At the Heart of Fire campus, Bibi Dong stepped into the Dean's office behind the main hall, carrying a sealed file bag.
The room was quiet and orderly. Wooden shelves lined the walls, filled with books and scrolls related to cultivation theory, Spirit research, and historical records of the Douluo Continent.
Xin was currently seated at his desk, carefully flipping through several ancient atlases.

He frowned slightly as he compared multiple references.

Xin nodded without lifting his head.
"You could say that."
He turned another page.
"As a teacher, these students are like my own children. The effort I put in is worth it."
Bibi Dong's fingers tightened slightly around the file bag.
"Children…"
A faint shadow passed through her eyes.
However, she quickly concealed it, her lips curling into a gentle smile as she stepped closer.
"Furthermore," Xin continued, "the spirit power of these core disciples has already reached level fifty or sixty. This is a crucial stage, especially regarding their seventh spirit ring."
He finally set the atlas aside and looked at her.
"Many Spirit Masters believe the seventh spirit ring is fixed—Spirit Avatar—so they don't pay special attention when selecting it. Any spirit ring of suitable age is considered acceptable."
He shook his head slightly.

Bibi Dong raised an eyebrow slightly.

A brief silence filled the office.
Even the rustling of papers seemed distant.
Bibi Dong's expression remained composed, but her attention had already fully focused.
Xin's voice lowered slightly.

"If chosen incorrectly, it becomes a shackle."
He turned back toward her.
"And that is why it is more important than most people realize."
