Chapter 5 - Chapter Five: Chaos

Valeria went to the king, but before she arrived...

The king's head exploded in front of everyone and at the same moment Silos reached the person, smashing the door with his head.

A masked man threw his knife at Silos, who easily dodged it, and then the masked man took out his sniper rifle, he did not shoot, no, he used the sniper rifle to hit Silos with it, but Silos grabs the sniper rifle.

The masked man let go of the sniper rifle and stepped back, then took a pistol out of his pocket and threw it at Silos face, so Silos closed his eyes and turned his head back to avoid injury.

Silos sensed someone behind him, and quickly turned around using the assassin weapon, the sniper rifle, and pointed it at the person.

This person was not the killer, but the second deputy director of VKG (Wukong), and he said:

"Hmm... I knew you were the murderer, Silos, from your grim, rotten face."

The scene returned to the parade, where panic spread, and the police tried to control the situation.

Gwyn looked at the king, blood dripping on his hand:

"He's dead... He's been killed!"

He heard an explosion, looked towards its source and saw someone flying through the air and then falling in front of Gwen.

Gwyn smiled and looked at Silos saying:

"What happened to you? Oh... Don't be the killer!"

Second Deputy Director Wukong then fell on top of the silos, grabbed his head and lifted it up in front of everyone.

Wukong said:

"Yes... He's the killer! I found it... He was carrying a sniper rifle and he was taking advantage of us, Mr. Gwyn."

Gwen said in surprise:

"I don't know... It is impossible for Silos to do such a thing."

A VKG squad tried to arrest Silos, and Silos looked at Gwen in surprise and said:

"Aa..."

He didn't finish his words, then the second deputy director grabbed Silos's face and threw him into a vehicle in VKG vehicle, and said:

"Justify your actions in court, you bastard!"

Lina approached and stood beside her sister Valeria, watching her husband being taken away. Valeria gripped Lina by the shoulders.

Lina whispered softly, "They're going to kill him… aren't they?"

Valeria replied, "Don't worry… I'll try to prevent your husband from being executed."

Lina didn't answer, only shook her head slowly, tears falling silently.

Not long after, news of the king's assassination spread through the kingdom like lightning. Tongues in the marketplaces whispered it, hushed murmurs reached the palaces, and soon no household was left untouched by the news. Panic spread, doors were closed, questions arose: Who dared to shatter the crown's authority? And with every story told, the truth grew more obscure, the city sinking deeper into a heavy fear.
