Naruto and Coco reigned victorious. There was another kiss, but it was briefer than the previous one. But she promised that wasn't the reward…
But being able to cuddle with Coco on the walk back to Beacon, his arm around her waist the entire trip, was quite lovely. Velvet was nice and soft… Coco felt firm yet supple.
"Uh, where are we going?" Naruto apprehensively stated, noting that Coco kept him walking past her dorm room.
In fact, they were heading toward his…
"To your room. I got something to show you." Coco lowered her sunglasses and suggestively winked.
Naruto swallowed a lump in his throat. To his room? To show him something?
He wasn't ignorant! He had an idea of what that could mean! Wasn't this too soon? Too quick?
Naruto didn't know what to do. To accept? But after last night with Velvet…
"No." Naruto and Coco stopped in place.
Directly in the middle of the hallway and in front of Naruto's dorm stood Velvet, her arms crossed over her chest as she stared harshly at Coco.
"I'm not letting you," Velvet firmly stood before them, her gaze locking with Coco's.
"Oh? Is that so?" Coco disengaged from a flabbergasted Naruto who was unsure how to defuse the situation. Coco strutted forward, stopping directly in front of Velvet and looking her partner in the eye. "So are you gonna take what you want now? Cause if not, I'm gonna take it for myself."
Velvet sneered, her lips twitching from her growl. Her stare intensified, and her look darkened.
It looked like Velvet was ready for a fight.
"Whoa, whoa, whoa! Timeout!" Naruto jumped in, standing at their side, prepared to separate them. "I'm not gonna stand here and let two friends fight! This is my fault! You should both be mad at me."
"Stay out of this. You are not the problem." Coco's gaze harshly shifted to Naruto before her expression relaxed. "If anything, you are a blessing. You are the first person that my girlfriend has shown any sexual interest in. I had begun to suspect she was aroace until you came around."
"Uh…What?" Naruto recoiled, his eyes opening wide. Did he hear Coco properly? Did she say… "You wanna run that by me again?"
"We are a couple. Have been since we were sixteen." Coco explained with a sigh, turning her gaze to a smoldering Velvet. "Ain't that right, Vel?"
"Yes," Velvet twitched, sternly glaring at Coco before she withered under Naruto's surprise gaze at her. "I'm sorry… I didn't mean to hide that from you…"
"So you two are a couple?" Naruto pointed between the two, feeling a hint of indignation at seeing them nod. However, confusion soon followed. "Then why lead me on like that? That hurts, ya know?"
"I'm sorry… I didn't…" Velvet shrank, her entire figure slackening as she grimaced.
"I'm not." Coco frowned at Velvet's confidence deflating before sharply looking over at Naruto. "Isn't it obvious why? Velvet is interested in you. When she returned last night, she was glowing in a way I've never seen before. She wants you. And if she wants you… I want you. And I'm willing to share."
Naruto remained silent. His heart thunderously thumped in his chest at Coco's declaration, shifting between Coco and Velvet.
They both… Wanted to be with him, together? Or was that just what Coco wanted?
Ugh, he didn't mean to cause this kind of drama! He just thought it was nice to be wanted by…
"So am I," Velvet whispered after a deafening silence, finding the courage to meet Coco's gaze before she timidly glanced at Naruto. "If that is okay with you?"
"What guy would turn that opportunity down?" Coco snorted, her eyes twinkling with desire as she pressed herself into Naruto's personal bubble and into his shoulder. "You'd better open that door. Cause I'm ready to burst. I've been worked up for a while and need to relieve some stress."
"Coco…" Velvet gave her a disapproving frown. "He should have a say in…"
"No, no. She's right… I'm at a loss for words." Naruto finally broke out of his stupor, chuckling as he nervously ruffled his locks. Then his face fell, and the luster in his eyes faded. "It's just weird for me. I dunno how to explain it… It just feels like I've hardly ever felt someone wanting me before, let alone two at once. It's a little overwhelming, ya know?"
"You can't be serious?" Coco recoiled as Velvet's eyes bulged as she stepped back. "I know you don't have any memories of before, but that can't be right. I don't like most guys, and I find you attractive. A little annoying at times, but that's because you can do bullshit things that no one else can."
"Like I said. It's just a feeling. I don't have any memories, but I feel that's the truth." Naruto frowned, shaking his head as his blank memory showed only the blank figures in his mind's eye.
The feelings remained, but the memories were gone.
"Then… Let's make new memories, together." Velvet stepped to Naruto's left, interlacing her hand with his before she gently leaned in and briefly pressed her lips against his. "So that we can enjoy them together."
"That's hot. Count me in." Coco quipped, slinking next to Naruto and pressing against his right side, whispering into his ear. "Like I said… Might want to open that door."
"Eh, that's kind of difficult when you are occupying my arms…" Naruto chuckled before all three of their eyes widened as a strange, cloudy smoke popped into existence behind Naruto, and his door opened.
And they stared at an identical clone of Naruto before it turned into a plume of smoke.
"Did you just accidentally recall what your Semblance was?" Coco blinked several times before she and Velvet turned and faced Naruto. "I was expecting a more offensive Semblance given your abilities… Not a support ability."
"I have no clue." Naruto stared at the space his clone had previously occupied before smirking. "Maybe my soul thought since there are two of you, I needed some help?"
"Ha, you'll need more than a clone to handle both of us. Trust me." Coco gave a confident smirk.
"I think it was because you opened your heart and allowed us in," Velvet gave a light smile.
"He'd better let us in! I am in need here!" Coco shoved Naruto, and by proxy, Velvet forward and into his dorm room and shut the door behind her, predatorily stalking them, taking off her sunglasses and beret and tossing them onto the chubdai before working on her scarf and corset vest. "And I'm tired of waiting. Clothes off… Now!"
"Yes, ma'am!" Naruto saluted while Velvet cried, Naruto working, sliding off his orange tracksuit pants to reveal his boxers, while Velvet worked on her brown shorts.
However, as Naruto unzipped his uniform jacket, he found Coco pressing her chest against his, her sweater mostly off, her bra fully visible as she passionately kissed him, gently nipping his lip with her teeth. "This is your fault. You'd better take responsibility for getting me this excited."
"Then let me," Naruto retorted, matching her kiss with one of his own. He wrapped his arms around Coco, no longer having any reservations as he cupped her firm rear, still trapped in her jeans, causing her to moan. "For someone who ordered our clothes off, you're still fully clothed.
"I got more to take off than either of you," Coco smirked as her eyes glinted with amusement as she took in all of Naruto and Velvet's form to see that she was only in her form-fitting black full-body suit underneath. "Besides, it's hard not to enjoy the view."
"Stop staring…" Velvet flushed and turned away as Naruto's attention was brought to her, shyly covering her body, feeling self-conscious.
"It's hard not to. You look beautiful." Naruto answered honestly, finding Velvet's figure to be fantastic.
"He's right. You've always been drop-dead gorgeous." Coco stepped away from Naruto to Velvet, interlacing her fingers with Velvet's, leaning in, and taking her lips for herself.
